Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool

My son has been at Forest Park Bright Horizons for the past 10 months and he absolutely loves it. They are so warm and nurturing. They supported him brilliantly when he started nursery and helped him to settle quickly. He has since transitioned rooms which again was supported compassionately. My son’s motor, language and social skills have developed so much since being there and he has had the opportunity to try so many new things. They communicate well with us and are always interested in what the kids have been doing outside of nursery.

I only viewed three nurseries, Forest park being the third. I loved the feel when I walked in, it all looks very clean and the staff seem very professional. The manager was really precise and reassuring. The key workers seem really nurturing. I am just, all-round impressed with the professionalism. My child is currently doing her settling in sessions, in which she seems very happy without me there. The indoor facilities look very well laid out for the little ones to learn and explore, but the outdoor area is awaiting a refurbishment, which I am keen to see as well and why I gave a lower rating on the outdoor area for now.

Absolutely amazing nursery. My little boy has flourished in the year he has been there. The staff are fantastic and caring. My little boy really enjoys going and all the activities. His speech is incredible thanks to the team. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the food must be good as my little one eats so much of it. (Unfortunately not so good at eating at home) so seeing he has most of the time eaten all his food fills me with confidence. The team are amazing at giving updates each day on what my little one has been up to. Will definitely look to send my 2nd born here too when I feel ready to send him to nursery.

Bright Horizons, Forest Park have been amazing. My son started there in June and has settled in really well, although he cries sometimes at drop-off, he is so happy when we pick him up and has developed socially, really well. The communication is great at drop-off and pick-up. We love the app as well so we can check on him throughout the day and see how he is developing. Thank you!

Our daughter has gone to Bright Horizons for nearly two years. To say they are phenomenal is an understatement. She has some extra needs and they are so supportive and our daughter has benefited so much from the care provided by staff. I can only offer the highest praise for the nursery.

My childs experience has been very good even after changing rooms. He got a new key worker who was up to her game. She will give him hugs every time he enters the room and welcome him. The Staff are also polite at all times. My child is enjoying himself all the time and he has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old and he is now 3 years old. I want to send you our appreciation to all the staff and I start by saying thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do and for how you took care of Iris from the first day of nursery.
I see my little girl so happy with you in every day until she no longer wants to go home in the evening. So, what can I understand from this except that you do some extraordinary things with the children and they feel loved besides all the activities that help them develop every day. Being my first child, I was very anxious when she started nursery and about to return to work, but you helped her to settle in very quickly. I could see many hugs and cuddles that you offered her which made me get rid of this anxiety and trust that my little girl is in good hands. Now, after seven months since she started in nursery at Bright Horizons and I see how happy she is, I can only reconfirm how wonderful the whole staff are. I can’t thank you enough for everything you do for my daughter.

My son started nursery in January 2023 and he now loves going in every day to see the staff who he talks about in the car on the way. Their friendly and caring nature has really helped him settle in. He’s always so happy when we pick him up and talks about what he’s done that day. We are so happy he is coming out of his shell.

When my son started in June 2023 at 14 months, I had not left him with anyone before but we were given a warm welcome and felt at ease from the start. I was worried about using a chain nursery as I thought it would be impersonal, but it isn’t at all. It has a small nursery feel and it’s easy to get hold of the team directly.
My son has quickly built a bond with the staff who are all very caring. He is always in a lovely mood after nursery, running around babbling about his day!
The location of the nursery is convenient, plenty of parking and easy walking routes if you live nearby. There’s a playground up the road and Savernake Park only a few minutes walk. Crown Wood primary school is also very close by.

Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell is more than just a nursery. It’s a heartwarming haven filled with kindness, care, and laughter. The dedicated team, especially my daughter’s extraordinary teachers in Explorers, provide an enriching environment where little ones are encouraged to explore and grow. Their love for children and teaching shines through in every interaction, and for that, we are truly grateful. Every child deserves such a wonderful start to their education, and we wholeheartedly recommend our nursery to all parents.
