January 19, 2018 at 12:00 amSince my daughter started at Asquith Day Nursery in Hatch end she has come on leaps and bounds, she is so confident and squeals with excitement when she knows its nursery day.
All staff, in all rooms, are friendly and have truly found their vocation in life working there.
I have no faults with Asquith Hatch End and intend on increasing my daughter days asap, I will certainly be keeping her in this nursery until they decide she is too old.
Thank you for all you do, special thanks to the baby room who first took on my daughter and now the toddler room. She loves you all and you know that I have to force her to leave at the end of the day.

January 25, 2018 at 12:00 amOur 19-month-old son has been at Asquith for about 7 months now and we are extremely happy with how he has been taken care of at the nursery.
The nursery staff have been great! They have been friendly, patient and ready to go the extra mile, considering what a stressful job it is. My wife is on immunosuppressants and the staff and management have been very supportive during a difficult time.
Our son loves the food at the nursery, the outdoor time he gets in the day, and we can see him picking up new words every day. He definitely loves going to nursery – its a struggle to bring him home sometimes!
If we ever have another child, we will be happy to put him here at Asquith, Hatch End. Hope that summarises our review!

June 4, 2018 at 12:00 amMy son started nursery when he was 13 months old and settled in very quickly into his new nursery at Asquith Pinner. He enjoys coming to the nursery. It is a feel at home environment and the staff are very friendly and dedicated.
The staff and management are really welcoming and show great care. I feel confident leaving my son at the nursery knowing he is in good hands.
He has improved in his eating as he was a fussy eater and they encourage healthy eating.
His confidence level grew and he started to speak new words after starting nursery.
Baby room, toddler room and the outdoor area are very clean and tidy, I have always noticed that the staff takes extra care to ensure children are happy and settled.
Thank you to all the wonderful staff/ management for their support. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents

August 15, 2019 at 12:00 amMy son settled in very quickly and is very happy at the nursery. The management team have been very helpful and attentive. The nursery has been very accommodating when we asked for extra sessions and are always welcoming when we arrive for pick up. It’s a definite bonus that all the children have access to their own gardens.

The staff are very helpful and spend time getting to know us and talk to us. The staff are very good and love chatting with her. The staff are brilliant.

December 15, 2020 at 12:00 amThe manager of Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery is fantastic. She is very approachable and helpful.
The nursery room key workers are great with my son, always encouraging him and helping him to build his confidence. They are always on hand with any queries I may have, and happy to answer. They are always happy to help with things we have implemented at home i.e. toilet training.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the nursery – facilities, and staff, and how helpful and encouraging they always are. Also, with the current climate and COVID-19 related way of living currently, they are always helpful with what they have implemented, following current government guidance, and constantly in contact when anything changes.

The team at Hatch End are always so kind and supportive, I really appreciate all that they do for us parents in giving us peace of mind that our children are well looked after. Would highly recommend.

February 16, 2021 at 12:00 amThe nursery overall is wonderful, and what contributes to this substantially is the staff. All the staff, from those who care for the children to those who support are incredibly caring. When I drop off my daughter, I never think twice about whether she will be well looked after. The area for improvement would be the value for money. There is no app, the staff are given dated technology, ie. cameras. The lighting in the car park is awful and likely to cause injury and damage soon. The amazing staff do what they can with the provisions, but they and the children deserve a lot more.

My son has been here over one and a half years and every time I collect him he is so happy and definitely feels at home here. The staff are very encouraging and help him hugely to reach all his different milestones. His confidence has grown and he has learnt so much while being here.
Thank you to everyone for all their support, especially during these hard times, we would be lost without them.

February 23, 2021 at 12:00 amMy grandson is very happy at Bright Horizons. He loves the staff and goes into the nursery with a smiley face and is greeted with a great welcome by members of staff in these difficult times of Covid19. He’s in ‘early years’ and has been taught to play with others, dance, sing, paint and to enjoy everything he does. The staff give good information and instruction to the children and lead by example and experience with bucket loads of encouragement. The management is excellent in dealing and organising the staff and children and take great care of them all. The food is very good, and diets are looked after for each child Hatch End Nursery have structure great motivation encouraged by management, teamwork and camaraderie.

He has grown so much being there, has a lot of confidence and chooses social interaction around others quickly. His education is coming on very nicely too. I feel he is in a safe environment and can account for his days at nursery. He loves painting and playing in the garden with his friends. He loves story time and books.

March 3, 2023 at 12:00 amBoth my kids love the nursery. After moving to the UK my children were welcomed so warmly and it helped them to settle a lot. They are both now confident bilingual. They love going to the nursery each day and the nursery surprises them each day with caring and creative schedules and tasks. Everyone is just lovely and respects each child’s individual needs.

The staff are so experienced, knowledgeable and supportive of parents and they are great with my son. Im is very happy with Bright Horizons Hatch End Day Nursery and Preschool.

March 6, 2023 at 12:00 amCan’t recommend this nursery enough! Having had two girls at this nursery at different times (one current) I feel the love and care they have for the children is amazing!
The staff and management are brilliant, always accommodating with last-minute extra days, we are kept up to date with the app and they are always quick to answer the phones and reply to emails!
The staff in all the rooms are fabulous, they nurture and develop the kids to an amazing standard, treating each one individually!

Now she can’t wait to go and enjoys her days there.
The app is great as we are left to see a glimpse of her day and what she is doing.

The practitioners here are nurturing, kind and happy and want to work with you to help your child and you. My son is excited about attending and is actively participating in lessons and show and tell. Thank you!
