She has made remarkable relationships with the team who have taken the time to get the know her and aid her development. As a result she is truly confident, has excellent social skills and has made some lovely friendships with her peers. The childcare centre team consistently go the extra mile around special occasions to ensure the kids delight in, learn new things and make special treasures for us parents. The team there are truly welcoming, approachable and consistently make me sense reassured my kid is being looked after. My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Solihull Day Childcare centre and Preschool since 2019 and has flourished in their care during this time.

The team are fantastic and truly seem to care. My little boy started childcare centre throughout lockdown so the journey was a little different with not being able to go into the childcare centre, however, lots of settling-in sessions were provided to get him used of being away from me and the team were truly supportive during that period. Since starting childcare centre, my little boy’s development has been incredible – his updates is remarkable and I sense that has been helped a lot by all of the activities he gets involved in. It’s lovely to get daily updates on what he has been doing via the new app and see photos of him playing and discovering new things. It’s also excellent to be able to see his nap times and what he has eaten – the updates is excellent. I can’t thank the team at Bright Horizons enough and look forward to seeing my little boy develop during his next few years. Such a lovely, inviting and welcoming childcare centre.

They’ve created a lovely, welcoming setting and go above and beyond. The girls have made my little boy sense so welcome from his first settling in session and their care and compensation for each kid are second to none. They put me at ease from the start and our little girl absolutely loves going to childcare centre. There are consistently lots of activities to engage little ones. The team are all lovely and polite. My son has built a highly great bond with his key worker. I adore being kept up to date on the app also. Since my son has started at Bright Horizons he’s absolutely thriving, he loves coming on his set days he’s consistently cheerful when he is there.

The team were exceptional at settling him in. He has truly come out of his shell since being there. The team are highly welcoming, welcoming and expert. They do exceptional activities. They keep me well informed on his development. I have also had some lovely treats and cards for Mothers Day and Easter. I consistently gets lots of photos, drawings and paintings to bring home. My son started childcare centre in March.

All team and management are welcoming, expert and approachable. The food is plentiful and healthy, the activities held weekly are exceptional, each week is different I adore hearing about what my daughter gets up to each day! I would highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone, I will be sad to say goodbye when she starts school next year! Thanks to Bright Horizons Solihull for doing an incredible job in such uncertain times, you are superstars! Our daughter absolutely loves going to Bright Horizons Solihull, she adores her keyworkers and consistently comes out with a smile on her face.

She loves coming each day, has such a great time and made some lovely little friends. Couldn’t suggest the team and childcare centre more. Since my daughter started at this setting (during Covid times), the team have been outstanding in helping her settle in during such strange times.

After attending the 1st settling session, we were so disappointed that we had to make a decision to switch childcare centre. Team had no control over the kids. I literally stepped on a kids poo on the floor during our visit. During our visit, they said there is no registration fee because we applied for 30hrs funding. But after we informed them that we won’t be joining the childcare centre, the manager sent the invoice of £75 registration fee. Absolutely disappointed. We went after big name ‘Bright Horizons’ but unfortunately, this childcare centre was truly not up to the mark.

The team are welcoming, competent and experienced. Our son loves going to childcare centre, they have equal measures of structured and unstructured activities. We are amazed how much they get taught. Our son came home knowing all the numbers on the clock the other day and my husband and I were flabbergasted, looked at each other and both said, that must be childcare centre that taught him that! The setting is spotless with a lovely garden. We were having some issues with the terrible two’s and the childcare centre team helped us and worked with us to navigate through it without judgement. The food is varied and nutritious and hot meals are served every day. We will be sad when our son leaves to go to school in September, the childcare centre has been an integral part of our son’s growth, development and he has been there since he was nine months old! Keep up the great work and dedication, it is much appreciated! The childcare centre has come on leaps and bounds with the current manager.
