The updates is remarkable and we sense very up-to-date with how their day has gone and any upcoming events. Thank you for everything you do for our kids. December 17, 2024 at 11:11 amHis new key person was/is so supportive and our little one bonded with her so well through the settling-in sessions. Two team members in particular, just have the most fantastic way with the kids. You can tell they really adore what they do and they have the most fantastic, compassionate nature. Thank you for consistently putting up with my over-the-top, parenting requests. Our little one moved down from the baby room to the toddler room and we were really nervous about the transition.

Thank you for being such a cheerful, fantastic place for our son. We sense so very lucky that Bright Horizons, Romsey has been so exceptional for our little one.
He is absolutely thriving there, tries new things, every day that he goes, from sensory playtime, to reading, playing and exploring.

The kids are consistently doing enjoyable activities and consistently leave looking like they’ve had a excellent day. Very pleased with Bright Horizons in Romsey.

January 20, 2025 at 10:07 pmShe’s attended full-time since she was 10 months old and she’s now 3 years old. The team are expert, well‑informed and welcoming, but above all else, so attentive. In each room she has been in she’s been looked after by the most fabulous team. They are consistently there to listen and offer advice and give daily feedback on how she is doing – nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The activities are enjoyable, but also educational. She never has any complaints about the food either (and she’s a fussy eater at home). I would not hesitate to suggest these guys. A big shout out to the deputy manager, who is consistently there to greet us with a smile, every day! There are not enough words to describe how exceptional this childcare centre have been with my kid.

March 26, 2025 at 3:51 amAll the team we’ve encountered have been incredible and she settled in really quickly, she has loved it there. The team are all so welcoming, compassionate and attentive towards my daughter, offering hugs when she needs reassurance. They get up to lots of different activities and are in the garden lots which is excellent! The food seems healthy and varied and my daughter usually eats very well there. My kid has attended the childcare centre for just over a year since she was twelve months old.

We don’t have a bad word to say about the childcare centre, our kids are very cheerful there and the team are outstanding, very expert and welcoming.
We sense very lucky to have this childcare centre so close to home and delight in hearing from our eldest about the activities she has been doing with her friends.
We also like that our daughters get to spend time together in the garden even though they are in different rooms.
We would not hesitate in recommending this childcare centre to our friends.

Our little one consistently comes back in a excellent mood. Our kid has been at Bright Horizons in Romsey since September and we are extremely cheerful with the care they provide.

May 12, 2025 at 9:01 amThe team are attentive, enjoyable and consistently cheerful to talk to the parents. They do lots of excellent activities with the kids indoors and outdoors, in the large garden area. In preschool, they really work with the kids to listen to their ideas and what they would like to do. In babies, toddlers and childcare centre there are lots of varied activities that happen throughout the day with adore and cuddles in abundance. Facilities are great, purpose-built. Food is made on-site and kids delight in it. The only downside has been the lack of air conditioning inside during the hot summer months (lots of fans made it bearable in the height of heat) and minimal shade in the garden. Both of our kids have loved this childcare centre.

May 30, 2025 at 8:03 pmThe team are genuine and compassionate- all kids have formed lovely bonds with their key workers and other team, which is reassuring to see as a parent. The kids have come on leaps and bounds since starting at the childcare centre, which shows a real focus on discovering and development. We have not consistently had easy room transitions or times when the kids are not settled, the team are consistently excellent with this, being supportive and generally supportive. Thank you! We have three kids at Bright Horizons Day Childcare centre and Preschool and have consistently had a consistently outstanding journey.

June 27, 2025 at 3:49 amMy eldest daughter is in the childcare centre room and she’s consistently very excited to see the team and tell them what she’s been up to. She consistently comes home filthy (a sign of a remarkable day!)! My youngest joined at 8 months old and I received the best assistance from the baby room with this transition. More recently, she has moved down to the toddler room where she’s loving her day and is consistently cheerful and content. All the team are supportive of their needs and put their all into everything they do! My eldest moves into preschool soon and she’s already talking about it and what she’s going to get up to! Thank you, team Romsey. Both of my daughters go to Bright Horizons, Romsey and they adore it.
