Bright Horizons Forest Park Bracknell Day Nursery and Preschool

My young lady has been going to this nursery setting for a few months now and I’m already really impressed. The early‑years hub has a really personal feel and I couldn’t be happier with it so far. One team member in particular and the ladies in adventurers really take the time to understand my daughter’s needs and give clear feedback each week about what she’s done and what they plan to do next week.

She has developed really well. She has developed really well with her feelings and emotions. She can speak in full sentences, her numeracy has strengthened. Overall, my young lady is enjoying every day she’s been to early‑years hub.

Always extremely informative and keep us, parents, in the loop at all times. Love the early‑years hub and the service each crew provide. Definitely feel the childcare centre has helped in my child’s advancement, whether that is through being independent or other topics.

As parents, it’s always a worry exposing them to new experiences but this has been such a wonderful and reassuring period! Her key person has been so supportive and kind which has meant we are seeing our shy little girl turn into someone so much more outgoing and excited to go to early‑years hub. Our 3 year old has only been going to nursery setting for a couple of months but in that time we have seen such a change. The work that the team have put into making her feel comfortable and settled has helped so much.

His speech is incredible thanks to the team. My little boy really enjoys going and all the activities. My little boy has flourished in the year he has been there. (Unfortunately not so good at eating at home) so seeing he has most of the time eaten all his food fills me with confidence. Will definitely look to send my 2nd born here too when I feel ready to send him to early‑years hub. Absolutely remarkable nursery setting. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the food must be good as my little one eats so much of it. The team are remarkable at giving updates each day on what my little one has been up to. The team are fantastic and caring.

We are so delighted he is coming out of his shell. He’s always so delighted when we pick him up and talks about what he’s done that day. My young lad started nursery setting in January 2023 and he now treasures going in every day to see the personnel who he talks about in the car on the way. Their cordial and caring nature has really helped him settle in. Big thank you to three members of personnel in particular.

They are so warm and nurturing. They communicate well with us and are always interested in what the kids have been doing outside of nursery setting. They supported him brilliantly when he started nursery setting and helped him to settle quickly. My son’s motor, language and social abilities have developed so much since being there and he has had the opportunity to try so many new things. He has since transitioned rooms which again was supported compassionately. My little one has been at Forest Park Bright Horizons for the past 10 months and he absolutely treasures it.

The updates is great at drop-off and pick-up. We treasure the app as well so we can check on him throughout the day and see how he is developing. My little one started there in June and has settled in really well, although he cries sometimes at drop-off, he is so delighted when we pick him up and has developed socially, really well. Bright Horizons, Forest Park have been fantastic. Thank you!

He is always in a lovely mood after early‑years hub, running around babbling about his day! Crown Wood primary school is also truly close by. When my young lad started in June 2023 at 14 months, I had not left him with anyone before but we were given a warm welcome and felt at ease from the start. I was worried about using a chain childcare centre as I thought it would be impersonal, but it isn’t at all. There’s a playground up the road and Savernake Park only a few minutes walk. The location of the childcare centre is convenient, plenty of parking and easy walking routes if you live nearby. It has a small early‑years hub feel and it’s easy to get hold of the team directly. My boy has quickly built a bond with the team who are all exceptionally caring.

They gave my details to a third party without my agreement, senior management refused to provide me with the paperwork I’m legally entitled to for a period of time. Other than that, avoid this setting. Providing you have a neurotypical kid and/or one that doesn’t go through multiple major life changes in a short time span with no need for management assistance, I’d endorse this setting for the practitioners alone. Practitioners are brilliant and show a genuine interest and care in helping your kid however management is shocking. They had medical concerns about my little one but decided not to tell me about one and refused to assist with a diagnosis referral for another, the list goes on.
