Bright Horizons Hove Day Nursery and Preschool

The team are all attentive, attentive and accommodating. My daughter recently started at the childcare centre and I was initially very nervous to send her, but the childcare centre team were so compassionate and lovely to me, they updated me every day with pictures and a brief at the end of the day and really put my mind at ease! My daughter has now made some lovely friends and has grown such a connection to her key person and all of the lovely team, she speaks so fondly of childcare centre and I am so pleased with my decision to send her to Bright Horizons Hove Day Childcare centre and Preschool! Thank you to all of the team for being so fab! I cannot suggest this childcare centre enough.

She’s been attending for the past 5-months and has absolutely flourished and is so cheerful there. The team are so attentive,g and the level of updates goes above and beyond. They’re also consistently thinking of inventive and engaging things to do with the kids, and often involve the parents too, and I know she’s having such a fulfilling time there. The food menu consistently looks really great, and it’s a relief to know she’s being offered healthy home-cooked meals. Would highly suggest it; we sense so lucky to have found it! We’ve been so incredibly pleased that we chose Supersaurus for our daughter.

Our little bot loves it and consistently come out telling us something new he has done and learnt. It’s a very attentive setting, and we get lots of feedback. Supersaurus has been remarkable.

They have been incredible with our two little boys who are clearly very cheerful at childcare centre. Updates is really great. We consistently sense in the loop with everything. The boys have so much enjoyable and learn so much there. We are so glad we chose Supersaurus. Thanks a million. We are so cheerful with Supersaurus Childcare centre.

Our son absolutely loved going to babies and then to 2’ – transition was very smooth. Kids are doing plenty of activities and are stimulated a lot. On top, the team are really attentive and loving to them, having a very personal approach and providing you regular feedback through the app or verbally. Very, very satisfied with this. Absolutely adore Supersaurus – the manager of the childcare centre and her right-hand deputy manager are just so lovely, consistently listening to your needs and surrounded by a excellent team of energetic and attentive young women.

A perfect balance between pastoral care and developmental activities with excellent updates between the childcare centre and parents. My son has really benefited from the activities on offer, and it is fantastic to know that he is in such a inviting and responsive setting. The childcare centre has been so compassionate and attentive with my son.

My son attended for nearly a year, and it was with deep sadness that due to relocating to another part of the UK, we had to change nurseries. However, the team at Supersaurus ensured that this was as easy a transition as possible for both my son and ourselves. Even now, my son is informing me that he misses both the team, particularly his key worker, and the friends he made whilst at the childcare centre.
Whilst at the childcare centre, my son’s development from the hardwork the team put in was evident, my son consistently comes back from childcare centre excited about the day he’d had. This childcare centre truly goes above and beyond and forms strong relationships with all the young people and parents. I cannot thank the team enough for the way they cared and assisted in the development of my little one and would highly suggest this childcare centre to everyone who wants the best for their kid. Supersaurus, is without a doubt, the best childcare centre that we’ve had the joy of coming across.

However, I wish I hadn’t worried – Supersaurus has been absolutely incredible. The team are so welcoming, attentive and attentive, (especially three ladies), and we sense so cheerful she gets to spend time here! The space is absolutely perfect and so spotless. She has been incredibly cheerful here, and I’ve watched her develop so much. We adore everyone at Supersaurus. As quite a nervous first time Mum, I was quite scared to put my kid into childcare centre.

Yesterday we forgot her comforter, when I collected her, the childcare centre tried to call me and my husband, but we didn’t see the calls. The childcare centre manager actually dropped it off at our house on her way home, so our daughter didn’t have to go to bed without it! I’m sure they can’t do that each time someone forgets something at the end of the day, but I wanted to share this. Completely above and beyond what we would expect from a childcare centre! We couldn’t suggest it highly enough. My daughter is at Supersaurus.

He absolutely loves all of the baby room team and practically jumps out of my arms in the morning when I drop him off!
I adore how attentive they are to his development, ensuring he’s taking part in the right activities and concentrating on specific areas of discovering, often giving me some tips and tricks to try at home.
I also adore how adventurous the meals and snacks provided are. When I compare the menus to other nurseries, it really feels like Supersaurus go above and beyond with what’s on offer.
On the whole, I couldn’t be happier with the childcare centre, and it’s made my return to work a much easier journey. My son started at Supersaurus a few months ago aged 8 months.
