Bright Horizons Southampton Day Nursery and Preschool

All of the team are so nurturing and supportive and they provide her with so much care, attention and positivity. I have consistently found the key workers to be very communicative. I would highly suggest Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a childcare centre in the area and I sense very lucky to have found such a fantastic and cheerful setting for my daughter. My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for over a year now and she is so cheerful there it feels like a second home to her.

They are attentive and attentive people. I adore that I chose this childcare centre, out of a lot of choices in the Southampton area. Thank you so much for getting my little girl out of her shell. Bright Horizons are such a lovely bunch of practitioners.

My daughter started here at 11 months old and now she is over 2 years old. As long as she is there, we are at peace, because we know how well they take care of her. They playtime a lot of different types of games there, which helps the little ones with their development. They have a nice little garden where the kids are able to run around, paint, roll in the grass, etc and just be free. The team take a lot of care to make sure each kid gets to grow at their own pace, in their own space. Outstanding childcare centre with such attentive and lovely team.

Contrary to my expectations, the transition was incredibly smooth and they have been enjoying the new setting a lot! I am extremely grateful to the team. In only a couple of weeks, I can already see that my baby has been discovering and improving, in terms of their ability to move around, self-feeding and being independent. It is a lovely setting to be in and everyone is nice, relaxed and understanding. My kid started attending the Southampton Childcare centre when they were under one year old, which concerned me and made me a little anxious.

As a mum, I wanted to make sure she was well looked after. Bright Horizons gave us the piece of mind we needed, from team to facilities, to food, everything was excellent and our daughter has thrived there. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you, everyone, you have done an incredible job! My daughter just started school and has been at Bright Horizons, Southampton since she was fourteen months old.

My son has special needs and can be difficult with transitions, but the childcare centre take every step they can take to assistance him and ease him into new situations. He has been attending for three years, since he was 4 months old and it’s the best decision I made putting him in the care of the fantastic team. This childcare centre is remarkable.

My little one cannot wait to get to childcare centre in the mornings. Regular feedback about my kid’s development is given through their dedicated app. Photos and videos are also taken for parents, so they can see how their kid is doing. Team listen to parents and work with them to implement any plans parents may have. The team are very attentive and will discuss any change/new behaviours with parents. Team that really care and go the extra mile to make your kid sense secure and cheerful.

The team are very supportive. But it would be supportive if the beginners could have shorter sessions. For example, the option the have 3 hours sessions for the first 2-3 months. Overall journey is excellent.

She gets so cheerful when we arrive, which is so nice to see. The venue is excellent, within walking distance to both home and work and there are car parking and bus routes nearby. The team are so welcoming and welcoming. Other parents are welcoming and positive too. The facilities are excellent, there are so many wooden toys and all sorts of activities for the kids, which is exceptional. There is the garden too which my daughter loves. The price is fair for the service (nappies, wipes and food included!) it is better than other venues we viewed in the area. Updates is outstanding – I can see when my daughter has eaten, slept, or had a nappy change, which as a first-time parent going back to work, has been excellent for settling my anxiety. They are able to provide vegan food, which was a factor in us choosing this childcare centre, as this is really important to our family. My kid has been attending for almost two months and I am so cheerful we chose this childcare centre.

My daughter is very cheerful with team and facilities etc. My daughter speaks Spanish and she was shy and quiet in her previous childcare centre. We have to move for work related issues, so we changed her childcare centre. From the first day, we noticed so much excellent changes on her atittude. She is very cheerful now. Her English has improved. Thanks for all the adore and assistance from the team and friends. One day, she came back singing in English. I am so cheerful. Thank you so much.
