Educators are nice and attentive. Kids here are also lovely. My boy says, “there is no best friend; we are all friends at childcare centre”. Educators are very experienced, and my boy loves all the educators here. They are very supportive, and I am very cheerful. I know my son is in great hands. It’s a lovely childcare centre.

The team are attentive and attentive and there are plenty of activities throughout the day! Our little one has been enjoying going to Bright Horizons, Palmers Green.

He has grown in self‑assurance, his speech and language skills are improving and he enjoys the numeracy activities. Our son really likes the food too. We really like the smaller class sizes which provide a supportive setting and are very attentive. Thank you. Our son has built some strong relationships with his key workers and class leaders.

All the educators/managers are so lovely and attentive. They really take an interest in your kid and genuinely want them to learn and engage with the other kids. There is not a high turnover of educators which I really like and each and everyone consistently seems so cheerful every day. They are consistently so welcoming and if I have had any questions, they will consistently happily answer them. I would highly suggest Bright Horizons Palmers Green to anyone. I am very pleased with the childcare centre overall and I think its a excellent addition to the area. My daughter is extremely cheerful at childcare centre.

Our little boy is very well looked after here by the lovely team. Lots of interactive playtime and super set up and facilities. Remarkable childcare centre.

The team is a really distinctive factor. All the carers are so nice and kids are consistently cheerful when you enter in any of the rooms. It’s well organised and the managers are so expert and go beyond expectations. The childcare centre is very welcoming.

The team members are all extremely supportive, inviting and welcoming. Excellent feedback. The rooms are kept spotless, activities are varied. My grandson loves the garden, water activities. I would very much suggest the childcare centre to my friends. An outstanding place to send your kid. Thank you to all the team, knowing my grandson is being well looked after. My grandson looks forward to attending this childcare centre.

Overall, very cheerful with how my son has progressed through the stages of development including potty training and updates skills. The team have consistently been supportive and worked well with us to achieve this. We have seen a high team turnover, which has resulted in changes in key workers, often, which is our only criticism. My son has been attending for the last 18 months and has transitioned from the baby, toddler room and is now in the preschool room.

The rooms are very well equipped with a lot of different toys.
For the babies, they also do some guided activities like crafts which is nice. Although I think they could do more. The team are nice and they seem to be very well connected with each other – they all seem to know what is happening on the day with the kids. They follow well with the paperwork daily with information about how the kids’ day went. I think this is nice and give parents an idea of how the kid did on the day. Management could be better. I notice some lack of organisation and follow up with paperwork/payments and etc. Also, food – quality and diversity could be better. In general meals/daily intake lacks vegetables and fruits. For kids that spend basically the whole day there, they are way far from getting their 5 a day! It is a brand new childcare centre so the facilities are all very well maintained and spotless.

The employees really care about the kids and get to know each of them well. It’s very expert and they’ve taken every precaution during the pandemic to keep everyone secure. My son loves it, he’s consistently cheerful to go and he’s well taken care of.
