The team are all welcoming and welcoming. Team are cheerful to listen to any concerns about the kids and give advice and assistance. Outstanding childcare centre, both my kids have attended and have consistently received a high quality of care.

My daughter had a bumpy start with only going to childcare centre one day a week, but they made the whole journey so much easier. I sense totally comfortable leaving my kid with any of the team. They truly go above and beyond to make sure both parent and kid sense secure. They keep parents updated via their app and there is a full handover every pick up which I adore hearing about. The food they cook is consistently a healthy nutrient-filled meal, the activities/discovering they set up is incredible. My daughter has learnt so many new skills since being there, I can’t say enough about how incredible it is! This is an incredible childcare centre for so many reasons.

The team are consistently compassionate and welcoming and they consistently listen to our needs and respond accordingly. Our daughter has formed valuable bonds with her key person and other team members. Generally, the journey has been remarkable! (p.s more fresh fruit would push the food score to outstanding) Since our daughter started childcare centre, she has been eating better and showing development in her general mobility and fine movement.

The educators and childcare centre team have been outstanding and I have seen so many positive changes in my daughter. The educators truly care for the kids and they put in a lot of effort to engage kids and teach them important skills and preparing for “big” school. They also keep parents up to date regarding kid’s meals and activities throughout the day which has been excellent as a first time anxious mum. Highly recommended childcare centre. My daughter has been going here for the past two years.

The team work hard to create a attentive and educational setting for young people. My son adores his childcare centre days and sometimes doesn’t want to leave when I go to pick him up.
Unfortunately due to changes in staffing my son has had several key workers since August, however, this has been well managed to make the transitions as smooth as possible.
My son has dietary requirements and I am exceptionally pleased with the measures in place to assistance and manage this and trust that all team are aware of these requirements and adhere to them.

The team are highly welcoming and supportive of the kids. The childcare centre provide a secure setting for the kids to learn. It’s been excellent and I strongly suggest Bright Horizons at Kirkstall, Leeds, to any parent. I have had my daughters at the childcare centre for two plus years and all I can think about are the positive outcomes since they started attending the childcare centre.

The team are highly welcoming and attentive, which has helped her to settle in and she now loves going to childcare centre! The childcare centre itself has nice facilities both indoor and outdoor. The kids seem to spend a lot of time outdoors where possible, which I adore and I’m sure the kids do too. The updates is also highly great, getting regular updates either by telephone or through the app so you can check what your kid has been doing during your working day, which is something that I look forward to seeing. My kid has been at Bright Horizons since about 9 months old.

It’s a pleasure to be sent pictures of them discovering new practical and social skills. Most of all, it’s so comforting to know they are in secure hands and enjoying themselves. Choosing a childcare provider was a worrying process, but we were confident we made the right choice. Thank you! We couldn’t be happier with the care and attention our kid receives at Bright Horizons.

The team/key persons consistently take the time to discuss my son’s development with myself and my wife when collecting/dropping off. All the team are highly approachable and do a excellent job filling in when my son’s key person is on leave. I would highly suggest this childcare centre to anyone who requires childcare. My son has been attending Bright Horizons Kirkstall for over a year and the standard of care and attention he has received in that time has been outstanding.

I can’t sing their praises enough, they have been incredible over the last few years. Particularly so after lockdown in helping bring our little one out of her shell, as she was highly shy going back after such a long time and the childcare centre were fab with her. She will certainly miss all the team as well as the friends she has made there. Can definitely suggest! Our little girl has just left this childcare centre to move on to school.
