I can not fault them. The adore and care they show is incredible. The manager and the team are incredible!

They have built self‑assurance and skills and learnt so much in their time there. The team are lovely. They do such a excellent job at looking after the kids as well as helping them all grow and develop. I would definitely suggest the childcare centre and would like to say thank you to everyone there. Such a nice team. All three of my girls have really enjoyed being part of the Fair Oak group.

It’s a purpose-built building with decent outdoor space. The team are the best aspect, however – the manager is excellent and very understanding, the rest of the team seem to be cheerful and delight in their jobs and give excellent care to the kids. They do lots of activities, structured and unstructured – my boy consistently has a excellent day and he thoroughly enjoys the food too. This is a really outstanding childcare centre.

My little girl has learnt so much from this childcare centre. The team are so supportive and welcoming. I could not ask for a better place for my little girl. Outstanding level of care.

All the team have made a real connection with him and have made him sense really welcome. We have seen such a positive change in his development and that is down to the team. We couldn’t thank them enough for everything they do. We couldn’t have picked a better childcare centre for our son.

Our eldest daughter has been going for over 3 years now and our youngest one joined in the summer. They both absolutely adore it, they have so much enjoyable, have made incredible relationships with the team and we can see them progressing each week both through our Tapestry notifications but also in their development.
The management and all the team are fantastic and particularly over the pandemic have been incredible! They have been so flexible in accommodating changes to schedules when we’ve struggled with other childcare due to lockdowns. They have communicated well and we’ve felt reassured that the setting at childcare centre has been as secure as possible whilst it still being nurturing and welcoming for the kids. I honestly don’t know how we would have got through the last couple of years without the childcare centre – they have been our saving grace! Thank you so much to the Fair Oak team!

The team really welcoming and supportive, and genuinely care. Not just his baby room team but across the whole childcare centre. I sense they are part of my son’s team in helping him grow and develop. Special mention to the manager who does a remarkable job of managing the whole centre – thank you. Keep up the excellent work. Been delighted with our choice of childcare centre since our son started in September 2021, aged nine months and more importantly so is he!

I couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre. She consistently tells me everything she has done throughout the day and her self‑assurance has boosted a lot. My daughter loves coming to childcare centre and loves all the team in her room.

He is very fond of them and makes us sense they have genuine care and attention for our son. The greatest feedback for me is that he wants to go and consistently enjoys it when he does. I appreciate the online updates and pictures of the varied and interesting activities they get up to. My issue is not concerning the childcare centre performance at all – but with corporate – charging for days (bank holidays) the childcare centre is closed is unfair – or offer credit for another day? Team that he exchanges with, as do we, are all outstanding.

They are so welcoming and have made him adore going to childcare centre. He has taken a little while to settle into the toddler room, but in the last couple of weeks, he has cracked it, and that is down to the team in the room that looks after him.
