September 2, 2024 at 3:09 pmThe team are incredibly welcoming and attentive, my boys are settled and delight in going in of a morning and are full of energy when I pick them up. They get to spend lots of time outside as well as lots of arts and crafts and reading. Both my sons attend Eltham Green and I couldn’t be happier with the journey we have had.

I would definitely suggest this childcare centre to anyone who was looking for a place for their kid. He is a changed kid. Childcare centre is his second home. Childcare centre has had a very positive impact on our son.

October 30, 2024 at 2:59 pmI can’t suggest it strongly enough: the team, facilities and care are utterly remarkable. The team turnover is very low meaning that the kids have consistency. The kids thrive there from a young age and we couldn’t be more pleased with the development seen in both of our kids. My youngest is now at this childcare centre full time and my eldest attended from 9 months until school.

All of the team are welcoming and one big family that supports each other. My daughter is discovering and developing so much and in the best hands when not in mine. The manager and her team are incredible.
My little girl was just coming up to 10 months old when we carried out a settling in programme with her key worker.
This keyworker is just the best with my daughter and they have a excellent bond so when I drop her off before work I sense so at ease that she is in the best hands.

December 4, 2024 at 4:58 amI know the education system doesn’t work in this way, but the team deserve termly bonuses for the amount of work they put into nurturing the kids and fostering strong relationships with families. If you want a childcare centre where your kid will sense secure and cheerful, a place where they will excel and sense like they are part of a family, then this is a great choice for you. Our daughter began in September 2019, at 17 months old and at 3 years old is now coming to the end of her time here. Her language development has consistently been great, noticeable from a very young age. She has been able to communicate with other kids and team very comfortably and has consistently looked forward to childcare centre, naming all her favourite educators! They feed your kids very well and take the time to help with transitions such as dropping nap time, toilet training etc. Because of their hard work and genuine care, I have peace of mind and can do my job. Thank you! My daughter has had the most outstanding journey at this childcare centre.

They also do an activity with tapping sticks that he recreates with us at home (our son is teaching us). Our son is being looked after very well and they really care about his well being. I could not suggest this childcare centre more! Our son absolutely loves childcare centre.

The chef makes delicious food, our son eats a wider variety of food at childcare centre than he does for us at home! The management team are also really supportive and approachable and made the settling in process easier. We wouldn’t send him anywhere else. The childcare centre team are remarkable, all the team got to know our son and supported him to settle in alongside his key person.

April 12, 2025 at 2:56 amMuch better parking here. My kid loves painting and playing in the garden and consistently talks about the team and loves the chef’s homemade food. She even ate fish pie and we don’t eat fish at home.
She is very confident and outgoing which I put down to her attending childcare centre at a young age. She consistently looks forward to childcare centre.
The team did brilliantly during lockdown keeping things going as normal as possible for the kids. 5 stars from us. My kid absolutely loves it here, she started at Lewisham at 9 months old and moved over to Eltham Green when we moved house.

All team are remarkable and a excellent management team.
He has an incredible key worker and loves all the other team in his room. He is well looked after, and every day comes home cheerful.
I am so cheerful with my decision of putting him into the childcare centre. Zoom is a lovely childcare centre I choose to put my little boy in.

The creche has also set up a excellent secure system to deal with the pandemic. Our son has a great relationship with team and has therefore settled really well. For an anxious parent, this creche and its team is outstanding and really helped put me at ease. Really cheerful with the creche and team.

May 11, 2025 at 7:28 pmThe team offered extra settling sessions so baby and I had longer to get used to the arrangements. Team listened to baby’s requirements including dietary and nappies. Team are very welcoming and attentive. Generally, kids here seem content and cheerful. The food goes down a treat! We’re very cheerful with our choice of childcare centre. We’ve just settled into the childcare centre which has been a very positive journey.

They are very conscious of my son’s food allergy and we have complete trust in them leaving our son with them in the knowledge he is well cared for and kept busy. Can’t sing the praises of this childcare centre and their team enough.

From our very first contact with Bright Horizons Eltham Green, team were welcoming and ready to accommodate the extra needs that our son requires. So far, 2 months in, we could not be more pleased with the care and stimulation provided to our son. He has settled in very quickly and we can already see a big change in his development! We would highly suggest this childcare centre. After meticulously researching and interviewing with various nurseries, when we came across Bright Horizons Eltham Green, we knew we found ‘the one’!
