Bright Horizons Harpenden Luton Road Day Nursery and Preschool

They have been so attentive, supportive and most importantly, established a special bond with my kids. Both of my kids adore attending and are spoiled with choice with all the exciting games, crafts and outside activity time with the team. They have made my return to work so much easier, knowing they are in a cheerful and secure setting. I can’t thank them enough and suggest them 100% to all family and friends. The Luton Road team have been exceptional since my twins joined the childcare centre four months ago.

I’ve consistently been confident of the high standard of care they receive. The kids adore the team – who make them smile even if they have arrived at the door with a frown! I am very pleased with our decision to use the childcare centre for both our son and daughter and would definitely suggest it to other parents. Thanks for all your hard work! She has been very cheerful attending the childcare centre and preschool from the first day and I really appreciate the care for her and the way the team has been with her. Even through the covid period, we considered the childcare centre was a secure place for our daughter and we decided to continue bringing her. She has learnt plenty of things and she loves to come home really excited about what she does during the day. it would not have been a better place for her in the early stages of her discovering process. The team’s commitment, care and assistance has been invaluable for us in our journey. We couldn’t have wished for a better childcare centre for our baby boy. I was really anxious about my son starting childcare centre at the tender age of 3 months, however the childcare centre team have been absolutely incredible helping us settle in.

She loves going here and all the team take such great care of her. It makes leaving her so much easier when I know the team are incredible with her and she wants to be there. My daughter gets so excited when we pull up outside childcare centre.

He is comfortable in the childcare centre and returns really chatty and tells us about his day. We have been really cheerful with the childcare centre and their updates especially as we moved our son to the childcare centre during the summer of 2020.
We’ve enjoyed the pictures he has returned with, the drawings and special attention letting us see what he does day to day.

The team are welcoming and welcoming. I really like the app which shows what my daughter has been doing and also what she has eaten. This is a well-run childcare centre that I would suggest to others. My daughter is very cheerful at this childcare centre and is thriving.

The team have been so supportive and positive throughout, settling her into her move up to the toddler room. She is consistently excited for a day at childcare centre and it has really helped her development. We are updated regularly on her skills/development through the app, which is lovely to see and helps us to understand her more. Our daughter has been attending childcare centre at Luton road since January.

He grins with excitement when we drop him off and when we pick him up he is consistently so busy playing he’s hard to pull away. We adore the updates and photos we get both through the app and at the end of the day. All of the team are so welcoming and give him plenty of cuddles. Finally, the variety of food our son gets is incredible and the setting (inside and out) is absolutely lovely. I’d definitely suggest the childcare centre. Our son has been at the childcare centre for 3 months and is thriving there.

Firstly, despite the worldwide struggles with the pandemic, the childcare centre has tried it’s upmost to maintain their efforts across the board. Their response to the pandemic has been incredibly effective and kid centric. We have had constant updates from the management dynamic duo and I have felt confident and assured sending my kid there. Their efforts in ensuring rooms (and childcare centre) maintain their outstanding status are continuous and I am seeing their efforts in raising the bar even higher. My kid is really thriving at the childcare centre, from the moment we are welcomed at the door, until collection, my kid is in their element. Team take the time to focus on the needs of each kid and really work with us, the parents and the kid, to allow them to flourish. I am impressed with the continued outstanding efforts of the management and their entire team (including the chef and his team!). My kid has attended Bright Horizons, Luton Road for over a year now.
