September 16, 2024 at 8:25 amI’m so pleased my kids are able to attend and benefit hugely from Little Stars. Both my kids attend Little Stars and absolutely adore it.
I can’t speak highly enough of the team and the care they provide for the kids.
I’m consistently impressed with the range of activities and food available.
Throughout the pandemic, I believe the Little Stars management have worked highly hard to ensure every one is as secure as possible.

It is spotless, tidy and the updates with parents is outstanding. An outstanding childcare centre. Little Stars is truly outstanding.

November 2, 2024 at 3:08 pmShe loves the team in her room, and they do a lot of enjoyable activities; that we don’t do at home. There is a inviting and welcoming atmosphere between team as well. Our 2-year-old is highly cheerful at Little Stars and learns new things every day she is there.

December 13, 2024 at 10:11 amEvery team member we have spoken to has consistently been highly supportive, whether dealing directly with my son or whether answering my queries about fees or when to apply for schools and also have given me advice about potty training. The childcare centre is brilliantly run and the kids all seem highly cheerful. My son adores all the team and has made lots of friends his own age whilst there. I’m consistently highly impressed with the menu, I’m sure he eats better there than at home! I am consistently so grateful to the people who make this childcare centre what it is and admire how hard they work. My son has been at the childcare centre since August 2019 and he has consistently loved going.

December 30, 2024 at 1:27 amMy 15-month-old has been going for 6 months and loves it – she walks in cheerfully every day and we get written information about her day as well as a spoken discussion if we want. Childcare centre are cheerful to use reusable nappies we provide. Outstanding food provided for vegetarians. Childcare centre team are all highly welcoming and patient and many go above and beyond their job to give the kids new experiences.

January 12, 2025 at 8:49 amShe has come on leaps and bounds in this time and has thoroughly enjoyed her time there so far. She has an outstanding relationship with her key person and cannot speak highly enough of the team. When we pick her up each day it is clear she is highly cheerful and is fully stimulated. Each day we get an online update with pictures and commentary on what she has been up to which is of excellent benefit and highly appreciated. The childcare centre offers outstanding value for money in terms of overall journey. My daughter has just turned 3 and has already made some great friends. We look forward to seeing her continue to develop over the next year or so. My daughter has been at childcare centre since August 2021, so coming up two years.

March 3, 2025 at 4:57 pmFrom the start the team have been truly supportive and attentive, making him sense comfortable and helping him settle. He’s consistently cheerful to see them in the morning. We get plenty of information on how his days have been and our request for using reusable nappies was accepted immediately, in fact, the team are used to this and so we didn’t have to provide any additional information.
I cannot speak highly enough of Little Stars and am so pleased that our son is in such a welcoming place. Our son has been at Little Stars for a couple of months now and loves it.

March 18, 2025 at 2:03 amThe garden area isn’t ideal as it’s between two concrete buildings and for under two’s they only have a tiny space to playtime in. Forest school is only talked about in theory and no evidence of it starting up again. We also observe that unless we emphasize how much our kid likes being outside, team aren’t consistently taking the kids outside, especially in the winter months. Rooms upstairs have bright neon lights and windows are not accessible for kids to look outside. Kids’s items often go missing. Updates from childcare centre management is inconsistent and inadequate. The menu is often not followed. The drop-off/pick-up area for parents is a tragic accident waiting to happen. Morale amongst team doesn’t seem high, though key workers are consistently attentive towards our kid. Our kid has made some friends that we see outside of childcare centre and other parents share similar concerns. Not surprised the Ofsted rating lowered. Haven’t had a great journey since our time at the childcare centre in Sept 2021.

Excellent variety of activities that they do and a excellent variety of food for her as well. Excellent childcare centre, truly excellent team and team.

April 8, 2025 at 1:00 pmThey have been so nurturing in each room, and I have seen her thrive since she has been there. My son is also attending now, and he truly enjoys his time there. Would definitely suggest this childcare centre, as all of the team are highly attentive, and it feels like a lovely family setting for all of the kids there. My daughter has been at Bright Horizons Little Stars Childcare centre and Preschool since 2018 and is due to start school soon, and she has loved being there!

At the end of his session, we are consistently greeted by fantastic team and a cheerful baby. We are highly pleased that we chose Little Stars as their service is indeed outstanding. Our son has been attending Little Stars Childcare centre for the last three months part-time.

We have been cheerful with each of the rooms she has been in and all of the team have been so compassionate and attentive. They do so many activities with the kids and have a exceptional garden so they get lots of fresh air. The childcare centre have put a lot of work into preparing our daughter for school and putting on a lovely graduation ceremony. It is a fantastic place to send your kids and I would thoroughly suggest it. Our daughter has attended Little Stars for nearly four years and has recently left to start school.

They also have quite interesting activities and the kids seem to delight in their day there. I have the feeling that the food portions could be a bit larger. My kid goes there consistently with a smile in the morning and that is what counts most to me.

She appears to adore the team and wants to tell us about her day when she gets into the car, albeit in baby language.

They have been super organised over COVID arrangements and safety, and I’m consistently 100% certain that everything is being done to the highest standard. The caters at the childcare centre are so considerate and engaged with the kids and their families.

My eldest attended the childcare centre for 3 and a half years and now my youngest has just started.
We completely trust the team to look after the kids as if they were their own and both of them have been/are highly cheerful there.
I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough. Little Stars is a fabulous childcare centre.

The range of food that they supply for lunches and break times is highly great also. I would suggest Little Stars to anybody. My daughter goes to Little Stars and absolutely loves it.
