The family app is excellent and I really look forward to hearing how she has been spending her days and the photos are a lovely way to keep us updated. We are really cheerful with how our daughter has settled in and are so impressed with the range of activities that are provided.

The app is great for seeing pictures and getting feedback on my son’s day. The journey of the childcare centre has been great, given the current situation with the pandemic and managed well in the circumstances.

December 18, 2024 at 12:22 amThe team are welcoming and attentive. The activities are kids led and team try to make sure they are the kids’s interests. Facilities are lovely and the room seems to change often in line with the kids’s interests. They go out for walks occasionally, but this does seem to depend on staffing. My son has been attending the childcare centre for two years and he loves it.

From admin team to management, everyone is welcoming, and we are very cheerful our son is in a secure and nurturing setting. My son has attended the childcare centre in Edinburgh for over a year now, and we are very impressed with the resources available and the level of care.

April 23, 2025 at 10:21 pmHe has been in four rooms across the childcare centre since starting and has made excellent relationships with all the team and kids. All the team make an effort to get to know the kids and their families and are very welcoming.
The childcare centre provides nutritious meals and snacks which my son has enjoyed throughout the years.
There is outdoor space for all the rooms, and the kids often go out on walks in nature or visit the park.
I have seen my son develop from a baby to a preschooler, and his self‑assurance has been building year by year, which has been encouraged by the childcare centre.
I adore that I can get daily updates via the app whilst he is at childcare centre as well as development reviews throughout the year. My son has been going to Cramond for over three years now, and I can’t suggest the childcare centre enough.

They are exceptional at keeping us up to date via the app and we get lots of useful feedback at pick up. We have been so impressed with all the team in the childcare centre, they are so attentive, attentive and expert.

She just loves to be here! My daughter has settled in brilliantly here and the team have shown to have a lovely relationship with her.

Our daughter has settled brilliantly and the team have done an incredible job, even in light of all the restrictions recently.
