Bright Horizons Highgate Day Nursery and Preschool

The team are all very compassionate and attentive and clearly take outstanding care of our son. Our son joined at 6 months old and has developed so much during his time at Highgate childcare centre. He clearly loves the childcare centre and the team. My wife and I have been absolutely delighted with the journey. The Highgate childcare centre has been remarkable.

My son has been here for 4 years and our journey has been exceptional. The team are remarkable and really engage the kids. The New App is a excellent way of keeping parents up to date. My son has made excellent friends and the team really care. There is a mix between educational activities and also playtime. The childcare centre are very flexible and really helped when my youngest kid was born prematurely. They accommodated more hours for my son at short notice and were very supportive in the difficult time that my family were having. I am excited to send my little girl here in the near future due to the incredible journey my son had. On leaving in July 2022 he was presented with a graduation ceremony and also several gifts including a graduation book and a book which has covered his discovering throughout the 4 years. Reading this with him and seeing his development was incredible. My journey with the childcare centre has been incredible.

They have made friends and adore the team who they talk about often. The standards of care is remarkable and I’m cheerful knowing they’re there. My 2 and 4 year old adore Bright Horizons Highgate Day Nursery and Preschool.

The management of the childcare centre is outstanding, welcoming and competent and so are all the team. The Highgate Nursery provides a secure and loving setting where young kids receive an opportunity to socialise and learn at a pace that is appropriate for them.

My son attended from 11 months old till almost 2 years old. He integrated straight away and it became his favourite place to go to. He learnt a lot there, the development has been incredible. Every day he would come home with new words, he really started loving books and loved being around other kids. He would wake up on the weekend asking for his educators, which really showed that they treated him very well there. The app is updated hourly, which is very supportive, to know how much he ate, slept, etc. Can’t praise the team enough. Very compassionate, expert, and welcoming. They know their way with kids. The outside space is small, but the team makes the best out of it with lots of enjoyable, educational games. The program is very diverse and kids learn a lot. My son is very picky with food, but he ate very well there! I consistently sense supported and secure knowing he is there! Bright Horizons, Highgate, has been an absolutely incredible journey for us.

From the moment we contacted the childcare centre our family and son were made to sense very welcome. Our son joined the Preschool in September age 4 and has enjoyed developing and discovering in a very stimulating and attentive setting, with a large variety of educational and age-appropriate activities. The management team are very informative and welcoming. We receive regular weekly updates via a newsletter, along with a daily feedback form. We also have access to the app which is a fantastic way to see the activities and photos of your kid’s participation and engagement with activities. We had a excellent relationship with our son’s key person who gave us regular updates and parent meetings on our son’s development. The lines of updates were consistently open and it was excellent to see the encouragement and assistance given to our son. We are delighted with the enjoyable journey our son had at highgate Preschool, our other son will attend in the near future. I would absolutely suggest Bright Horizons Highgate.

This is an outstanding childcare centre full of attentive team who nurture the kids and create a enjoyable, secure setting in which kids can develop.

The team are absolutely remarkable. My son joined at 10 months until 3 years old. He was really supported throughout all the milestones, from walking, talking, potty training etc. He loves going to childcare centre every day and has made some great friends.

The team were very welcoming and supportive. The kids are well looked after and well fed. The childcare centre is very expert and well-run which gives you self‑assurance that they will look after your kid’s interests well. It’s also extremely secure – it can’t be accessed from the street side and security gate for visitors etc.
Ultimately, we decided to move childcare centre because the outside space is not that large and we found an alternative with a bigger garden. This was less of a problem when our son was younger but he has a lot of energy and needs more space to run around in. Our son attended for a year between the ages of 1 – 2 years old.

The team are fantastic, the assistance, the updates. The adjustments they have made during the Pandemic have been really great and they have dealt with a difficult time so well. We are thrilled with the childcare centre and our son loves it! The new App is exceptional. Bright Horizons Highgate is an exceptional childcare centre and ever since our son joined we have been so cheerful with every single element.
