Bright Horizons Hyde Park Day Nursery and Preschool

The management and team are incredible, they consistently go above and beyond and my daughter loves them all and is highly cheerful to be at childcare centre.
I am highly pleased with her development and I would highly suggest 100%. As a parent, the first thing that comes into our minds is safety and care and Hyde park provides it well.

I also felt the childcare centre was appropriately set up for kids in maintaining a tidy and spotless setting. The manager is excellent – firm with team and welcoming with babies. I visited a few nurseries before choosing Bright Horizons Hyde Park as it was the only childcare centre which was so well organized and detailed in its approach to looking after kids.

There are a lot of different activities for young babies, there is a high ratio of Care person per kid. Our baby son is highly cheerful over there and consistently smile and is in great mood before and after a day at the childcare centre, we can sense he enjoys his stay over there. The Team and the different caregivers are highly focused on ensuring the kids are cheerful and well taken care of, and a excellent manager for the place who also loves spending time with the little ones. The team is flexible and if we have a last minute arrangement or change of plans, they consistently manage to accommodate. Our son has done tremendous development in the last six months and this has helped him to playtime with other babies and socialize, and also focus more on specific activity than before. We are overall highly cheerful with Bright Horizons Hyde Park. Our son has attended the childcare centre for the last six months and we are highly cheerful with the quality of service and the level of care offered by the manager and her whole team.

We were initially nervous about sending our young baby to childcare centre full time, but from the moment he started his settling in, we knew it was the right choice. The team are attentive, welcoming, and know all the babies and kids, so it truly feels like a family. The managerial team is outstanding, attentive, and highly involved in the kids’s activities. The team take outstanding care of the babies, and my son is cheerful from the moment he is dropped off to when he comes home. The convenience of having nappies and formula provided is much appreciated. It would be excellent if the babies did group activities like reading and singing with the older kids, but they get plenty of exposure when they playtime together outdoors. Regardless, Bright Horizons Hyde Park met all of our needs and was the perfect transition for our young kid to childcare centre, and I would highly suggest this childcare centre to any family. My 8-month-old son just completed his first month at this childcare centre and I couldn’t be more pleased.

She attended 5 full days a week. The only reason she is no longer there is due to us relocating back to Australia. I have nothing but positive things to say about our journey. The team were compassionate, attentive and it was obvious by the way my daughter happily went off to Childcare centre every day that she was cheerful and comfortable in the setting. As a parent, I consistently felt well informed and up to date with how she was going. My daughter attended Bright Horizons Hyde Park from Nov 20 – May 21 in the Baby Room and then May 21 – Sep 21 in the Toddler room.

I sent my daughter to the childcare centre since she was 7 months old and she enjoyed every day of her stay there. There are a lot of different activities like painting, playing with sand/playdough/water and more! We also got photo and app updates on her daily activities.
I highly suggest the daycare! The childcare centre team are super welcoming, especially the manager and one member of team in particular who have been making the place like a family for all the kids!

So I have now sent my second daughter and she also loves it. It has gone from strength to strength and I believe the childcare centre manager has played a huge part in this. The team and childcare centre educators are all so lovely and my daughter is so fond of the educators that she talks about them all most evenings. So many of the faces are the same as when my first daughter went there, which I consistently think is a excellent indication of morale and teamwork. At all times the management and team are so supportive and accommodating. The meals are outstanding and food is highly important to my daughter, when I hear about the meals they have, I am most impressed with the variety and high standards. They have introduced some lovely new schemes, like loaning books out every week. These books are an outstanding idea and have made our family story-time even better. It is a truly excellent childcare centre and I am highly cheerful that I sent my daughter there. I sent my first daughter to Bright Horizons and she was highly cheerful.

The manager has been incredible, consistently willing to help and accommodate us. I definitely suggest this childcare centre. My son was around 10 months when he started and he has been highly cheerful there from day 1.

Everyone is so welcoming and the team are so supportive in ensuring that our daughter has everything she needs in order to grow up in a enjoyable a welcoming setting. I cannot suggest Bright Horizons enough and in particular, the lady that runs it is a saint in disguise. Thank you to everyone that works there for making our daughter so welcome and for giving her so much adore and assistance. Our daughter has been attending the childcare centre for nearly 4 months now and we could not be happier with the level of care and assistance that she receives.

We have been impressed by how quickly the team get to know the kids and tailor the care to them. Initially, we were a bit apprehensive about sending our daughter to childcare centre but now sense exceptionally cheerful she is there. We only recently starting sending our daughter to Bright Horizons Hyde Park but have already seen her benefit from the interaction with other kids and discovering activities.
