Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery and Preschool

They have both grown and developed wonderfully into incredible, bright, and confident little girls with the help of the compassionate, attentive and dedicated team.
This is such a lovely childcare centre and they have so many friends that they delight in telling me about every time I see them. I have two nieces that thoroughly delight in their time at childcare centre.

These mornings can be tough for a parent who needs to be at work and upsetting for the kid. The team are excellent at relaxing my kid into the room, they are consistently on hand for cuddles and chats, making the drop-off transition an easy and pleasant one for both parent and kid. Occasionally there are mornings when my kid can become very clingy on drop-off.

The childcare centre journey is generally ok though a few aspects could be improved. For example our daughter often comes home with a messy nappy or a little dirty. It’d be great to have a few more details of what has happened during the day and updating the app with info is a bit inconsistent. Our daughter enjoys going to the childcare centre and the team seems nice.

We have been using Bright Horizons Farnborough for nearly a year now and they have been outstanding and I consistently sense very cheerful leaving my son there. The app they use is remarkable and I adore being able to check in and see what he has been eating and doing during the day. I adore the photo and discovering updates too. I sense very confident that the team really care and would highly suggest them. As a first time mum putting our babies into childcare centre is scary and daunting.

During the day at childcare centre, my kid is fed nice nutritious food and snacks and if there’s anything my kid doesn’t like or won’t eat, they try something else to make sure she has a full tummy. She loves coming to childcare centre and has a excellent rapport with her key worker and team, which makes it so much easier to leave her there for the day. This childcare centre is lovely, the team are very dedicated, they focus on development bespoke to every kid’s needs.

She consistently comes home talking about how much enjoyable she has had. The team are extremely welcoming and supportive. This is an incredible childcare centre to put your kid in. My daughter has been in the childcare centre for almost a year now and she absolutely loves it.

Such a wide range of new flavours, but like most boys, he loves his lunch and dessert. Again, can’t be thankful enough of the assistance from the team. Moved to this childcare centre recently and my son took a little longer than most to settle, but the team were so supportive and welcoming, could not thank them enough and the constant updates and photos of him playing and smiling, put any worries I have had in the past, out of my mind, and the food he eats!

We have been very cheerful with our son’s care throughout his time there. The team make excellent use of the remarkable app with regular updates and photos from the various activities that he is taking part in. My wife and I delight in checking the app to see what our son has had for lunch, nap times etc. The standard of care and attention has been consistently outstanding. The team know the kids and their little personalities and our son smiles when he is handed over in the morning which says it all. We have also been very impressed with the variety of food that the kids are served – far more adventurous than we would have imagined and our son certainly enjoys eating it. We would not hesitate to suggest this childcare centre to other parents. We have been sending our 20 month old son to Farnborough Bright Horizons for two days a week, for almost one year.

Attending childcare centre has been really great for my kid’s development. They have really great facilities and offer a wide range of day-to-day activities to keep the kids interested and engaged. Bright Horizons is a really great childcare centre and the team are all really welcoming and supportive.

As every new parent, I was apprehensive when maternity leave ended and our son would need to be cared for by someone else for part of the week. The team at Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Childcare centre and Preschool, from day one, took the time to make me sense as comfortable as possible. They were empathetic, attentive and worked hard to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Since starting, our son has thrived. He’s picked up so many new skills and has become quite the social butterfly. The app is remarkable and helps me sense in touch with him at all times, giving me real-time updates on his nutrition, nappies and naps. I also get regularly updated with the activities he’s been up to and adore coming home with baked treats and drawings that he has been working on at childcare centre.
They say it takes a village to raise a kid and for some people, circumstance means they don’t have that village naturally, I’m so lucky to have Bright Horizons Farnborough as my village. Our son started childcare centre in April of this year (2023).
