September 17, 2024 at 3:18 amThe toddler room has lots of lovely opportunities, including crafts, water playtime and themed weeks. It’s excellent to see all the team (from other rooms too) know all the kids. The feedback is really great with the app. Our kid loves childcare centre!

September 29, 2024 at 5:07 pmShe is now 2.5 years old and runs into childcare centre very cheerful and excited to see her friends and the team.
The childcare centre team are exceptional and my daughter does so much whilst at childcare centre. The indoor space has plenty to allow kids to develop and playtime. The outdoor space is big and they are able to explore and run around safely. There are slides, trikes, and garden activities.
The team are very welcoming, compassionate, sympathetic, supportive and consistently there to offer advice and guidance.
The childcare centre are very great at keeping parents up to date via the app, either with regular new letters, observations and photos. It informs you when your little one has had a nap or food and if there are any events coming up.
I highly suggest this childcare centre; from an anxious mummy dropping a 9-month-old off, to a relived and cheerful mummy. My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Childcare centre in Otterbourne since she was 9 months old.

October 2, 2024 at 2:07 pmWe have had an outstanding journey with the childcare centre. The team are so welcoming and welcoming and clearly offer outstanding care to all of the kids. It has been fantastic to see my kids thrive and learn in this nurturing setting. The management team are also very supportive when it comes to dealing with personal matters such as pregnancy and do their best to be flexible when you need it. I really appreciate the regular updates and photographs we get that show the different activities the kids get up to. Both of my kids attend Bright Horizons, Otterbourne and have done since they were 10 months old.

The team are consistently on hand to chat and help with any issues. Our new baby will be starting there next month to begin her childcare centre journey which we are excited about. Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons, Otterbourne for three years, having started in the baby room in Feb 2020.

They’re so inviting and welcoming and the pride they take in looking after the kids is so fantastic to see. I cannot suggest it enough, it’s been incredible! Our son has been at Otterbourne for a year now and has had the best journey.

December 11, 2024 at 9:08 pmHe is a lovely boy and has learned how to share his toys and playtime with other kids and has learned to do things on his own if he wants to. He has been discovering about plants and how to grow them and comes home and tells me and consistently checks on the things we have at home, like sunflower seeds, broad beans and strawberries and, even, on our caterpillars that are growing into butterflies. He has done so well in his time, so far, with the Otterbourne Childcare centre. I can’t praise this childcare centre enough for what they have done for his development. Thank you. My grandson has been with you for 18 months.

December 19, 2024 at 11:11 pmHad nothing but a remarkable journey. He is now in preschool and he has developed immensely, no doubt due to the fantastic team. They have started getting him prepared for school and the activities and focus they provide is outstanding. He is such a cheerful boy and has made so many fantastic friends and he loves going to childcare centre, has never once been hesitant. Couldn’t rate the childcare centre or team highly enough! My son has been in Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Childcare centre now since he was a toddler.

January 8, 2025 at 12:22 pmThe prospect of returning to work and leaving our firstborn somewhere was incredibly daunting, but from Day one this was the best decision we made.
She joined the childcare centre at 11 months old and is now 3.5 years old. She has been in the baby, toddler and now the childcare centre room and has thrived in each one. The team are absolutely outstanding, led by the most exceptional management team. They take care of her well-being alongside teaching her so much. Our twin daughters are due to join her shortly and we look forward to sharing more journeys over the years with the team at Otterbourne. There are not enough words to describe how incredible this setting has been for our daughter.

They really look after the kids and our daughter has excellent relationships with all the adults in her room, not just her key worker. We have another baby on the way and will not hesitate to send them to the same childcare centre. This childcare centre is really remarkable.

April 8, 2025 at 5:22 amWe were so impressed with the introduction to discovering and the compassionate and attentive atmosphere encouraged and upheld throughout their time at the childcare centre. My youngest is soon to leave, and I know she will miss everyone there, as will we. There is nothing better than dropping your kid off, knowing they are with fantastic, lovely people who really care about them. We cannot thank them enough for the care they have given our girls. We can’t suggest them enough! Both of our daughters have loved their time at Bright Horizons, Otterbourne – one is now school age and she started with a excellent foundation thanks to the fantastic team – her social skills were exceptional and she was school-ready.

The team come up with really varied activities and regularly have a theme for the week, so my little one does something new and exciting each week. Team are really engaged and excellent at updates (especially with this nervous first time mum!). Excellent outdoor space. It’s consistently tidy. The garden is split into sections, so babies/toddlers/preschoolers each have their own zones with appropriate equipment/toys. We adore the childcare centre.

The boys have consistently had so much enjoyable and getting involved in all of the activities and I adore the outdoor space they have access to.

June 7, 2025 at 6:53 amThe team are so supportive and welcoming and our kid comes home cheerful, looking forward to the next day. There are weekly themes and focus subjects to keep them engaged. It’s excellent to see some positive developments and how they encourage kids to interact. Can’t suggest enough! We moved our little one to this childcare centre six months ago and are so pleased with the way she has settled in.

What makes the childcare centre even more incredible is each and every member of team. They are outstanding with the kids and extremely supportive of the parents.
I highly suggest this childcare centre. I have nothing but great things to say about Bright Horizons, Otterbourne.
