Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool

Communication has been great throughout her time at early‑years hub, both in terms of contact from the nursery setting management team and her key workers. She runs into the nursery setting every morning with a smile on her face! She has absolutely blossomed during her time at childcare centre, with her exploring supported by fantastic, dedicated personnel. My girl started at the childcare centre full-time 5 days a week from August 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Despite not being able to go inside the childcare centre due to covid restrictions the crew made the settling-in period as stress-free as possible and my girl settled into early‑years hub life quickly. My young lady is leaving the nursery setting as we are relocating but I could not advocate this childcare centre strongly enough.

My little one is pleased to go into nursery setting every day and pleased when I pick her up. In the 4 years, I have known this childcare centre I am overall delighted with what they provide. She eats well, sleeps well, learns well. She treasures the personnel. The main thing being happiness, cherish and attention to my kids. My young lad was also the same. Couldn’t ask for much more.

My grandson has been attending for near on 6 months and his progress is coming on in leaps and bounds! I would enthusiastically suggest Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone. The team are brilliant and have such beautiful activities planned for the little ones. Families are kept regularly updated which we really appreciate.

They are truly attentive and keep me well informed about my daughter’s daily activities and improvement. My little one treasures attending this nursery setting and has really strengthened in her speech and confidence. The crew there are extremely cordial and welcoming.

Especially in the pandemic where they charged us for the days where they did not provide childcare. It’s exceptionally disappointing because they provide good childcare overall. We spent weeks arguing and asking for the days back which they overcharged during the pandemic. Their complaints team usually don’t respond and the childcare centre manager does not always give correct advice in accordance with their policies – we have proved this to them using their own emails. They also don’t transfer kids to the next age group until four months after their birthday so the kids may spend a lot of time with much younger kids which can delay their absorbing and progress. The childcare centre management is truly poor and we have had a lot of issues in the past two years.

They helped us a lot with our diabetic little one. I know he is extremely well looked after whilst in there and it is the most important thing for me. Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool is a great place for my little one to games and discover. I would enthusiastically advocate Bright Horizons Wembley Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone. The personnel are absolutely remarkable and extremely useful. Our boy treasures his caring mentors and every morning he is so pleased to go to early‑years hub.

They show endless dedication, support and help for my daughter’s wellbeing and advancement. The team at Bright Horizons Wembley have become an important integral part of mine and my daughter’s lives. I wholeheartedly suggest it! She looks forward every day to spending time with them and I couldn’t trust anyone more than I trust them. The team are simply fantastic. As a first-time parent, they have supported me through key milestones.

Highly suggest this nursery setting. This is a wonderful early‑years hub. The crew are brilliant and always willing to go above and beyond. I am always kept up to date on my Child’s advancement and what they have been discovering.

Thank you to the manager and the wider team. They create a lovely, fun and warm environment for the little ones and they are true ‘kids’ lovers’, which in my opinion is one of the most important characteristics for people working in a school setting. We’ve been with them since 2019 and cannot find them a fault. They show dedication and my little one is so thrilled to be there. The crew at Bright Horizon Wembley are great and always support for my girl.

The personnel are genuinely attentive and takes pride in the work that they do, e.g., my young lady brought a Happy Mother’s Day card which she made herself (wonderful touch). She is more sociable, interactive and has a higher tendency to explore new things. On the important side, my little one is certainly happier and I can see the positive impact it has on her. They keep us up to date with all the things that they do during the week, create a secure space for the youngsters and are responsive when communicating. I can’t find any faults with this early‑years hub.
