Bright Horizons Chilworth Day Nursery and Preschool

A lovely childcare centre. Team have been incredible with both my little ones who took a long time to settle in to childcare centre. Also, the assistance I have received from the childcare centre team about some personal issues that I have spoken about with them has been incredible! Not only are they there for my kids, but they are there for me too, consistently checking in on how I am doing. My daughter loves going to childcare centre and has progressed so much since being there, her self‑assurance has grown so much! Thank you to all the team and Bright Horizons Chilworth! My daughter attends this childcare centre and my son with special educational needs used to attend here.

The team are consistently welcoming and provide lots of information at pick up on how our daughter’s day has been. The childcare centre is well-managed, and the media updates is outstanding. I strongly suggest it as a secure place for kids to learn and thrive. Our daughter has attended the childcare centre for over two years now (from the baby room to the childcare centre room) and she has very clearly enjoyed her time there, building some exceptional relationships with team and other kids.

I joined this childcare centre in 2014 when my eldest joined and I found all the team incredible and so supportive and they have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs.
Currently, my youngest who is in her final year has excellent care workers with excellent managers too and I would definitely suggest this childcare centre.

The childcare centre team have been very supportive with our recent potty training efforts and helped to make the whole process easy and consistent between home and childcare centre days. We would thoroughly suggest Bright Horizons Chilworth. Our son loves his time at childcare centre and has made lots of friends, and enjoys the many teamwork and individual activities on offer – the messier the better!

He is consistently talking about the things he has done that day, the team there and his new friends he has made. 10/5 stars for this childcare centre and the incredible team they have there My son had shown signs of lack of development and everything I had tried seemed not to be working I now bring him here 3 days a week for the last couple of months and he has lept and bound in his development I can’t believe how far he has come in such a short time.

I was really nervous about her starting and settling in and I shouldn’t have been. She absolutely loves it. All of the team are approachable, the updates generally and at pick up is remarkable and it’s a really secure setting. We adore the app and being able to be kept up to date throughout the day is excellent, especially when there are posts showing the different activities they have been doing. The team are consistently doing different activities with the kids to keep them stimulated. There is lots of outdoor time where weather permits and I really sense like the team work so hard to help the kids development. The change in my daughter is unbelievable. Couldn’t be happier with this childcare centre. My daughter has been here for the last seven months.

He settled quickly at the childcare centre as a baby and I felt comfortable leaving him with the team. The team keep you regularly updated on your kid development and the tapestry app is a exceptional resource. I have seen very great development of my little one since joining the pre-school room, offering structure and a secure place to learn. Thank you to all the team at Chilworth for all their hard work, especially throughout the pandemic. The childcare centre has been a fantastic setting for my little boy.

I’m forever grateful that I can drop them off in the morning knowing they are in a cheerful, nurturing and secure setting. The team are experienced, supportive and build excellent relationships with the kids and parents. I particularly adore getting updates and photos on the Bright Horizons app, showing them doing an array of enjoyable and stimulating activities. I can’t thank the team enough for their dedication over the last couple of years. During a really challenging time, families were well-supported and the childcare continued to be of a high standard. They were my saviour throughout this period. My daughter is not due to start school until next September, however, I sense she is already very well prepared, thanks to her time here. She is sociable, confident and will be well equipped for the next step. Overall, we have had a very positive journey and truly believe it’s an outstanding childcare centre. My kids, aged 2-year-old and 3-year-old, started at Bright Horizons before their 1st birthday.

The childcare centre offers a range of activities and discovering opportunities that have helped her to become more confident and supported her development. The team are consistently welcoming and supportive. Our daughter enjoys attending.

She is on a full 5-day schedule, there are a lot of activities and plenty of outdoor time- which she loves. When home, she talks a lot about what she did at the childcare centre during the day and how she played with her friends, interacted with the key persons etc. The care and level of attention she gets is excellent and suits her fine. In the year after the first lockdown, we could see that all team are extremely dedicated and took excellent care in having the kids back. Thank you! Our little lady is very cheerful and is growing nicely at the childcare centre.
