Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery and Preschool

During this time, the team have helped so much, from discovering to playtime, to socialising, sharing, taking turns and discovering to be kind to one another. Our son started Bright Horizons when he was nine months and he is now about to turn four years old. The team are so welcoming and treat our son like one of their own. They even can help with things like weaning, using cutlery, developing routines and potty training. It’s so nice to know as a parent that your kid is being looked after and routines etc continue whether at home or at childcare centre. It’s like home from home and it’s displayed in our son’s behaviour how much he loves childcare centre. We truly suggest Bright Horizons and would definitely certainly use it again.

My son loves it. I absolutely adore Bright Horizons Ely Day Nursery and Preschool; we visited a few nurseries in Ely and this one has the friendliest, happiest team, bright colourful rooms and national assistance and discovering techniques. We frequently receive paintings, occasionally bakes and they playtime outside all the time. It’s not the closest to us but definitely worth the travel.

I must admit that the team was truly very warm and she was very well adjusted to her new schedule. My daughter was new to the setup and was resuming childcare centre after a long break. They took great care of her because I know my little one needs a lot of attention. Please keep up the great work.

My baby joined when he was 7 months old. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre more, it’s fantastic. His ‘key person’ immediately bonded with him. She showed a excellent interest in him and played with him truly nicely.
The childcare centre keep us (the parents) up to date on everything – if he bumps his head, or has a little rash, or if there’s chicken pox at the childcare centre… They show us photos of what the kids have been up to. He paints pictures and plants flowers… I think he probably has a better time at childcare centre than he does at home. They feed him foods we haven’t yet tried at home and they do also use much posher nappies than we do! I am so pleased we found this childcare centre, I sense so appreciative of them and I truly think they are giving him a fantastic start in life.

Our son has been going for the past year and a bit and we’ve had a consistently great journey over that time. Such a excellent childcare centre. His key workers have been engaged and excellent throughout, giving great feedback and on the app as to how he’s getting on. All team have been lovely and clearly care about the kids in their care, a lot.
You may worry the site might not look like the prettiest being on an industrial estate, but it actually gives them loads of space and makes it easier for drop off in lots of ways. They also are right on the edge and the garden looks out over a big field in the fens so feels like they’re in nature a bit.
They have also been accommodating with providing extra sessions when we’ve needed them and they have had capacity which has been truly supportive.

He is cheerful and enjoying his time at the childcare centre. We are pleased with the level of care our son is experiencing at Bright Horizons, Ely. He has plenty of discovering opportunities through playtime. The setting is secure, and team are welcoming and attentive.

She is sometimes emotional being dropped off if it’s me dropping her off but as soon as she sees her friends she’s cheerful playing away! I’m very glad I chose this childcare centre for my daughter! Staff are consistently super supportive and welcoming and I don’t know how they remember everyone’s names so well with so many kids! The meals are well varied and healthy! Definitely would definitely suggest to people.

Always try to keep us up to date with kid’s daily progress and journey in the childcare centre. Friendly and welcoming setting, kind team. Provide a variety of daily activities which contribute to the development of our kids under their care.

My daughter absolutely loves childcare centre days here and is consistently so excited to tell me about her day when she gets home – I am consistently very impressed at the range of activities they do and adore that they consistently make an effort to use the outdoor space most days.

The team are incredible and take the time to know each kid and cater to their individual needs. We absolutely adore Bright Horizons in Ely. It’s incredible to see how much our son has learned during his time at the childcare centre and how much he loves his educators. He runs into his classroom each morning excited to start the day. We adore knowing that he is in great hands and enjoying his time at childcare centre.
