The nurses are consistently sunny, sweets, and with positive vibes, but at the same time highly accurate and competent.
The management is consistently consistently there to make sure everything goes well and nothing escapes them.
The setting is spotless with spacious rooms and above all an outside space where my little girl can playtime freely with sand, water and all!
I’m cheerful, but above all, my daughter is more cheerful than me…

However, our journey has been incredible and we couldn’t have wished for a better place for our son. The team are exceptionally attentive, attentive, enthusiastic, diligent and build real relationships with the kids. This is clearly more than just a job for them and they take a real interest in how my son is developing and delight in taking care of him. He is excited when we drop him off, pick him up and doesn’t sleep at childcare centre as he is too busy enjoying himself and doesn’t want to miss out on any enjoyable! We look forward to hearing about what he has been up to and have peace of mind that he is receiving the best care and attention. Our son started Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Childcare centre and Preschool at nine months old and given his young age and the circumstances of a pandemic, we were nervous and expected challenges settling in.

Easy to speak to the members of team by phone during the day for updates if needed and great feedback at the end of each day. A lovely childcare centre with welcoming, attentive team who have made my son sense welcome and looked after.

My son has learnt so much and has developed so well since joining! Such a welcoming setting and super welcoming team who have been remarkable with my kid, especially the manager – she’s consistently cheerful and willing to help in any way she can.

The team are so attentive, enthusiastic and patient. Given the challenging circumstances of the pandemic, we have been so grateful as to how they have dealt with all the necessary procedures in what must be a highly stressful situation. My son comes home cheerful, having learnt new skills every day and we cannot thank the team at Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Childcare centre and Preschool enough! We sense highly fortunate that our son is enjoying such a fantastic start to his early years education. My son is twenty two months old, he joined this childcare centre in January and we are constantly thrilled by his development.

The lovely garden is a standout feature that my son who is 2 years old loves exploring and playing in. The team are attentive to all of the kids and create a inviting and welcoming setting. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with our journey and highly suggest this childcare centre to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating setting for their kid. The app is also highly useful and a excellent way to be informed about your kid’s activities while he is at the childcare centre. I am thrilled to say that Bright Horizons, Chelsea has exceeded my expectations.

The team are compassionate, attentive and cheerful to share how he is doing and they give supportive tips for home. My son loves going to Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Childcare centre and Preschool which is evidenced by the fact that he walks right in without even looking back, after some tears the first few weeks! The outdoor space is massive for Central London and they do a variety of enjoyable activities daily such as painting, feeding snails, reading, singing and discovering about safety, sometimes I read his daily report sheet and wish I could join! Drop off and pick up are so easy and the flexible times are a huge benefit. One bonus is that nappies and wipes are provided, this is one less thing to worry about whilst scrambling out the door with a toddler. The buggy storage area is a supportive feature as well. Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Childcare centre and Preschool has been a remarkable place for my son’s first childcare centre journey.

The team are incredibly attentive, loving, welcoming and expert. I can see that they care for my daughter with genuine sincerity, we leave her every day knowing she’s in secure and loving hands. They pay close attention to any illnesses/fevers etc in the group and contact us immediately if needed. The baby room is well equipped with age-appropriate toys, books and furniture with direct access to the garden and outdoor playtime area. There is freshly prepared hot meals and snacks available. The team arrange stimulating activities, so the kids are consistently busy with something enjoyable. The childcare centre app is highly useful as it allows us to know what our daughter is up to throughout the day as well as seeing occasional photos. Our daughter loves her time at childcare centre and we plan to send her to Bright Horizons Chelsea until she starts school. We suggest this childcare centre wholeheartedly! Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Chelsea since September 2022, she was 7 months old when she started.

The team are a excellent bunch that are consistently cheerful and welcoming to kids and parents.
My youngest kid has started taking steps whilst at the childcare centre and the team have supported so well with this.
My eldest kid is a highly fussy eater but she is doing so well with the food served at the childcare centre. They both delight in the food.
The app is excellent – we get updates on the girls throughout the day, letting us know what they have been up to and things like nappies and food.
Overall, a excellent childcare centre. My two kids have attended Bright Horizons Chelsea Day Childcare centre and Preschool for the last four months.

The team is super welcoming to both parents and kids. My daughter wants to go to childcare centre every day and I can see she is enjoying it a lot.
