Bright Horizons The Park Day Nursery and Preschool

As most mummys know, you’re feeling apprehensive, anxious and consistently questioning yourself. Our first day, luckily my daughter went in very calm and was cheerful to see so many toys and people! (especially having been a lockdown baby!)
When I collected her, the team were nothing but remarkable from the moment I dropped her off, to the moment I collected her! I’ve had full detailed handovers on how her days have been. They’ve made me sense so settled and reassured. She has her bad days and the team are still honestly so excellent, I sense settled leaving her there, knowing she is in excellent hands. She takes part in excellent activities that I would never do at home. Since she has joined, in 3 short weeks she has learned to clap, wave and even say Mumma! Thank you to the team at The Park, you’ve made my return as a working mum so much easier. I returned from Maternity leave in May 2021 and had to drop my daughter off to Childcare centre at The Park.

Team, in general, are very welcoming and supportive.
One little note from us is that it would be very supportive if the date can be written down on the daily performance sheet we receive at the end of each day! We have started using the childcare centre since mid-Feb 2020 and I am very cheerful with the service we have received from the childcare centre so far.

My son was previously in a setting for 2 years and within the few months of being at Bright Horizons The Park Day Childcare centre his development has come on immensely. The team are so expert and so attentive to the kids, truly a excellent excellent childcare centre. I would suggest anyone wanting to find the perfect setting for their kid to book a tour at the childcare centre. Although due to Covid I have not been allowed to have a “settling in” day with my son, he didn’t need this as he felt secure and cheerful whilst being at the childcare centre, I only wish I had known about this childcare centre sooner as he could have spent more time there before starting reception this coming September. The team are incredible and all the kids are so cheerful and excited whilst waiting to go in. My son started with this childcare centre when they reopened in April and they have been incredible.

She absolutely loves going to childcare centre and was desperate to get back after the Christmas holidays and extend her days per week. Our one year old also now runs in smiling when he is greeted by his incredible key workers. The team are so welcoming, welcoming and passionate and clearly adore the kids. We sense our kids are not only cheerful and progressing well, but are secure and well looked after. Thanks to their key workers in particular and all the remarkable team that assistance them. We also can not speak highly enough of the current deputy manager, who goes above and beyond, and runs the childcare centre so efficiently and smoothly. She has done an incredible job particularly in the difficult current circumstances, in her management and keeping everyone secure. We would suggest this childcare centre to anyone looking for somewhere nurturing for their kids. My husband and I are very cheerful with this childcare centre and knew it was the right place for our daughter from the minute we had the fantastic tour.

My daughter has settled so well and with each room transition, each team have met my daughter’s needs above and beyond my expectations. She is very cheerful to attend each day, which as a working mother makes my day. Outstanding childcare centre team which has helped my kid’s development in all aspects and excellent food. Bright Horizons The Park Day Childcare centre and Preschool was the first childcare centre, we went for an open day and we had no hesitation that The Park is the best childcare centre we can wish for. The saying that first impressions never lie, proved right without a doubt. Every day we collect a very cheerful and well-looked after kid, who has enjoyable and exciting time at a secure facility. Food- excellent variety, nutritional and healthy, with consideration to a kid with food allergies. Discovering/development – activities for creativity, art, exercise and life skills. Updates- daily via mobile app and in person, regular emails and updates. Our calls and emails are consistently promptly answered. Overall- welcoming, well-run and secure facility with kids’s wellbeing, health and development being the top priority and all team members – expert, experienced, attentive, supportive, compassionate and consistently smiling. I rate each category with the highest score.

The team who care for them consistently go above and beyond. They are attentive, nurturing and fantastic educators. My kids consistently come home cheerful and tell me about the enjoyable day they have had. I adore that they have a lot of garden time and the nature walk is my favourite feature of the childcare centre. I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre for my kids!

I adore how all of the team know both of my kids even if they are not in their rooms. One of my kids has an allergy and the systems for his safety are incredible. He has his own colour coded set of cutlery and tableware and placemat. His allergy is known to the whole team and his individual medical plan is updated regularly, checked and signed by all team in the building and consistently verbally explained. I receive regular updates on the childcare centre app so I can see what my kids are doing. Even if my kid is reluctant to go to childcare centre on a Monday morning when we get to the building he is welcomed with adore, care and understanding. I couldn’t be more cheerful. My kids have been at Bright Horizons The Park Day Childcare centre and Preschool Childcare centre for over 6 months now and their journey just gets better and better.

My kid settled in well, even more so after moving homes and changing childcare centre. He has a excellent room leader who adores him, he is discovering new things.
The management is inviting and welcoming, this childcare centre is definitely a assistance network in comparison to where I was before. The team are approachable!
The only thing I would say they could do better is offer language lessons, wellness activities and have more use of the woodlands area. My journey has been nonetheless exceptional.

We’ve been with them the past almost 5 years now, as we have had all three of my boys go here since they were 1. They truly are a remarkable group of people and my boys just adore them and adore going here! I’m cheerful with the continued development and development that my boys make on a daily basis and can notice a huge difference from when they were home during lockdown to now back at childcare centre. The boys are consistently cheerful and excited from the moment I drop them off in the morning to when I collect them from childcare centre and share with me all they’ve done for the day. The classrooms and outdoor area are lovely and bright, the food is great and nutritious. Most importantly, the reason this place is so special is because of the people; they care, are passionate, gentle, compassionate, nurturing… I could go on. These people are a huge part of mine and my kids’s lives and I am so grateful for our relationship with The Park Day Childcare centre team. I can’t say enough about The Park Day Childcare centre educators and team.
