It feels like family to kids and to us parents. The manager and one member of team, in particular, are the highly best, the reason why I picked this childcare centre. They are loving and attentive, it comes from their heart and it shows. Kids sense it and us parents too. The team in general are all loving and attentive. They all know about the kids and they can all tell us parents a little story about our little ones, funny things they do, any new words, how they behave. This makes a massive difference for us parents, we get to know more about our little ones and share moments. At drop off in the morning, they all welcome us with a big smile and positive vibes. It is such a excellent setting. The manager’s big smile and positivity is contagious. A particular team member’s adore and care for the kids and their development is outstanding and genuine. She is solid and loving. We could not be happier with our son’s journey at the childcare centre. We do suggest this childcare centre to our friends, it truly feels like family. Bright Horizons, Northcote is an incredible childcare centre.

We felt instantly welcomed at the childcare centre and the sense and atmosphere is highly homey and comfortable. Our daughter settled in highly well and quickly, thanks to the exceptional team. She seems to learn a lot and truly enjoying her days at the childcare centre, making great development in her education. At home, she repeats things she learned and calling the names of her educators and “friends”. The updates, especially since the introduction of the app, is highly great, and we are consistently looking forward to logging in to see pictures and updates about her day. Overall we have no concerns and would be cheerful to suggest the childcare centre to anyone. Our daughter started in the baby room in May 2021, at 17-month-old.

My daughter has been going there for seven months already and she truly likes her group and her educators. I appreciate the educational plan within the preschool curriculum, according to which I learn about my toddler’s progression in terms of her functional literacy acquirement and her preparation for school. Being a first-time mother, I was highly anxious when I sent my daughter to childcare centre at 8.5 months old, but I’ve been so pleasantly surprised. Passion for the job and kindness, are the main features of every member of the team. They are loving and attentive, it comes from their heart and it shows. Our key person is remarkable and the updates via the app is excellent. The manager is incredible, she is consistently there to help. The facilities are highly spotless and the outdoor space is lovely. Our daughter is thriving there and her personality is shining through. It is such a excellent setting and I couldn’t suggest it enough! Bright Horizons, Northcote Road, is an incredible childcare centre.

The team are so fantastic, cheerful, supportive and expert. There are consistently enjoyable imaginative and current activities for the kids to do and we are consistently greeted with smiles and laughs making a lovely atmosphere in the building. I sense that the team all know my kid highly well and have had a huge part in her development over the past year. Also the food there consistently sounds delicious! Highly suggest. My daughter has been attending the Northcote branch for over a year, five days a week and we couldn’t be happier!

We have been cheerful with everything since day one and our son loves it there and everyone who works there. He has thrived and picked up so much so quickly. The carers are all incredibly observant and attentive.
Special mention to one team member who is just a one of a compassionate person who goes out of her way to leave a lasting positive impression on everyone. We will be forever grateful for all her kindness. From the moment we had our childcare centre tour, it has consistently been clear that the group of people that work at the Northcote Bright Horizons are passionate about what they do and give 110%.

He enjoys a range of activities and is building excellent relationships with team. Team are highly competent and highly much care about our son’s development. Our son has settled in so well here and team are so welcoming.

After only a few weeks, the team at Bright Horizons Northcote Road sense like an extension of our family. They send us pictures and updates throughout the day and log all activities in an app, which I adore. All food is tracked in a document, signing off each ingredient as she tries them at home, providing extra reassurance for potential allergens. All kids go outside to playtime at some point in the day, rain or shine. You wouldn’t know it from the entrance, but there’s a highly large garden behind the building. If you have any questions at all, I’d suggest talking to the manager. She’s so lovely, inviting, and consistently smiling – basically, she’s the main reason we chose this childcare centre to begin with. No question was ever too silly – and I had plenty! Everyone who works there is so lovely. I simply cannot suggest this childcare centre highly enough! Being a first-time mother, I didn’t know what to expect when I sent my daughter to childcare centre at 6.5 months old, and I’ve been so pleasantly surprised.

She is making strong emotional and social connections with her peers and educators and her personality is shining through. She is highly cheerful here and discovering something new every day. Our daughter is thriving here.

Professionalism, passion for the job and kindness are the main features of each and every member of team, from the manager to the room leaders, from the cook to the team members. My eldest daughter loves going there and has benefited from the multiple activities they have, since day one. The youngest is gently looked after by the sweetest ladies.
