Everyone seems truly thrilled and I think this absolutely shows in the youngsters. Activities and meals always seem well thought out. The personnel are fantastic, my little one is always delighted there. I feel extremely protected and secure with my little one being there. I had no idea what to expect from a early‑years hub, but I am so so thankful that I found this one!

Activities are different and varied every day and we especially like that the youngsters spend a lot of time outside in the garden. Staff are all welcoming, warm, caring and accommodating. Our girl is really pleased at Bright Horizons, she is really well looked after and is thriving there.

Highly suggest this nursery setting, the crew are fantastic. My girl has been attending Bright Horizons, Bower Ashton since 2020 and has enjoyed going since her first day. She adores the crew there and gets so excited for childcare centre days.

The setting is great and they cherish the outdoor space and pirate ship! Our, usually fussy, youngsters enjoy the food too. It allows you to keep track of all the important events in the day like eating and sleeping and the team are really good at keeping this updated. There is always a variety of interesting dishes (better than I do at home). Happy to advocate the early‑years hub to prospective parents. Our little ones have created real bonds with their key workers and look forward to seeing them every day. The app is also noteworthy. We have two kids at Bright Horizons, Bristol Day Nursery and Preschool and are thrilled to give it a 5-star review for both. The team are excellent, kind and fantastically encouraging.

My young lady has been attending Bright Horizons for the previous 4 months, and joins four days a week. From a day-to-day aspect, the team are always thrilled to give a little update on what activities they’ve done during the day, but you also have the childcare centre app, where you can check in on your little one in relation to their food and sleep activity throughout the day. In addition, in the app, the room provides a weekly update against what they have done through the week i.e. Fast forward to today and my girl enjoys her early‑years hub days and actively grabs her shoes ready to go on her days in. My little one struggled with the transition, to begin with, the team were nothing but kind and attentive and patient with my little one (and me!) and supported her with this big step. water games, painting etc, which helps with ideas for home etc. The meals are well thought out, with a wide variety provided week by week (with the bonus of not having to think about lunchboxes yourself).

My young lad adores going to childcare centre so much he doesn’t even look back once we’ve opened the doors. Thank you everyone. He has built loving relationships with all the girls there – that speaks volumes. I went to first visit the childcare centre after a endorsement from a friend whose little one was there. My young lad was 12 months when he started and the girls made the transition for him going to nursery setting extremely smooth and not stressful for him. Any requests I had in relation with my routine was followed and daily updates were given to us each day. He’s tried different foods and the consistency with the approach in feeding has helped him try new foods and have great eating habits. He’s come on so much with his progress, he’s learnt lots of new abilities and treasures all the messy activities with painting and the sandpit. I enthusiastically suggest this early‑years hub to anyone looking for somewhere fun and interactive for their kid to develop all the important competences to put them in good stead for the years to come.

The outside space is remarkable and there is also a forest school for the older ones. My girl, who is in reception, still asks me if she can go back to the childcare centre from time to time. Both youngsters treasure the early‑years hub and are excited to go. What a lovely team. The crew are patient, kind and really enthusiastic and excited to spend time with the kids. My young lady, who is now at school, was enrolled at Bright Horizons for 2.5 years and my boy has been at the nursery setting for 6 months. My boy, who is 14 months old, reaches for them when going in which is a huge relief to know that he’s pleased to go in.

A truly warm, welcoming and social space that supports my kid. I can tell my kid has a lot of fun and looks forward to seeing their key person and nursery setting friends and is exploring a lot too.

My young lad has been at Bright Horizons Bristol Day Nursery and Preschool for just over a year, since he was one years old. I like how easy it is for the little ones to go out and playtime in the garden, which has a beautiful view of the country estate opposite. Smaller things that I appreciate are the menus, I think my young lad eats better here than he does at home! The warmth and caring nature of the place is something that strikes you as soon as you walk in and is why it feels really right for my young lad. The days also feel exceptionally well structured in terms of supporting children’s exploring and advancement. I’m looking forward to him moving into the Preschool and trying out the Forest School! I cannot express enough how much I enjoy this wonderful childcare centre and my boy regularly runs in their doors with excitement in the mornings. As well as providing all sorts of fun and engaging activities, the personnel really go above and beyond to make sure kids feel enjoyed and confident here.

