March 2, 2020 at 12:00 amWe have every confidence in Bright Horizons Wokingham. Since management has returned from maternity, the organising, staff happiness and knowledge and knowledge about everyday running of the nursery has improved. We feel the staff care about our children and really do have their best interests at heart. (We felt the £150 joining fee for our second child was unfair). We trust the staff and that is a huge contributory factor for parents. We feel they are understanding about how families are different from one another and are adaptable and flexible within her abilities.

March 3, 2020 at 12:00 amWe have fallen in love with Bright Horizons Wokingham each and every day. Although we’ve hit a few speeds bumps in an attempt to know each other, I wouldn’t and couldn’t have chosen a better school for my son.
He’s developed instrumentally in the last 9 months of being in the school. He loves it. He’s learned to share, count, speak better and we’ve enjoyed and continue to enjoy the personality he has since developed.
You want peace of mind, choose the manager’s team.

March 3, 2020 at 12:00 amVery good set up of the nursery with clear rooms for babies, toddlers and pre-school. I can see the staff put a lot of effort into planning the day for the toddlers with new activities laid out every morning and afternoon. The toddlers always look happy and comfortable when dropping off and picking up. I see the staff providing empathetic support to toddlers, which is very comforting and encouraging to see. My own toddler had an incident (injury) and the staff handled it extremely well. My toddler was not put off and, in fact, was eager to go back to nursery – I don’t believe this would have been the case if it wasn’t for the care she received. I would just suggest a bit more regular communication to parents about the progress and nursery.

Our child always enjoys his nursery and looks forward to going every day. He has made great progress, and we know that he is well looked after. I would highly recommend this nursery.

March 1, 2021 at 12:00 amI would highly recommend Bright Horizons nursery. My kid really enjoyed it there and learned so much. Plus the whole staff are warm, friendly and very caring. They have good space in the nursery with a lot of toys and conduct various activities for kids.
Also if you have any issue as a parent they tried to solve it asap.

Good outdoor space complete with mud garden and sandpit all of which have proved to be a big hit.
Regular updates on progress and day to day activities.

May 10, 2021 at 12:00 amWe have absolutely loved having our daughter in Bright Horizons Wokingham Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff made the huge transition for us as a family so much easier and we always felt we were putting her into such safe hands every time we brought her in. We cannot thank all the staff enough for all the brilliant work they do for children and their development. They really do put the children first and it shows.

May 18, 2021 at 12:00 amMy son has been attending the nursery since the age of one and has thoroughly enjoyed it and making friends. Even though the nursery was closed for a few weeks to update training for all staff this year, I was very impressed by the way they made plans for my son to join another setting within the company for two weeks. They have now come back stronger and we are really seeing a difference in the teaching and activities they are doing with the kids. We are also receiving weekly updates which is great. My son is also learning to write his name at the age of three and has started recognising different letters of the alphabets. The staff are very caring and personally make it there mission to ensure the kids are happy. The team have worked really hard to turn the nursery around and me and my husband are really seeing the change.

April 7, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter started going to Bright Horizons at the age of 1 year old and she absolutely loves it. Friendly staff, variety of activities on a daily basis and delicious meals. The mobile app tracker is also very useful because I can see how much my kid ate, nappy changes, pictures etc. As a first-time parent, this means a lot to me. We have befriended numerous kids and parents and the staff feels like a family.

April 7, 2023 at 12:00 amThe nursery is amazing, it is a dream wonderland for every child. Every day is full of different activities which help with the evolution of new skills for the little ones. I’m very pleased that my daughter attends this nursery. I can see daily improvement in her evolution.

I receive regular updates throughout the course of the day as to what he’s eaten and any observations they’ve made. I absolutely love learning about what they’ve been up to. The staff are lovely and they do such a variety of things – encouraging and supportive. He’s well prepared for school, which was one of the main reasons I wanted him to attend preschool so I’m really happy he attends.

He is so excited to go to nursery each day and we can see how happy and comfortable he is with the staff. April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amThe staff have been great with our child, making us feel comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. Our son is and always has been, very happy at the nursery and that is testament to the approach the staff take in making it a home-from-home for him. Staff are always happy to talk through his day with us when we pick him up, as well as answer any general questions we may have about his development. We feel that they genuinely care about our son’s well-being and development.
