It is so lovely to come in and see him happily playing or being cuddled or read to by the girls. You can tell they really care about our boy and there is nothing more reassuring for a parent than leaving your kid with family-like people. Thanks so much to all of the girls who have looked after him. The team in my sons room have been incredible at making sure he settles in well and have put so much effort into his development and happiness at childcare centre.

The childcare centre educators are all very sweet and well‑informed and you can see that they adore what they do. My 3 kids have all loved going to this childcare centre. The childcare centre is professionally run by experienced team.

With our son’s potty training, the team have been incredible with him and working with me to find a solution. They are so attentive of my daughter (we have twins) who is still a little nervous and needing cuddles at drop off. However, in just 3 weeks both kids run into the childcare centre and we have no morning battles at home. Incredible improvement for us. Thank you. We are new to this childcare centre.

My daughter with the teams help resettled incredibly quickly and is now undoubtedly a smilier, happier little girl with the variety, enjoyable and relationships the childcare centre provides. As a parent, I am confident that in these difficult and strange times my daughter is secure, well and cheerful, exactly what she and I need. As he started during the pandemic it was a hard transition for him however the team at Bright Horizons Epping were very supportive and helped make the introduction to childcare centre as smooth as they possibly could.
He has now been at the childcare centre 2.5 years and he loves it! He has built lovely relationships with the team and some fantastic friendships with other kids.
He learns new things daily and is consistently incredible us with his growing knowledge!
The team are all so welcoming and go out of their way to assistance us in any way they can.
Simply put, we Adore Bright Horizons Epping! My son has been at the childcare centre since he was 11 months old.

The skills and principles that they teach are exemplary and the whole place is a pleasant and secure setting, but what really made the difference was the level of care and attention paid to our son’s individual needs. Every member of team engaged and communicated with him positively, and was aware of his particular idiosyncrasies, whether that was fussy eating, his obsession with a particular toy, or the names of members of his extended family. When one or two team are like that it’s a blessing, but when everyone is like that it reflects a culture that is deliberately fostered. As parents, we were communicated with regularly and flexibly. Daily debriefs were full of detail and insight, connecting us to his development and reassuring us that he was being properly looked after. By the time he left, everyone felt like an auntie or an uncle. I would have no hesitation recommending this childcare centre to a friend. Our son was here from 7 months old to 40 months old.

I can’t praise Bright Horizons enough. The assistants and managers consistently give him such a inviting welcome and everyone greets him by name, including the lovely kitchen team! There is a great ratio of carers per kid and each room is beautifully designed for the age group. Team carefully document his development and it is lovely to look back through his development journey, including photos. Now the new app allows me to follow his day. The building is perfect with large windows, allowing plenty of light through. The playground is secure but doesn’t sense at all ‘penned in’. The forest is just across the road and the kids delight in carefully coordinated adventures into the forest and local park. My concern when my son joined was his cautious character around strangers and other kids, but team are very accommodating to this and he is thriving as a pre-schooler now – can’t wait to go in! My son has been attending since he turned one and is due to start reception next year.

It gives your kid freedom, enjoyable, guidance and discipline and provides a fantastic introduction to school life. The educators are attentive, knowledgable and invested in the childcare centre and each and every one of the kids. They provide such a secure and loving setting.

They attended on a full-time basis and I have only positive thoughts and feelings about the childcare centre, facilities and more importantly, all the childcare centre educators and team. During their more than two years there, my kids have been made to sense welcomed, comfortable and loved since day one. My kids have developed as individuals and more importantly had lots of enjoyable with friends, their educators, learned lots and been cared for. All the way from the baby room, toddler room to the pre-school rooms – the care provided by everyone is excellent – they are receptive to your thoughts as a parent, provide relevant updates and info on their daily activities, food intake etc. The activities the kids engage in are great enjoyable and provide discovering opportunities to the kids. Thank you to everyone at Bright Horizons Epping! My twins have been attending this childcare centre since they were nine months old up until recently when they turned three.

He loves his days at childcare centre, the team are exceptional, the food is nutritious and freshly made each day and the activities are excellent enjoyable. It’s so lovely to see the progression in his social skills and discovering abilities, all thanks to his time at childcare centre. Our son has been attending Bright Horizons Epping Day Childcare centre and Preschool since he was 6-months old, he is now 3-years old!
