Bright Horizons Stony Stratford Day Nursery and Preschool

As a parent you a want the best possible care for your child. This nursery has all this. Loving and welcoming team in the office and my son is in the toddler room and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming and always get a hello or good morning. He settled really well and loves coming to nursery.

Excellent activities and lovely facilities. Brilliant food and brilliant for dietary needs.

When choosing a nursery for my son who was 9 months old at the time, I viewed over 10 nurseries but I never felt 100% comfortable. With my son going through separation anxiety it made the thought of leaving him so much harder. When visiting Asquith nursery from the moment I arrived I was nothing but impressed. It’s extremely clean, very secure and safe and the equipment and rooms they have available are great, not to mention the fresh meals they have cooked every day! What made me choose Asquith over all the others was the amazing staff they have there! Since starting nursery my son’s social skills have improved massively, he has an amazing bond with his co-worker and he’s always happy when being dropped off. I can’t thank everyone at Asquith nursery enough!

He has become an articulate and confident little boy, which I put down, in no small part, to his attendance at the Asquith nursery/preschool. Furthermore, he has always been happy to attend and has made lots of friends there. I will always be grateful to the staff there.

Bright Horizons has been brilliant, my daughter was nervous starting nursery and they helped her through it.
When schools returned after lockdown she went back to being scared but they made her feel safe. When she first started she formed a special bond with a member of staff who was amazing at making her feel calm and safe and dealt with her need for me really well, but now she loves all of the staff, there is not one she likes more as they are all really friendly and welcoming.
She loves painting and the home corner and likes to play outside in the garden, she always comes home with lots to say.
I don’t think I could have chosen a better nursery and my younger daughter will definitely be going to Bright Horizons.

The pandemic caused me to have to cut short my maternity leave and return to work when my daughter was only 3 months old. As a director of my own company, I needed to provide for my family and I needed to know I had care to support my daughter. I could not speak highly enough of the team and the nursery as a whole even the chef, who supports my daughter’s food intolerances. We are forever grateful for your support and care and we will be sad when she is older. The support you offered me as a new mum and also to my daughter who was so tiny when she joined and is now over one has been incredible. I did not have a choice in giving up my maternity leave but I feel the decision to place my daughter in your care was 100% the right one. You are an extension of our family and we love it! Thank you for all you do for us and others.

My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery and refers to the staff members as her ‘friends’.
Leaving your child with people you don’t know very well can be tough, but I know that all the staff care for all the children based on how happy my daughter is at drop off and pick up.
Would highly recommend!

My son joined this nursery recently and his settlement period was smoothly and really quick. It took him only 2-3 days to get used to the new environment. He is very happy with his new teachers and friends.

The team have been incredible with settling my son into the nursery and seeing him happy made the process even easier for myself and my wife. He’s made such wonderful relationships. My daughter has settled in very quickly into the nursery room. She has created a strong relationship with her key worker and all the other girls within the room. Already I have seen that she is thriving from being in this nursery setting and always comes home very happy and excited to go back again the next day. I always struggle with her eating at home but after I spoke with the chef, he has given me some great tips which have already started to help at home. The nursery is undergoing refurbishment at the moment but the Nursery managers have kept us up to date with everything that’s going on and made the transition’s from rooms very smooth and already the refurbishment is looking fantastic.
