Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool

Given the difficult circumstances the team and her key worker did everything possible to get her settled. She has thrived in the setting since. Now in pre school she looks forward to attending, has a solid group of friends and we can see a clear path of discovering and development which has been possible due to the efforts and engagement from the team. The variation of activities at the childcare centre has definitely increased in recent months to give even more variety to their days and enjoyment. The team are excellent at regular updates on the app and know the kids well. Thank you! Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Fleet since August 2020 when she joined during Covid times.

They are doing different activities with the kids every day and post updates for the parents. My little one also enjoys the food. I am very pleased with the person responsible for my kid.

They do so much with them. We get daily updates and photos which is reassuring. The kids delight in the food and the menu looks varied and healthy. Really lovely team who genuinely care about the kids.

The managers have an open door policy and are available for chats regularly. The facilities are excellent and the menu is varied and our daughter enjoys the food. The team are all very lovely and remarkable with the kids. I adore seeing the updates with lots of pictures via the app most days – it helps give me peace of mind that our daughter is having a lovely time. I would highly suggest the childcare centre. We have been very impressed with the childcare centre since our daughter started in summer last year in the baby room.

Our daughter started in October last year when I returned to work and she has come on leaps and bounds. She is discovering so much and developing so many social skills. We adore all the enjoyable activities the team do with the kids and we especially adore the outside space. Our daughter loves the big garden! The childcare centre is spotless and the team are consistently cheerful to help even with last minute requests for extra hours etc. Our favourite thing about the childcare centre is the app where we can log in and see exactly what our daughter has been up to and even see photos. This really makes our day when we are away from her at work. We are confident that our daughter is cheerful at childcare centre and believe that the team really do care for the kids. We are very pleased with Bright Horizons in Fleet and in particular the baby room/Hedgehogs.

The team are attentive and attentive towards the kids and they provide so many opportunities for enjoyable and educational playtime. My kids settled well from day one and I’ve never looked back. Highly suggest! Bright Horizons Fleet is a lovely setting for my kids.

The team are so welcoming to both parents and kids and it is easy to address any queries or questions about her day to day discovering. I can’t praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my little one! The app is also a welcomed bonus, with following her development and discovering. Not a day has gone by, that she hasn’t wanted to go to childcare centre and we look forward to seeing how she grows in the short time she has left there. My little one has been at Bright Horizons for nearly 3 years and she has truly blossomed during her time at this childcare centre!

All of the room team are very approachable, as is the manager who has done a excellent job getting to know the parents since she came on board and you can see they all take excellent care of the kids in their care. The settling-in for my son took a little longer, but the childcare centre were very supportive and offered more sessions which in turn has meant he is super cheerful and settled in the room now he is full-time. Equally, my daughter has a remarkable relationship with her key worker in the preschool room (and loves all of the team). She loves going to childcare centre and the activities are consistently varied. The daily updates on the app are excellent along with the varied menu for lunch and dinner. Overall, very cheerful with both the baby and preschool room and would suggest. My daughter has been at the childcare centre since 2020 and my son recently started in the baby room.

All of the team are fabulous, it really feels like a little family. Our son has a lovely relationship with his key worker and is consistently cheerful to go to childcare centre. The activities that the team put together for the kids are exceptional and we delight in seeing all the daily photos of what they have been up to. The food is high quality with a varied menu, he nearly consistently eats all his lunch. The reporting system is also exceptional and really useful to keep track of his day. They go outside every day and delight in the exceptional outdoor facilities. We have also enjoyed the occasional weekend open day which is so lovely, he really enjoyed showing us his childcare centre setting. I can’t fault the childcare centre at all, he has grown in self‑assurance from day one and I know he will continue to thrive here until he goes to school. Our son started at Bright Horizons Childcare centre in October 2021 and has thrived here, watching his development as he has progressed from Hedgehogs into Porcupines room has been fantastic.

All the team are very welcoming and supportive. The educators in the Porcupine room are really nice, welcoming and attentive. My kid is very cheerful to go to childcare centre and really enjoys being there. We are having a excellent journey at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Childcare centre and Preschool.
