September 14, 2024 at 9:01 pmThe management as well as the team in my son’s room have been incredible settling my son in and taking care of him even after he recovered from a severe infection. The activities the team plan are excellent. The only downside is that there is no outside space but the team makes up for it by taking the kids outside every day, but it would be nice to have some outside space but I know it’s not possible as the childcare centre is in a mall. So, that’s the only downside. Other than that I am highly cheerful and so is my son. Thank you! The team was highly outstanding settling my kid into the childcare centre in Jan 2023.

October 16, 2024 at 5:19 pmWe were made to sense highly welcome and given lots of help (for both him and me!) to get settled in. The childcare centre itself is consistently spotless and the team work exceptionally hard with the kids by engaging them in lots of enjoyable and games! There is consistently a cheerful greeting in the mornings from everyone and supportive feedback at end of day on how he’s gotten on. Keep up the excellent work! We are delighted we chose Bright Horizons Canada Square as they have been remarkable with our son since he joined last year.

November 4, 2024 at 4:24 amHe’s made excellent friends and also developed a bond with many of his carers along the way. We were truly impressed by the nutritious diet offered to him at the childcare centre. We also truly liked the weekend journal given to him in preschool which ensured that he continued his discovering over the weekend. He has also improved his writing and counting skills although he can improve more in this area. Overall, it has been a truly great journey and we will cherish his experiences for years to come! Our son has been at the childcare centre for almost 2 and a half years and he has had a fantastic journey.

Highly recommended from our side. They have been instrumental in the development of our kid, and are consistently open to feedback and working with us towards his betterment.

November 6, 2024 at 7:20 pmNo childcare centre manager for a few months now, no announcement made when she left. Now the second in charge is also off for more than two weeks and we have no information as to why team are leaving. Overall, I do not see the same level of engagement as I have seen in the past. Team don’t seem to be highly energetic or enthusiastic with few exceptions. It would be great to see the childcare centre back on track, as I have nearly two years association with it and it is now at an all time low. In the last two months, I see a lack of management within the childcare centre.

November 12, 2024 at 11:42 pmShe is cheerful and giggles when we drop her/pick her up from the childcare centre. Every day she comes back home with a new trick she learned. The childcare centre helped kids to develop their skills. They go for walks every day. Our daughter enjoys going to the garden. Perfect place for kids to see some nature. The management is vert reliable and everyone who works at the childcare centre is highly welcoming. Our daughter consistently has an incredible time at the childcare centre.

November 19, 2024 at 2:13 amthey have been there allaying our fears in these difficult times, keeping us posted about a kid who was just starting out at the childcare centre, and have consistently assured us that we could call anytime and check on our 19-23-month-old.
I was a little wary about the closed-door setting and lack of ventilation, but they have started taking the kids outside for a walk now. A kid who is cheerful going to the childcare centre and reminisces her day fondly when back home is a excellent measure to assess a childcare centre. The most outstanding aspect of the childcare centre is the responsiveness of the team!

It has reassured us that he has a lovely time every day full of activities and experiences. Also, the interaction with the other kids has helped develop our little one’s social skills even more. Thank you to all the team! From day one, everyone has been highly lovely and approachable.

December 22, 2024 at 2:03 amIt is evident that they are highly thorough with their hiring process as all of their team operate with a highly high level of professionalism while nurturing and developing the kids in their care. My son has made significant development since starting – primarily in the area of language development and social skills. He is highly cheerful to go to childcare centre, has many friends and adores the practitioners. The childcare centre does not have an outdoor area however they operate in excellence which more than compensates for this. Bright Horizon Canada Square is an outstanding childcare centre.

January 17, 2025 at 11:53 amHe has developed and learned so many new things during this period and comes home with pictures of activities done most days. The childcare centre also maintains a high level of hygiene and did step up during difficult times like the pandemic. I was satisfied by the protocols and rules put in place and happily sending my son all this time. The team here is doing a commendable job and I cannot thank them enough for their exemplary service. Our son has been going to this childcare centre for 21 months now and we are exceptionally cheerful.

January 24, 2025 at 12:29 pmIt was a different country, culture and setting, but Bright Horizons team handled my kid highly well, such that she adjusted before us adults.
The team have been helping out with my requests to teach my kid to read, trace the alphabet and to eat better. These have been major improvements due to team involvement. We have had a lovely journey at Bright Horizons right since my kid was starting out outside a family setting.

As it was his first day attending a childcare centre, I was slightly nervous to leave him but when I collected him in the evening, I found out all of the enjoyable activities he had participated in during the day and he was fast asleep (probably tired from all the enjoyable!). The team were highly welcoming and I am now enquiring about a permanent place. My 9-month-old son attended Bright Horizons Childcare centre, Canada Place yesterday as an emergency backup place.

February 24, 2025 at 7:10 amThe reopening in July since coronavirus has been incredible for our 3-year old. He loves going, the team have been incredible at the new routines and making sure the kids are comfortable and sense secure and secure in this new world. The manager is consistently available to talk and is responsive to anything we discuss.
Our kids have all left this childcare centre confident and completely ready to succeed in the school setting. We have been sending our kids here for over 7-years and adore it.

April 10, 2025 at 7:12 amOur eldest has been at this childcare centre since he was 7 months old (bar a few month’s absence due to us living abroad / COVID) and our youngest has been attending since he was 8 months old. We are exceptionally cheerful with this childcare centre and consistently suggest it to people in the area who are contemplating childcare. We had experiences with other Bright Horizons locations whilst living abroad and it was clear how much better behaved and emotionally well-regulated our son was when under the care of Canada Square. Apart from being highly pleased with the day-to-day teaching and activities, I am most grateful for how much care is clearly taken for the kids by each member of team. My kids adore going into school every day and are consistently met by big smiles and inviting greetings by every member of team (not just the educators in their rooms). My return to work was as seamless as could be, due to Canada Square. We currently have two kids attending Bright Horizons, Canada Square.

April 27, 2025 at 1:32 amThey have appointed team who have no decent understanding of how to be a teacher, they are certainly not qualified to be around our young kids. My son has learned nothing, The so-called educators have no knowledge about the kid they care for. I have raised so many complaints including, they don’t even ask a kid if they know their alphabets/numbers. My three-year-old son would say “Mummy why do my educators never ask me anything or teach me ex: my 1,2,3’s. I have witnessed educators saying “hey” and “you” constantly rather addressing the kid using their names. My son never talks about a single teacher from his class, which is quite upsetting because it’s proof that they have no bonds with the kids. If he has a little runny nose they won’t even wipe spotless his nose. When I get him his face would look a mess with dried mucus everywhere. This review is for any parent out there thinking of sending their kid to Canada Square Childcare centre.
I beg you don’t, especially those for Pre-school.

May 19, 2025 at 12:44 amDue to the current situation, we have not had a chance to visit the childcare centre yet. Bright Horizons currently holds opening days for new parents but not for existing ones. We have seen some pictures of the room which looks great. Although there is no outside space, they substitute it with taking kids out for a walk every day.
I see the updates between parents and the childcare centre needs some improvements especially emails. My son has been in this childcare centre for almost five months now.

May 31, 2025 at 9:36 pmI’ve highly positive comments. Her pre-school educators/carers have taught her to hold her pencils/pens with a great pencil-grip for writing/drawing. My daughter has been in the pre-school room for almost a year and I have seen her learn so much.
