Bright Horizons Hendon Day Nursery and Preschool

I have visited a few nurseries in the area, but none gave me such a peaceful feeling of leaving my little baby boy.
The staff are so helpful and friendly and always there for us as parents.
The place always clean and lots of activities for any age.

This nursery is a great place to send your children. I can only write about my good experience with them. Firstly both my children (older was from 2017 to 2020, younger started in June 2020 at 9 months old and is still there) really liked and enjoy the place. I see them happy and ascending very quickly. Secondly, the staff is very friendly, efficient and approachable whenever you need to talk to them. The above two reasons are my main factors for the choice of nursery. Additionally, they have a clear policy on baby care and safety. The place itself is really clean and well equipped (a nice area to play outside and spacious rooms for children), there are a lot of different activities. Both of my children never have any issues with food, eating (younger one is allergic and is on a special diet, which is followed at nursery) everything that was served. Overall I recommend the place.

Lovely staff, amazing infrastructure, our daughter has been there since she was six months old. Two and a half years later she still absolutely loves attending the nursery every day. They do a lot of fun and didactic activities and you receive daily a summary of what your child did during the day. This nursery and their staff really go the extra mile, thank you Hendon Nursery for your valuable support.

I have had two children come through this nursery and the staff and management have been nothing but kind and loving to my children. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for childcare. They are passionate about children’s learning and the staff are always welcoming!

The staff are amazing with the children.
During Covid, they have been amazing trying to keep the children’s routine as it used to be. We felt very secure sending our daughter to nursery and our best reward is the smile on our daughter’s face when we tell her we are going to nursery!

When my son was invited back to the nursery in June 2020 (after the first lockdown), he was so happy to see his key person and happily went inside the nursery with her. He actually started dancing outside the nursery. We were worried that he may be sceptical going back to the nursery again having spent two and a half months with us at home full time.
This shows the extremely close bond my son has created with his key person, the staff and other kids in the nursery. He loves the food (gotten used to a variety of cuisines), activities and the time he spends with everyone in the nursery. Sometimes, even during the weekend, he wants to go to the nursery. This shows how much he loves being there.
We have also noticed a tremendous growth in his personality, etiquette and manners which shows that he not only has fun but is also learning a lot in the nursery. My wife and I are very happy and glad that our son is going to this nursery.

Our son joined a couple of months before the first covid lockdown in Jan 2020 aged 10 months. Nursery supported us through returning to work and settling in phases. We have watched him thrive in this environment thanks to the caring staff, brilliant facilities and activities and warm environment. He has transitioned through all 4 stages and rooms (despite the pandemic) and in each, has created amazing bonds with his key workers and friends. The staff have gone above and beyond not only to get to know our son inside out, but to really encourage him to grow and learn. It is really incredible to see just how much he has learned! We have loved the ongoing support as a family as we’ve gone through some big life milestones (toilet training, welcoming a new baby, moving homes etc). It’s really reassuring leaving him each day, knowing how much he loves nursery (and we love being able to see what he’s up to through the family app) and we can’t wait for our second child to attend in the coming months!

Our daughter has been at the Hendon branch since March 2021. Nursery is her happy place, she loves the staff and the staff love her! We feel very blessed to have a safe place where our daughter can thrive, have fun and learn new skills. The nursery feels like a family.

My daughter has been at Hendon Day Nursery for nearly two years and we could not have made a better decision to send her there. The love and attention she gets from the staff is beyond anything we could have expected. They have taken time to get to know her and we can see from the way she runs in every day, how much she enjoys it. Every day she learns something new and her vocabulary is incredible for a nearly 3-year-old. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better team of people to look after our child. We will no doubt be sending our next one too!

My daughter has been going here for 2 years. I know she is so cared for and in good hands at the nursery. She is so happy there and always comes home saying her teacher’s names which are absolutely amazing. They are always answering no matter how busy, always keen to help and give updates.
