March 29, 2022 at 12:00 amBright Horizons, Fleet, is a welcoming, caring environment for my son. He has been attending for over three years and the staff that have been looking after him, have consistently been absolutely superb. Especially now, in the pre-school room, he has really bonded with the teachers and can’t wait to go in, to see them, as well as all of his friends. Social interactivity is strongly encouraged and he has some inseparable friends, who are talked about non-stop at home. My wife and I, are super grateful to the entire team at Bright Horizons, for their help in raising our son.

April 4, 2022 at 12:00 amMy little one has been at Bright Horizons for nearly 3 years and she has truly blossomed during her time at this nursery! The staff are so welcoming to both parents and children and it is easy to address any queries or questions about her day to day learning. I can’t praise all the ladies enough for all their work with my little one! The app is also a welcomed bonus, with following her progress and learning. Not a day has gone by, that she hasn’t wanted to go to nursery and we look forward to seeing how she grows in the short time she has left there.

April 20, 2022 at 12:00 amWe are having a great experience at Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The teachers in the Porcupine room are really nice, friendly and caring. My child is very happy to go to nursery and really enjoys being there.

August 11, 2022 at 12:00 amWe are very pleased with Bright Horizons in Fleet and in particular the baby room/Hedgehogs. Our daughter started in October last year when I returned to work and she has come on leaps and bounds. She is learning so much and developing so many social skills. We love all the fun activities the staff do with the children and we especially love the outside space. Our daughter loves the big garden! The nursery is clean and the staff are always happy to help even with last minute requests for extra hours etc. Our favourite thing about the nursery is the app where we can log in and see exactly what our daughter has been up to and even see photos. This really makes our day when we are away from her at work. We are confident that our daughter is happy at nursery and believe that the staff really do care for the children.

November 25, 2022 at 12:00 amAll the staff work incredibly hard to nurture, support and encourage our little boy, making sure he is having fun and feels comfortable. He struggled with starting nursery at first, but after a short time, he is now really enjoying his time there and I have seen so much progression in him.
We are so happy that we sent our son to Bright Horizons, Fleet and all the staff in the baby room are fantastic people.

The staff in porcupines room have built great relationships with my son and he loves going to nursery and partaking in all the exciting activities. I would recommend Fleet Day Nursery.

January 30, 2023 at 12:00 amWe love the staff from Bright Horizons. Comparing our daughter to some of her friends outside nursery, we can see that she is far more progressed in her development. We believe it’s due to the attention and high standard of learning at Bright Horizons. The hedgehog class team are amazing, they always greet you with a friendly smile. It is amazing to see how happy our daughter is, to go to nursery. The daily and weekly updates are great, to see what she is doing. The quarterly updates on progress helps so much, as we then understand what our daughter is doing and how we can contribute to her development at home.

February 14, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been going to nursery for 9 months now and loves it. The setting in process was very good. The room staff are brilliant, very approachable and always happy to share what they do in a day. The app is great to see what they eat, how long they nap for and pictures of things they do. The Manager and Deputy Manager equally as approachable and very visible around the nursery at pick up and drop off if you need to speak to them.
I would definitely recommend Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery.

February 15, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter has been in Hedgehogs for around a year, during which time she developed some special dietary needs. The whole nursery team have been absolutely fantastic in accommodating this, ensuring she takes her medicine and helping her adjust to a new plan. We can see that they really care about the children they look after and we have always felt that our daughter is in really good hands. She loves going to nursery and we have been so impressed at how many different activities they have on each week.

The team in the baby room are brilliant, drop off and pick-ups are a breeze especially important for myself and my partner as we both work full time. I really enjoy the daily updates and looking at the photos, it’s a great insight into what my son gets up to.

April 26, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son started at Bright Horizons Nursery in October 2021 and has thrived here, watching his development as he has progressed from Hedgehogs into Porcupines room has been wonderful. All of the staff are fabulous, it really feels like a little family. Our son has a lovely relationship with his key worker and is always happy to go to nursery. The activities that the staff put together for the children are brilliant and we enjoy seeing all the daily photos of what they have been up to. The food is high quality with a varied menu, he nearly always eats all his lunch. The reporting system is also brilliant and really useful to keep track of his day. They go outside every day and enjoy the brilliant outdoor facilities. We have also enjoyed the occasional weekend open day which is so lovely, he really enjoyed showing us his nursery environment. I can’t fault the nursery at all, he has grown in confidence from day one and I know he will continue to thrive here until he goes to school.

May 17, 2023 at 12:00 amWe have been very impressed with the nursery since our daughter started in summer last year in the baby room. The managers have an open door policy and are available for chats regularly. The facilities are great and the menu is varied and our daughter enjoys the food. The staff are all very lovely and fantastic with the children. I love seeing the updates with lots of pictures via the app most days – it helps give me peace of mind that our daughter is having a lovely time. I would highly recommend the nursery.

May 20, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter has been at the nursery since 2020 and my son recently started in the baby room. All of the room staff are very approachable, as is the manager who has done a great job getting to know the parents since she came on board and you can see they all take great care of the children in their care. The settling-in for my son took a little longer, but the nursery were very supportive and offered more sessions which in turn has meant he is super happy and settled in the room now he is full-time. Equally, my daughter has a fantastic relationship with her key worker in the preschool room (and loves all of the staff). She loves going to nursery and the activities are always varied. The daily updates on the app are great along with the varied menu for lunch and dinner. Overall, very happy with both the baby and preschool room and would recommend.

June 2, 2023 at 12:00 amOur daughter has been at Bright Horizons Fleet since August 2020 when she joined during Covid times. Given the difficult circumstances the team and her key worker did everything possible to get her settled. She has thrived in the setting since. Now in pre school she looks forward to attending, has a solid group of friends and we can see a clear path of learning and development which has been possible due to the efforts and engagement from the team. The variation of activities at the nursery has definitely increased in recent months to give even more variety to their days and enjoyment. The team are great at regular updates on the app and know the children well. Thank you!

June 7, 2023 at 12:00 amBright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool is always very professional and quick to respond to questions I have as a parent. I am very impressed with the activities and learning my daughter gets, her development is amazing. She also tries new foods which is great.
The staff are really supportive of my daughter and her unique needs as a small individual.
I would recommend Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool to anyone who lives nearby.
