March 23, 2017 at 12:00 amOur child moved into Teddies from another nursery in 2016 and we’ve been very impressed. They show care and affection for the children in their care, provide stretching, fun daily activities and provide and safe environment. Our child enjoys his days at teddies.

The ladies in her room ensure she has a great day at nursery meeting her care routine and all her needs. The nursery provides tasty meals and activities to further her development. The office management are always very helpful and welcoming to our family.

July 26, 2017 at 12:00 amThe staff have made our sons transition into nursery very easy. They are supportive and warm and it’s very easy to communicate any worries or concerns, via email or phone.
They’ve taken the time to learn about my son and meet his personal needs.
I’m very happy with the care he’s received and this has made it easier to leave him throughout the day.

November 9, 2017 at 12:00 amMy daughter hasn’t been at the nursery long but developed a lovely relationship with her key person and other staff members.
Staff seem to genuinely care for the children though internal rooms/facilities do seem tired and could do with being updated/modernised.

All the staff are helpful, attentive, polite and they respect each individuality. They are very happy to go in most of the days.

February 1, 2018 at 12:00 amBright Horizons Sevenoaks is a friendly and welcoming room. All the staff are very helpful and do the utmost to please us and our baby. Even on busy days, they have time to speak and discuss our baby. They always have a special story about our baby.

February 1, 2018 at 12:00 amOur daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for a few months and has quickly bonded with her key workers. The staff are friendly and it is clear they enjoy looking after children. Our daughter is kept busy with a variety of activities each day. Our daughter seems to enjoy a variety of food she is fed throughout the day. Staff are considerate of dietary requirements and eating habits. They also keep us informed of how our daughter has been during the day, e.g. naps, meals, activities, interaction with other children. Overall we are very pleased so far with the care our daughter gets. She certainly seems very happy there.

April 24, 2018 at 12:00 amThe level of care towards the children at this nursery is exceptional. The staff are so friendly and loving towards the children. I was very apprehensive about leaving my 7.5 month baby in full-time nursery when I returned to work, but my fears were quickly allayed.
My son is thriving at this nursery and it is a joy to see him develop under their attentive care.

November 3, 2020 at 12:00 amWe couldn’t rate Bright Horizons highly enough. They have put lots of precautions in place re Covid and do a wide range of activities with the children each day. We get a daily update of what our child has done. They have activity days to the local woods and also make sure they celebrate different culture customs and celebrations. We have a regular development conversation and they always keep us updated. Fab nursery.

She has really positive relationships with her key workers and all the other staff and comes home full of stories about what she has done and who she played with. She loves the outside space and the activities, particularly art, and has really grown in confidence through her time at nursery. We really appreciate the face-to-face time we get with her key workers and the efforts the nursery has made to stay in touch with us during COVID times.

The staff help him feel comfortable, safe and happy. He seems to be learning at a fast pace.
Our experience has been very good and we are satisfied with the nurturing environment for our little one to learn and thrive.
The staff are friendly, approachable and kind at all times.

Their day is packed full of lots of fun activities to help with their development. The staff put so much time into helping develop their social, communication, physical and emotional skills and ready them for school. My son and daughter go into the nursery happy and come out happy every day. Thank you for all you do.

February 14, 2023 at 12:00 amI cannot speak more highly of this nursery! My son has been there since he was 15 months and has just continued to thrive. There is such a family feel with the staff, they are incredibly nurturing and caring towards the children and I always feel like my little one is in the best hands when he is there. The education that this nursery provides at all levels is wonderful and we are updated on the children’s progress via an app. The safeguarding is excellent, once again adding another layer of comfort knowing that the children are protected when not in your care.
The only gripe that I have is that this nursery is rather expensive (we do five full days a week) and there is no sibling discount. However, our second child starts there this year because the learning and development and the facilities (as well as the wonderful meals provided) are worth every penny!
