Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Nursery and Preschool

Our four-year-old recently left for school and he was so well prepared from Pre School and where Phoenix prepares them in early-stage foundations. Our youngest daughter has also come on leaps and bounds at Phoenix and has been moved up a class to accelerate her discovering. We put all of this down to the outstanding team, curriculum and care that Phoenix holds so dear. All of the team have known our kids’s names for years and sense like family when doing drop off or pick up. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The outdoor spaces are larger than average and forest school has been a particular highlight for the kids where they explore the nearby woods. The food is of remarkable quality and both kids have consistently eaten brilliantly while there. The values that Phoenix upholds has been instilled in our kids and we are very grateful. Our two kids have attended Phoenix since they were less than one year old and we have been delighted with everything about the childcare centre and team.

The only comment other than the above is that we delight in seeing the daily report card as it helps us know what they do during the day. Although some days we don’t receive a report, which is a shame, but we appreciate that you are all busy so we understand but that’s the only thing we have to comment on – other than that, everyone seems so lovely and attentive. We signed up during lockdown so we haven’t had chance to see all of the rooms or outside space yet, so our answers will be based on what we have seen to date as we have only been coming for about a month – but so far we are very cheerful and getting more familiar.

Nothing is too much trouble they are attentive and supportive at every stage! My journey at this childcare centre has been nothing but positive.

As a parent you want the best start for your kid during early years discovering, I cannot suggest Phoenix enough. They are outstanding. The team are approachable and very welcoming, and there is regular feedback on the development of your kid. They work with you to provide assistance and do the best they can for you and your kid. If there are any issues these are dealt with professionally and sensitively. My son thoroughly enjoys all the activities during the day, including the forest school programme and preschool plus. Phoenix also arranges family events throughout the year, including summer carnivals and Christmas fayres. Phoenix has a family sense to it, this for me makes it that extra bit special. I would highly suggest this day childcare centre and preschool to anyone.l My son has been attending Phoenix since he was a toddler, he is now in preschool and due to start school next September.

Updates has been key and all team have been personable and expert! The team are attentive and the relationships the kids make with team is second to none. I consistently suggest Phoenix to others! I’ve had kids at Phoenix for nearly three years no and I can’t fault the journey and care my kids have received.

He loves going to childcare centre each day and without doubt, this is because of the cheerful discovering setting that has been created by them. I would highly suggest Bright Horizons, Phoenix to any parent looking for a childcare centre in the Brentwood area. She loves going to childcare centre and they are consistently doing a wide range of activities to keep her busy and entertained. The team are remarkable – they are approachable, welcoming and attentive and have a great understanding of my kid and their needs. The addition of the app has been exceptional, being kept posted on how they are doing throughout the day, both through their personal care and activities they are up to is very reassuring and excellent to be kept in the loop. We also really delight in the extra events they put on that involve the parents as well, such as the Easter egg hunt and the Queens jubilee afternoon tea. We couldn’t fault the childcare centre and we are very excited for our next baby to start there next year – thank you to everyone at Phoenix! My daughter has attended the childcare centre for just under a year, starting in the baby cottage and now in the next age group and both my husband and I have been thoroughly impressed with the childcare centre.

They both adore the food and particularly the amount of time spent outside which we as parents believe is very important. Both have remarkable key workers that go over and above. You can tell that the team really delight in their jobs and adore kids. Both our kids now attend Bright Horizons Phoenix Day Childcare centre and both are very cheerful there.

He consistently goes in happily and tells me of all the things he can’t wait to be doing, especially with his friends (keyworkers).
He is very much an outdoor boy and I adore how the kids have access to a garden for the majority of the day – he constantly raves about the slide.
The childcare centre offer a great online portal too so that I am kept up to date of what he is up to and where he is with his discovering.
The food offered is also varied and since attending he eats so much better at home as well. We are looking forward to our youngest starting soon and also to our eldest starting full days when I return to work – I trust Bright Horizons Phoenix completely to watch over them both. She enjoyed the activities in the childcare centre. She consistently went to childcare centre very happily, and I was pleased she was well taken care of even in the pandemic situation. The team were outstanding, welcoming and consistently supportive. We were really pleased with the way was our little one was taken care of.
