    The nursery has been working hard with my son to help develop his speech and communication skills as he is currently delayed. He is always happy to attend in the mornings and always leaves with a big smile on his face. He enjoys his days when he is there.

    Great staff, excellent facilities and under great management. The staff have aided our child immensely and she absolutely loves going to nursery every day.

    My son started nursery in March. The staff were brilliant at settling him in. He has really come out of his shell since being there. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. They do brilliant activities. They keep me well informed on his progress. I have also had some lovely treats and cards for Mothers Day and Easter. I always gets lots of photos, drawings and paintings to bring home.

    The nursery has come on leaps and bounds with the current manager. The staff are friendly, competent and experienced. Our son loves going to nursery, they have equal measures of structured and unstructured activities. We are amazed how much they get taught. Our son came home knowing all the numbers on the clock the other day and my husband and I were flabbergasted, looked at each other and both said, that must be nursery that taught him that! The setting is clean with a lovely garden. We were having some issues with the terrible two’s and the nursery staff helped us and worked with us to navigate through it without judgement. The food is varied and nutritious and hot meals are served every day. We will be sad when our son leaves to go to school in September, the nursery has been an integral part of our son’s growth, development and he has been there since he was nine months old! Keep up the good work and dedication, it is much appreciated!

    My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool since 2019 and has flourished in their care during this time. She has made fantastic relationships with the staff who have taken the time to get the know her and aid her development. As a result she is really confident, has great social skills and has made some lovely friendships with her peers. The nursery staff always go the extra mile around special occasions to ensure the children enjoy, learn new things and make special treasures for us parents. The team there are really friendly, approachable and always make me feel reassured my child is being looked after.

    The nursery is great. Friendly and professional staff. They have handled the last twelve months very well and taken the stress away from returning our son to nursery. There at lots of activities reflecting what’s going on. Our son loves it there.

    Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Solihull Nursery and Preschool since autumn 2019, starting when she was eight months old. We are so grateful to the nursery for helping her to develop into a confident, intelligent and fun-loving two year old. The staff genuinely care for our daughter’s development and well-being both in and outside of nursery and engage with us as parents, giving us confidence that we are hopefully on the right track at home too. After an incredibly challenging year for everyone up and down the country, the nursery has been our one constant through lockdown’s two and three. We appreciate all of the sacrifices staff have made to ensure that the nursery can stay open and bring joy to the lives of our daughter and her friends. Communication has improved dramatically since our daughter started and we are looking forward to the new app that promises to bring us more insight into what our little one gets up to when she walks through that door. Thank you to all at Bright Horizons Solihull Nursery and Preschool.

    My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting and the app is brilliant, I can check in on her day and get updates and photos throughout her day. Would highly recommend Bright Horizons.

    Such a lovely, warm and welcoming nursery. The staff are wonderful and really seem to care. My little boy started nursery throughout lockdown so the experience was a little different with not being able to go into the nursery, however, lots of settling-in sessions were provided to get him used of being away from me and the staff were really supportive during that period. Since starting nursery, my little boy’s development has been amazing – his communication is fantastic and I feel that has been helped a lot by all of the activities he gets involved in. It’s lovely to get daily updates on what he has been doing via the new app and see photos of him playing and learning new things. It’s also great to be able to see his nap times and what he has eaten – the communication is great. I can’t thank the staff at Bright Horizons enough and look forward to seeing my little boy develop during his next few years.

    Bright Horizons is a fantastic nursery. My daughter has been attending for the last 10 months and she is learning and growing daily. Her key worker is fantastic and my daughter has formed such a lovely bond with her. All the other staff are lovely too, it feels like one big family.

    The staff are very friendly and great with our son. He loves going there and we are very happy with the care he gets at the nursery. The food that they give is very good and the new app to provide updates throughout the day is really good. The staff have been great with our son when he has been ill.

    Since my daughter started at this setting (during Covid times), the staff have been excellent in helping her settle in during such strange times. She loves coming each day, has such a good time and made some lovely little friends. Couldn’t recommend the staff and nursery more.

    We are very pleased to have selected Bright Horizons in Solihull for our daughter. The staff are all friendly, always communicating with us and easily available to answer any questions we have. The nursery works closely with us to ensure progress is tailored to our daughter’s needs. Whether it be an improvement in social and verbal skills, independent feeding or potty training for her. The real bonus is the new app, which is updated throughout the day with all the activities that our daughter gets up to, including pictures. It also allows staff to directly send us messages and enables parents to record sickness or absence days. Thank you all the staff at Bright Horizons for all your work during the lockdowns and allowing our daughter to have consistency during those times.

    Our daughter absolutely loves going to Bright Horizons Solihull, she adores her keyworkers and always comes out with a smile on her face. All staff and management are friendly, professional and approachable. The food is plentiful and healthy, the activities held weekly are brilliant, each week is different I love hearing about what my daughter gets up to each day! I would highly recommend this nursery to everyone, I will be sad to say goodbye when she starts school next year! Thanks to Bright Horizons Solihull for doing an amazing job in such uncertain times, you are superstars!

    The staff at Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool are fantastic! They put me at ease from the start and our little girl absolutely loves going to nursery. There are always lots of activities to engage little ones. We are so glad we picked Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool.

    I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool. They’ve created a lovely, welcoming environment and go above and beyond. The girls have made my little boy feel so welcome from his first settling in session and their care and compensation for each child are second to none.

    Since my son has started at Bright Horizons he’s absolutely thriving, he loves coming on his set days he’s always happy when he is there. The staff are all lovely and polite. My son has built a very good bond with his key worker. I love being kept up to date on the app also.

    Our daughter has settled into the nursery with ease. Her key person and staff in the nursery take great care of her, pay attention to the smaller details and she is thriving. Her language has developed leaps and bounds since starting and she is always excited to go in.

    We went after big name ‘Bright Horizons’ but unfortunately, this nursery was really not up to the mark. After attending the 1st settling session, we were so disappointed that we had to make a decision to switch nursery. Staff had no control over the kids. I literally stepped on a kids poo on the floor during our visit. During our visit, they said there is no registration fee because we applied for 30hrs funding. But after we informed them that we won’t be joining the nursery, the manager sent the invoice of £75 registration fee. Absolutely disappointed.

    Our daughter has settled in really well since starting back in January. She always looks forward to going to nursery and comes home with a smile on her face. Having visited the nursery several times since she started, it is a fantastic nursery. The staff are always polite and friendly and can tell they love what they do and have the children’s best interests. Her key persons have always been really nice and have loads of communication with us through the app with pictures and what they plan on doing for the week.
    The nursery itself is always clean and tidy, and each of the rooms looks great and engaging for the kids. The nursery has a massive garden, complete with a large play house with a slide and a reading den. Plus plenty of room for the kids to run around in. We are super pleased with how she is doing and all that is going on at Bright Horizons Solihull Day Nursery and Preschool.
