Fast forward 18 months and the childcare centre have supported all routine adaptations and development milestones. The childcare centre are very great at keeping parents updated, the updates is across many platforms. I couldn’t suggest them enough! Team all outstanding, compassionate and attentive.

They have ensured our daughter settled in really well and their level and standard of care is nothing short of spectacular. They know our daughter and work with her and give her comfort in a home from home style. She is confident with her carers and has an obvious bond with her key worker. We’re so grateful that her happiness is their priority and they arrange daily activities which give her a varied and stimulating day. They have excellent indoor and outdoor space and the daily menu that is laid on gives her a wide variety of different foods to try. On top of this, the app gives us a real time view of what she’s been doing from a nap, nappy change, eating and playtime. We couldn’t ask for a better setting for her and us. We moved our daughter to Bright Horizons as we hadn’t been satisfied with the level of care she was getting at her previous childcare centre and we are so glad that we did.

January 25, 2025 at 1:39 amAll three have been extremely cheerful there and stayed (and will stay) until they go to school. Whenever there is feedback given they make a huge effort to meet our needs and understand our requirements.
The advances in technology (with the app) and provisions (of nappies and sun cream for example) have been really supportive in making busy parent’s lives easier! Highly suggest. Potten End Childcare centre has been the childcare centre of choice for all three of my kids.

February 25, 2025 at 8:45 amThe team have taken the time to bond with him and build his self‑assurance with them, the other kids, and the activities. As a parent, I like the range of activities they provide, especially the messy ones that I don’t have to spotless up at home! The menus are varied and we delight in seeing the updates on the app about the activities he has taken part in and notes about his personal development. My youngest son will also be starting at Bright Horizons this summer – would definitely suggest. My son has been at Bright Horizons for about 18 months and he loves it.

Currently 2 and a half years old, she has been there since 11 months old – and has consistently had exceptional key workers and assistance team. The childcare centre has really encouraged her discovering and development (most recently phonetics) and she was able to complete her potty training with them as well. I would certainly suggest to anyone looking for a childcare centre to send their little one to. My daughter really enjoys attending Potten End Bright Horizons.

They assistance each kid’s needs and help them to explore all aspects of their social and discovering development.
The setting is lovely. Surrounded by fields. The outdoor space is fantastic.
I cannot praise them enough. Potten End Day Childcare centre and Preschool is exceptional.
The team are remarkable.

All the team in all areas of the childcare centre from the office and within the various rooms are so lovely and have really supported her so well. Exceptional childcare centre! My daughter is 3 years old and has been attending the childcare centre since she was 10 months.

My son’s development has come so far since going to Potten End Bright Horizons and it has been excellent to see him make friendships. I also adore that he gets a wide variety of home-cooked food. The team are all fantastic and attentive and I adore hearing all of the updates at pickup or via the app. An extremely positive journey. A remarkable childcare centre!

Only negative feedback which I think is being resolved is that the current team need more help! We moved over from another setting and never looked back, excellent, attentive team and facilities, consistently willing to help and adored by both my kids.
