Staff attitudes to each other and clients always positive and staff approachable, management especially the manager, creates a stable and balanced environment that reflects through to staff and children making the team positive and happy to pass all the structure on to the children.

Our daughter has attended since August 2018 and we have been very impressed with the nursery. Our daughter loves her key worker.

I have a good experience with Bright Horizons. My first child was here before. The staff are excellent. I don’t think we could find a better place for our child. I’m very happy with everything.

My daughter’s key person is very attentive and lovely. We’ve had a couple of issues with the management but were helped by people in head office. They helped us sort out communication.

This Nursery was very poorly managed whereby children were numbers matched with others. Always short of staff or staff leaving. Sadly, as a father, I had to intervene so that my son was not penalised to move to a pre-school class and after arranging a meeting with the manager, suddenly to find a place was miraculously available. It was always hard to trust staff who were mismanaged. My son was always unhappy at this nursery, always unsure which class he was going to be at. We chose to remove our child from this nursery and it was the best thing we did in the best interest of our child. I would definitely not recommend this nursery having taken the courage to write this review due to my unhappiness.

Really friendly and helpful staff. My child is very happy here and developing well. The registration process was simple and it’s easy to pay through the government website. The nursery is very local for us and easy to reach from main roads.

Even though it has been quite difficult to get to know the staff and new facilities due to Covid-19 restrictions I have been pleasantly surprised with the amount my daughter has learnt in the past few months. Overall, my experience with the staff has been good although like I said the experience of taking my daughter to nursery was hindered due to Covid, which has reduced communication with getting to know other parents and staff members.

My little boy has attended this nursery since he was eleven months old and now he is two. With all the hard times we have had with Covid-19 and the transitions of moving rooms, my little boy absolutely loves nursery. All the rooms he has attended whether being there for a long time or a short time, he has enjoyed. The baby room, toddler room and two to three’s have been fantastic with my little boy. He has only been in the two to three’s room since February 2021 and he loves his key person and all the other ladies in his room. Whenever I have a concern or I am unsure on things and vice versa they always contact and support not only my sons needs but mine too. Highly recommenced! Well done ladies and gentlemen.

Our daughter started nursery in the middle of the term following an international relocation. The initial contact and settling-in sessions were excellent, which really helped her (and us) have a great start. The staff are very dedicated to the children and their families, ensuring they are kept safe, whilst providing a huge range of engaging activities to them. Every day our daughter would come home with new exciting stories to share with us. It was also lovely to receive photos of her doing some of these activities. A big thank you to the whole team.
