It makes me cheerful to know they are doing more with her each day than what I could do alone with her. The ladies are so loving towards my little one and the space is quite large with lots of things to do! I adore all the different activities they get into each day.

The team were excellent in the infant room, and our son truly enjoys team who consistently makes him smile. In the toddler room, our son has a lot of enjoyable playing with certain team and had consistently been supportive, as has other team with any questions we have had. They have also been excellent. We’ve sent two kids to St John’s Wood Bright Horizons and have felt both our boys were well cared for, beginning when the youngest was four months old and through my eldest departing for reception.

My son and daughter have been at this childcare centre for 2.5 years.
I cannot say thank you enough for looking after those monsters for that long time. We are delighted and honoured they spent many valuable days here. Both have grown up healthy and developed their skills. An outstanding achievement! All team are incredibly supportive and super welcoming – it was so hard for us to leave here but our kids needed to take their next steps. I truly suggest this childcare centre – I wish I were a toddler again. Have fantastic time and we wish all the kids a exceptional future. It is literally bright horizons!

Our daughter started as a baby and has now moved through two older age groups, and at every stage taking her and leaving her at childcare centre has been easier for us as parents than we would have expected before seeing her positive experiences. We are comfortable that she is secure and discovering while she is at childcare centre, and she has made some meaningful connections with both some educators and some fellow students. We have no doubt that the childcare centre has been better for her development than were she consistently at home with us, and we’re pretty sure she eats better food at childcare centre than what we would make for her as well! John’s Wood Bright Horizon Childcare centre for over a year and has been highly pleased with the security, facilities, food and most importantly, the educators and opportunities to learn. Our kid loves going every day and we’re cheerful with the overall service that’s being provided. While there was a change in leadership that caused issues for several months, those have been resolved with a excellent manager now in place. Would absolutely suggest. The educators are lovely and highly welcoming. The manager’s response to my emails are consistently quick. Only one thing we are not satisfied with, is the loss of kids’s clothes. It happened to me once and a few other parents told me the same journey. Except for this, I’m satisfied with everything. My daughter enjoys and loves the childcare centre.

Our son started there when he was just a year old, he’s now nearly twenty months and he loves it there and is consistently eager to go. The educators are all excellent, attentive and attentive. He gets a little daily report. At the end of each day, outline what activities he’s taken part in, his eating regime, nappy changing and sleeping regime, for each day. We find this exceptionally useful. In addition, we receive weekly newsletters, via email, which give a general overview of what the different groups have been doing, during the week. It also provides useful information on what reading materials have been the focus for the week, in case parents wish to replicate them at home. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to suggest this particular childcare centre to any parents. We’ve been highly pleased with the service from Bright Horizons Childcare centre, St John’s Wood.

The educators are highly expert – they provide us with the discovering report and the detailed daily updates on app which helps me to understand how she is doing at the childcare centre. They also are flexible and listen carefully to our requests such as when to give formula at what time, which was supportive as my daughter was still quite small when she joined. They also are highly welcoming and attentive, and my daughter absolutely loves them all!
The classroom is kept spotless and secure with age-appropriate toys and books. It also has plenty of room for my daughter to explore. I also like that it has a garden right next to the classroom so the kids can delight in the fresh air every day when the weather allows.
The food menu seems healthy, with a great mix of vegetables, fruits, proteins and carbos.
I am overall highly cheerful with the childcare centre! I have a 11-month old daughter at the childcare centre and it has been a excellent journey.

I found the team in both rooms to be highly inviting, compassionate and attentive to my son, consistently providing supportive feedback at pick up and generally being reassuring to me particularly on the days when he was more tearful saying goodbye. Those working in the office were consistently so supportive and accommodating which was also hugely appreciated. The childcare centre has a inviting and welcoming atmosphere and I felt highly comfortable leaving my precious son in their care. My son started in the Baby Room at the childcare centre at 11 months and then moved into the Toddler Room.
