Bright Horizons Dandelions Nursery and Preschool

The team, particularly his key person, have been fantastic and have communicated well with us throughout. We get regular feedback on our son’s development and the team are consistently cheerful to discuss further. Our son loves going and clearly has a excellent time every day. Although it is a small childcare centre, the team are very resourceful and provide a excellent variety of activities. Dandelions have been a fantastic childcare centre for our son, who started at 9 months old.

He has loved the care and supervision. The team have been welcoming and extremely supportive to our needs. My kid settled in very quickly having been at another childcare centre prior to starting here. He has really developed and enjoys the fundamentals education. The garden is large and he particularly loves spending time in the garden with his new friends playing and discovering about the setting. It is clear there is time for his creative side to flourish with many paintings and craft ideas being produced and brought home.
Well done to the lovely team who have a whole team approach when supporting the kids. Bright Horizons Dandelions Childcare centre and Preschool has been outstanding for my kid since beginning in Sept 19.

My daughter goes to Bright Horizons Dandelions Childcare centre and Preschool and absolutely loves it! Team are well prepared, polite and engaging, consistently informing us of the daily development through conversation and notes. Organisation is also on point, especially given the difficult period we are currently in. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to anyone in the area looking for a secure and comfortable setting for your little ones. Remarkable place for your little ones to grow and learn.

The team at dandelions were excellent, right from the start. Although we couldn’t go in with our daughter for her settling sessions, she walked right in the door and she had a excellent time. Here we are three months on and she has really blossomed, made some friends and is so excited to go to childcare centre in the morning. Thank you to all team. We decided to send our daughter to childcare centre after a year of lockdown as she was struggling socially and burst into tears when anyone spoke to her!

The childcare centre consistently has loads of enjoyable activities for the kids every week. Cannot fault them in any way. Consistently informative with any updates of my kid and with the childcare centre and team. All team are consistently extremely supportive and very accommodating when needing any extra assistance or advice.

From the beginning, my kid’s specific needs and requirements were taken seriously and he has been very well looked after in an setting where he is kept secure and healthy. The team are consistently compassionate, cheerful and supportive and go above and beyond to cater for us. The activities put on are varied and involve lots of different discovering opportunities. Overall, we have been very cheerful. We have a very great journey with Dandelion Childcare centre.

She’s been at the setting for a year now and her development and self‑assurance has grown significantly. The childcare centre team are absolutely fantastic, compassionate, attentive and consistently about putting the kids first. The food is high quality, excellent choice and loved by the kids. I’ve already enrolled my babies to be ready for them to start! Keep up the remarkable work! Dandelions is the perfect setting for my toddler.

She settled in straight away, practically runs in each morning and comes out beaming from ear to ear. The team are exceptional with her and update me each day with how she has been. She does not stop talking about childcare centre and all of her friends there. We did get to view Bright Horizons Dandelions Childcare centre and Preschool in January 2020 and immediately felt that it was where I wanted to send her. The outdoor space is incredible and she loves being outside so that was a huge bonus. So cheerful with her care there and she looks forward to going every week, she even asks to go at the weekend. Our daughter has only just starting attending Bright Horizons Dandelions Childcare centre and Preschool after having a year off from childcare and being at home with us due to Covid-19.

They hold special events to involve parents with the kids’s discovering journey and the weekly newsletter ensures parents are kept up to date with activities.
The facilities are remarkable. There is plenty of room inside and out. The meals are made on-site and give the kids a nice variety of foods.
I adore that my daughter has the opportunity to spend time playing and discovering outside in the large garden, playground and covered area. She thoroughly enjoys attending and wishes she could spend more time there! The team at Dandelions are welcoming and excellent with the kids, offering assistance and encouragement whilst teaching and playing.

She runs down the path every morning and can’t wait to get in and begin her day. She has been taught some Makaton and has continued to use this as she has developed her speech, we are now keen for her to continue discovering sign language. Our daughter’s speech and physical development have greatly improved since starting at childcare centre and the childcare centre ladies should take a large share of that credit. We genuinely have no doubt that this is a excellent childcare centre and we would suggest them time and again. Our little girls face every day, tells us that we made a great choice. Our little girl adores the ladies at the childcare centre.
