Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool

We moved our daughter to Bright Horizons as we hadn’t been satisfied with the level of care she was getting at her previous nursery and we are so glad that we did. Every member of the team we have come into contact with have been so welcoming and open. They have ensured our daughter settled in really well and their level and standard of care is nothing short of spectacular. They know our daughter and work with her and give her comfort in a home from home style. She is confident with her carers and has an obvious bond with her key worker. We’re so grateful that her happiness is their priority and they arrange daily activities which give her a varied and stimulating day. They have great indoor and outdoor space and the daily menu that is laid on gives her a wide variety of different foods to try. On top of this, the app gives us a real time view of what she’s been doing from a nap, nappy change, eating and play. We couldn’t ask for a better setting for her and us.

Caring staff and a great setting for the children to roam – they get outdoors regularly with the staff. The nursery app is very helpful and provides an extra communication channel for updates about nutrition and development.

My child loves coming to this nursery, the staff at Potten End are friendly and engaging. They are also very clear about what’s happened every day and provide excellent updates via the app about activities, nutrition and the all-important sleep schedule.

Always a warm and pleasant welcome, great handovers. Staff have always been very supportive of us as a family and I cannot thank them enough for the continued support with our additional needs child and would recommend them to anybody.

The staff here are amazing. I couldn’t be more happy with the care they have given both my children. The learning and support that they have given all our family has been exemplary. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery at all.

We moved over from another setting and never looked back, great, attentive staff and facilities, always willing to help and adored by both my kids. In preschool in particular, I’ve seen both my children develop brilliantly.
Only negative feedback which I think is being resolved is that the current staff need more help!

My daughter really enjoys attending Potten End Bright Horizons. She is full-time (5 days, 8 am – 6 pm) and really enjoys it. Currently 2 and a half years old, she has been there since 11 months old – and has always had brilliant key workers and support staff. The nursery has really encouraged her learning and development (most recently phonetics) and she was able to complete her potty training with them as well. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a nursery to send their little one to.

Potten End Nursery has been the nursery of choice for all three of my children. All three have been extremely happy there and stayed (and will stay) until they go to school. Whenever there is feedback given they make a huge effort to meet our needs and understand our requirements.
The advances in technology (with the app) and provisions (of nappies and sun cream for example) have been really helpful in making busy parent’s lives easier! Highly recommend.

We are very happy with our son’s progress and with the staff. When he first started, he was a bit unsure but with the help of the staff he has really come into his own and has started to develop personally. Please keep up the good work!
