All the team are inviting and engaging and we couldn’t ask for better key workers than we have had.
My daughter has learnt so much about shapes, colours, planets, numbers and the world and her social and imagination skills are coming on wonderfully.
A big thank you for everything on behalf of Mum, Dad and our daughter. We adore Bright Horizons, West Dulwich.

We sense that our daughter has actually built some great relationships within the childcare centre setting, including great friends, relationships with key workers and buddy team. The childcare centre team are very supportive and encourages my daughter to build skills like empathy, team building, setting boundaries, building self‑assurance and expression. As a parent, I sense very confident about my daughter attending this childcare centre.

October 31, 2024 at 6:05 pmOur son has been at childcare centre since 11 months and is now 19 months, we consistently sense he is in secure hands, has a excellent time, and is being educated with care according to his age. He has created incredible bonds with his key workers so far.
The food has a remarkable variety and he is now a excellent independent eater.
The highlights of our day are daily pictures, updates and observations of his development. We absolutely adore the West Dulwich Bright Horizons team.

They have exciting activities that involve a lot of extra work like surprise chicks at Easter, dress-up days etc. They also get to spend a lot of time in the garden. Team including managers consistently willing to talk to us about our kids’s development, including when they have had difficulties like potty training. My son and daughter are thriving at this childcare centre.

There is only one member of team I haven’t had much positive engagement with, as she seems very transactional in her updates compared to the others. There is a drive to extend each kid to engage with their creative side and best prepare them for their transition to childcare centre. Overall we are cheerful with the service. Our daughter has settled in well with the help of incredible educators.

The setting is extremely secure, welcoming and enjoyable for the kids to learn.
The team are outstanding caregivers. Impressive! We have had so far an outstanding journey at this childcare centre.
