Bright Horizons Oxford Business Park Day Nursery and Preschool

With all the hard times we have had with Covid-19 and the transitions of moving rooms, my little boy absolutely loves childcare centre. All the rooms he has attended whether being there for a long time or a short time, he has enjoyed. The baby room, toddler room and two to three’s have been remarkable with my little boy. He has only been in the two to three’s room since February 2021 and he loves his key person and all the other ladies in his room. Whenever I have a concern or I am unsure on things and vice versa they consistently contact and assistance not only my sons needs but mine too. Highly recommenced! Well done ladies and gentlemen. My little boy has attended this childcare centre since he was eleven months old and now he is two.

Professionalism at all times and excellent ownership of daily issues.

Team attitudes to each other and clients consistently positive and team approachable, management especially the manager, creates a stable and balanced setting that reflects through to team and kids making the team positive and cheerful to pass all the structure on to the kids. Excellent team and levels of commitment.

My son has been attending since he was around 5 months old and is now three, his discovering has continued and he is flourishing being here. Team are welcoming, informative and engaging with the kids.

Overall, my journey with the team has been great although like I said the journey of taking my daughter to childcare centre was hindered due to Covid, which has reduced updates with getting to know other parents and team members. Even though it has been quite difficult to get to know the team and new facilities due to Covid-19 restrictions I have been pleasantly surprised with the amount my daughter has learnt in the past few months.

The initial contact and settling-in sessions were outstanding, which truly helped her (and us) have a excellent start. The team are highly dedicated to the kids and their families, ensuring they are kept secure, whilst providing a huge range of engaging activities to them. Every day our daughter would come home with new exciting stories to share with us. It was also lovely to receive photos of her doing some of these activities. A big thank you to the whole team. Our daughter started childcare centre in the middle of the term following an international relocation.

We have been with Bright Horizons Oxford Business Park Day Childcare centre and Preschool for several years now and are highly cheerful with the assistance and work of the team.

We’ve had a couple of issues with the management but were helped by people in head office. They helped us sort out updates. My daughter’s key person is highly attentive and lovely.

The team are consistently supportive and available. We are highly pleased with the overall service provided by the childcare centre.

Consistently short of team or team leaving. Sadly, as a father, I had to intervene so that my son was not penalised to move to a pre-school class and after arranging a meeting with the manager, suddenly to find a place was miraculously available. It was consistently hard to trust team who were mismanaged. My son was consistently unhappy at this childcare centre, consistently unsure which class he was going to be at. We chose to remove our kid from this childcare centre and it was the best thing we did in the best interest of our kid. I would definitely not suggest this childcare centre having taken the courage to write this review due to my unhappiness. This Childcare centre was highly poorly managed whereby kids were numbers matched with others.

My son has settled in so well and so quickly and this is because the team have worked so hard to make him sense welcome and cared for. It is such a relief for me going to work and knowing that he is being looked after so well. He absolutely loves childcare centre and the daily updates and photos of what he has been doing are so lovely to receive. I sense completely comfortable leaving him and confident that his well-being and development are being nurtured in a secure and attentive setting. I have been exceptionally impressed with this childcare centre.
