Bright Horizons Prestbury Day Nursery and Preschool

What an amazing nursery! Our son has settled in so well and is very happy going in every morning. They are not just an amazing, dedicated team of childcare professionals, they truly care which makes me feel happy knowing that he’s in a safe and loving environment. When we were in lockdown, I was on maternity leave and didn’t get a chance to meet many parents with children of a similar age. Now, my husband and I work full time and our families live far apart, hence the nursery is so important to our family because it fulfils this space and gives something to our son we are not able to provide at this time. Knowing that he is in a place where he can play with his friends and have lots of stimulative and social interaction makes me feel very happy and grateful. I would like to specifically mention his key workers who greet us with a smile every day and always go the extra mile to ensure he’s happy for which we’re ever so thankful.

Excellent nursery. Our son has thrived here and the quality of staff and care they give is impeccable.

My daughter loves it here, the staff are fab and so are the facilities! She’s developed so much since attending the nursery & preschool. I wouldn’t move her anywhere else, as she settled in so well and really enjoys going.

Great caring nursery. I would recommend this nursery based on my experience! My little boy has made lots of friends and loves his flapjack Fridays. The staff are friendly and I have not had any issues.

What a nursery! My daughter started back in October in the baby room and we are so happy. The staff in the baby room are fantastic and the care is outstanding. she really enjoys the food and the meals are very healthy and cooked on site.
All staff are friendly and happy to help.

Bright Horizons, Prestbury is brilliant. We moved two of our children (ages 1-year-old and 3 years old) from another nursery after moving home last year. At first, I was apprehensive about unsettling them with a move but the staff at Bright Horizons welcomed them so warmly and put them (and me!) at ease immediately. They have a very relaxed, child-led approach and the nursery environment feels calm – I don’t know how they do it! All the staff are always so friendly and cheerful and our boys love them. They’re like an extension of our family. Our 3-year-old speaks very fondly about his day, his friends and songs they’ve sung. Thank you everyone at Bright Horizons for taking care of our babies so well!

My little boy absolutely adores all his nursery teachers! We get regular updates from the app, what food he has had, nappy changes, sleep times and observations on his development which helps with home activities.

We’ve had the best experience possible at Prestbury Day Nursery. My son absolutely loves being there and has attended since September 2022. The staff are exceptional and always make you feel safe and comfortable leaving your child there, they also communicate regularly with parents through the easy to use app so I can see what he’s had for meals, how long he’s napped for and when, along with lots of pictures and updates. I feel that the prices are competitive for the area and I’d rather pay that money and know that he’s safe and secure. They have locks on all doors and safety is paramount, I’ve never once felt nervous about their security. They host regular events for the children which has been great to get involved in when we can and they never make you feel like you haven’t done enough if you forget a fancy dress day. I’d absolutely recommend Prestbury to any friends or family to send their children and if we ever expanded our family in the future, I would 100% use the nursery again!

My child has been attending Bright Horizons since September, he is happy to go and absolutely loves his key workers. The app is updated frequently and keeps parents in the loop whilst they are at work. Nothing is too much to ask by anyone who works there and my little boy is looked after impeccably. They have great variety in their diets as well as activities throughout the day. The nursery make lots of effort with special occasions such as Chinese new year and Halloween.

We were first attracted by the lovely setting and outdoor space of Bright Horizons, Prestbury. Since starting, my two children have loved coming to nursery and have made so much progress with all the amazing activities they do. The staff are so supportive and welcoming and the children feel right at home. Thank you!
