Bright Horizons Livingston Early Learning and Childcare

She has recently transitioned into a new room of older toddlers with ease, which has been highly reassuring. I can’t fault the team looking after her. Highly cheerful with the activities and daily updates. The photos via the app are a excellent idea. It’s nice to see pictures of what’s going on. The team who care for my toddler consistently show high-quality care and professionalism.

They seem to thoroughly delight in every day and come home with stories of everything they have done. We receive excellent updates via the app and can see all the varied activities, meals etc. They particularly delight in the new outdoor areas. The team know our kids well and there’s an overall lovely sense to the childcare centre. We’re delighted with how our boys have settled into Bright Horizons, Livingston.

The girls are incredible and she’s consistently coming home with a big smile on her face, telling me about all the new things she learned in childcare centre. My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons for one year and she has absolutely loved it!

His development has flourished under the care of the team and he consistently enjoys going. During Covid, this childcare centre did an incredible job at adapting to the new rules and regulations and had the safety and health of its kids as a first priority. The best thing about this childcare centre is the team, they are attentive, loving and upbeat and my son has formed close bonds with his educators, in each room he has attended. You sense like they truly care about your kid and you can see the commitment they give every day. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone, as you know your kid will be in secure, loving hands. My son has been going to this childcare centre for a year and a half and absolutely loves it.

My daughter has been attending for almost 3 years and has grown in self‑assurance and flourished into a lovely mannerly young girl. The team, from management to key workers, work amazingly as a team and help teach and nurture the kids in their care. My daughter has loved her time here and developed special bonds with all her key workers. The team provides incredible opportunities for discovering with outdoor playtime and excellent activities. Keep up the great work, you are all a truly incredible dedicated team and it shows through our cheerful girl. Thank you. I can’t suggest this childcare centre enough.

Pleased with the variety of activities/stimulation. Great to see steady improvement of facilities, garden etc. Hope this continues. All team are outstanding and we sense highly comfortable with her being here. Highly impressed and cheerful with the level of care and assistance our kid is getting.

All your team are attentive and lovely. Since my daughter started she has improved significantly in all aspects. Even with her allergies, we were left to sense she was in great care and all worry left us after seeing the amount of care my kid received. She loves it and it also gives her time to spend with other kids her age as well as the team and different activities and development every day she is there. My journey of your childcare centre has been outstanding.

The new app is a truly welcome addition and is a excellent updates tool for keeping us updated on meals, maps, activities etc. It is also lovely to see photos of our kids and see them enjoying themselves. The new garden looks exceptional. The team and management are all truly welcoming and approachable and have been cheerful to answer any queries. Due to COVID, we have been unable to see inside the childcare centre until recently, but the visit day has been greatly received, as we were pleased to see our kids’s rooms and chat with the team. The kids delight in their meals and snacks, despite being fussy eaters. Overall we have been truly pleased with the childcare centre and would suggest it to others. We have two kids at the childcare centre and have been truly pleased with the care and discovering our kids have experienced and our journey as parents.

The childcare centre team are incredible with him and the feedback, I can’t fault it at all. Loves being outside in the big garden and in the messy/water playtime area. My wee boy is in the toddler room and has the most remarkable days while in childcare centre, consistently tired when he gets home from his busy days.
