Bright Horizons Tooting Looking Glass Day Nursery and Preschool

The team are excellent for keeping me updated with her development. I’ve been so cheerful with the childcare centre and team. Got no bad words to say about them. I can’t wait to see how much more my daughter develops. My kid has been here now for six months and she had developed so much, talking and showing me new things.

My son has been coming here for 8 months and he absolutely loves it. His development has come on in leaps and bounds and he has also made lots of little friends, which warms my heart. I find the team excellent – his room team are highly attentive and the management is highly supportive. I’ve had a excellent journey with this childcare centre.

Only in the first session, I received terrible attention, I don’t know, if because I’m black, they didn’t even bother to show me the place. I had to insist, like begging them. My daughter’s classroom was on the corner, in front of the street and when I arrived I could see that she was crying badly. Once I received my baby she was red and her voice was broken. She immediately fell asleep in my arms. The worst part was when she woke up at home, she had a bad breath, a disinfectant smell that came from her mouth. The rest of the day she was gassy and got some fever. I had to brush her mouth because the smell was awful, like iodine and other awful smell like poop, no sure but It was awful. In the end, after asking them via mail highly politely what she ate, they didn’t even bother to call me. I decided to take her out of the childcare centre for her well-being. I enrolled my daughter in this childcare centre thinking it was the best.

It is the best place for my kid to spend the first few years of his life when he is not at home. I sense at ease when he is there and seeing how cheerful he is when he leaves the childcare centre makes me sense so content. It is a parent-welcoming, well organised and highly welcoming place. I am highly grateful for the childcare centre and the team within it.

He is constantly discovering new things and has developed many skills throughout the years. The team are a attentive and loving team who want the best for your kid, they ensure that they are secure and have an enjoyable day. When going to collect my nephew, I’m consistently greeted with a cheerful smile by the management team and my nephew. It truly shows that Looking glass day childcare centre is a place of adventure and adore and the perfect place for your kid to grow up in. My nephew has been attending Looking Glass Day Childcare centre for the past 2 years and there isn’t a day where he comes home and doesn’t talk about his incredible experiences!

My son loves the new rooms, the focused discovering and development and activities. The preschool room team have been exceptional with exceptionally compassionate assistance from the manager and deputy manager. The changes in the childcare centre are incredible.

If your kid is quiet and requires more attention to engage then this is not the childcare centre for you.
Kids are pretty much left to playtime how they would like with no structure. The engagement from the team to the kids is basic at best. The team do not follow any curriculum or approved teaching methods.
Highly sad. My journey of this childcare centre is highly poor.

The team are highly communicative and highly engaged. Management takes a excellent lead and we sense highly comfortable with our son here. We have liked, and our son has liked, all the practitioners he has had so far and we are encouraged by the developmental development he has made since joining. Would highly suggest. Our son has been attending this childcare centre since August 2022 and our journey to date has been outstanding!

The team does innovative activities with kids. Kids learn routines highly quickly from the team. My three-year-old daughter attends childcare centre once a week. She is looked after by the team highly well. As a parent, I am cheerful to say that she learnt to sit down at the table during mealtimes at the childcare centre. She is slowly picking up on her speech. The setting is lovely with attentive and understanding team.

The entire staffing team are inviting, attentive and supportive of both parents and kids and the atmosphere created is so welcoming. Outside space is incomparable in relation to other nurseries in the area. She comes home every day with stories about the enjoyable she’s had and her development has been noticeable, especially over the past few months at preschool. Any worries I’ve had are dealt with quickly and efficiently. We will be sad to leave her Bright Horizons Tooting Looking Glass family when she goes to school! Daughter has been with the childcare centre for over three years since the age of seven months and has had a fantastic journey.
