Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool

The team communicate well in all areas, day to day running and what they get up to in preschool, which is mirrored thoroughly on the app. Springfields is consistently consistent with its care of my daughter.

The workers are compassionate, and updates with home is outstanding. She seems cheerful to enter the building, which is consistently the biggest giveaway. Highly cheerful with the care and assistance given to my kid.

We are so cheerful with Springfields, and both our bots have benefitted from the care and attention given by team and management. We could not have asked for a better educational foundation for them both. An outstanding provider of a holistic, attentive and education led provision.

Hearing her day on the app is excellent. My daughter loves going each morning.

I’ve had to change booking patterns, due to changes at work, which have consistently been happily accommodated, and although my daughter had a short break due to Covid in 2020 she has spent a period of time in each of the childcare centre rooms and appears to have thoroughly enjoyed them all. She seems to learn something new each day and come home with snippets of information to share with the family. Her self‑assurance and social skills are remarkable from being in a childcare centre setting for a period of time and I sense like they have become an extended family for my little girl especially now I’m working full-time. She has learnt songs, routines, days, months, weather, seasons and is now discovering about writing. She has a pretend friend and the team are fantastic for including her in activities. I can’t thank or suggest this childcare centre enough. My daughter has been attending this childcare centre since 8 months of age in the baby room and has moved all the way through into preschool having now turned 3.

My daughter has been attending now for about a year and a half and I can honestly say it was the best decision we ever made sending her there! EVERY member of team is so attentive and the care they provide is second to none. Working in education, I found it difficult walking in nurseries as a parent rather than a teacher but that changed when I walked into Springfields! I knew my daughter would thrive there in every aspect of her development and I’ve never been disappointed. There’s a reason Springfields is an outstanding childcare centre and I’m not looking forward to the day she has to leave!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do! You’re all worth your weight in gold! There are no words to express how cheerful we are with Springfields Day Childcare centre.

Our daughter truly enjoys her time here and learns a lot. The team are highly welcoming, supportive and great at catering for additional needs(e.g dietary/potty training), as required. Looking forward to being able to go inside and see our daughter in action again! Our childcare centre and preschool journey is highly positive.

All the team make every effort to know your kid regardless of which room they are in and the whole team are so supportive. We are kept informed and in the loop at all times.
We recently received some outstanding assistance in preparing our daughter for school in September and can see how they are doing that in preschool each day too.
The kids learn so much and are genuinely excited when it’s a childcare centre day. Would suggest without a shadow of a doubt. I knew from the moment I stepped into this childcare centre 4 years ago that this was the childcare centre for us. Our kids absolutely adore coming to this childcare centre.