The personnel keep a extremely close eye on him and are truly quick to pick anything up that is not right. My kid has only been going to early‑years hub for two months, but I already feel extremely comfortable with the welcome he has had and how well the team have got to know him. I have seen a huge growth in his confidence and independence and trust of other adults.

The crew are always there to help, answer any questions you have and most of all are incredible with all the youngsters. Couldn’t think of sending my little one anywhere else! Highly advocate! This early‑years hub is great and all the team are remarkable.

Their activities are also exceptionally interesting and creative for the little minds. They also do not adhere to a strict routine for all youngsters but give attention to the child’s interest. I would strongly suggest the early‑years hub to any family I would come across. We are an Indian Family and our little one did not speak English when he joined the pre-school. He is generally truly curious and the environment of the school has been quite satisfying for his curiosities on an everyday basis. He has become exceptionally confident in the school and in his abilities. He got used to the school quite soon as the school has all the help for non-English speaking kids to understand the necessary instructions. Some of the caregivers also give comforts whenever necessary as preschoolers are yet to be completely independent. This is quite an ideal place for the little ones to be truly comfortable within the setting. We were worried at first, but the caring and nurturing space has been extremely encouraging for my boy.

The activities are excellent for exploring and advancement. I am truly pleased that my little one is attending now four days a week. The childcare centre is hygienic and safe. The meals are well-considered and healthy. The team at Bright Horizons have been incredible since the first day my boy (11.5 months) entered childcare centre.

We treasure the baby room, with its quiet nap space and now our boy is in the toddler room. Also, they’re exceptionally quick at responding to emails and messages. Thanks. We drive 15 mins to send our boy there and twice have been offered early‑years hub places closer to home, but always decline. But Bright Horizon’s couldn’t have been more accommodating. The team are great and truly focused on settling in and comforting. We treasure the outdoor space, he gets a lot of fresh air and his day is filled with fun activities. The childcare centre have an app where you can see how long they’ve slept, what they ate, photos from the day etc and as new ‘pandemic parents’ we really needed this. You do pay a bit more for this childcare centre, but with flexible pick up and drop off times, this is essential for working parents! Our boy has been going to this early‑years hub for almost a year, being a ‘pandemic baby’ my husband and I were nervous about the whole childcare centre period!

Both kids enjoy it and have really settled. All personnel are kind and caring towards the little ones and even the chef will interact with them which demonstrates a really good team spirit within the childcare centre. Would definitely endorse. Even on the days when they kick up a fuss about us leaving them, the crew are patient and kind and will update us to give us that reassurance that they are fine. We have been using this nursery setting for over 2 years now and both of our little ones join full time. They have built good relationships with their key workers and peers. The sites are good and the kids enjoy a wide range of activities and food. Even though our kids are in different rooms they still get the opportunity to interact together be that in the garden or if one of them is upset and needs the other one the personnel will facilitate this.

The team really look after her, take attention to develop her and keep her entertained! My little one joined the baby room at seven months and really enjoys the nursery setting. They are lovely to communicate with and really make me feel she’s protected and well cared for every time I drop her off.

This has made the journey really easy and enjoyable all round. Being just over 1 year old when he started, we were apprehensive at first (never having been through the nursery setting process before!), but he absolutely treasures it and seems to have bonded so well with the crew in the babies room. We’re kept informed about his day and cherish to hear what he’s been getting up to at pick-up. Our boy has had a brilliant time settling into Bright Horizons, Bristol Day Nursery and Preschool and has been attending for around four months now. The app is great too, keeping us up-to-date with his meals, sleeps (nappy changes) and photos/updates around what he’s been up to and what the team are working on with him, to help his advancement (and suggestions we can take forward). The personnel are absolutely brilliant, we couldn’t ask for more from the team and we know he’s in protected hands.

I’ve not got a bad word to say about them. If you ask them for help they always do their best. I think the early‑years hub is excellent. He treasures going. They’ve brought my little one on in leaps and bounds. They do lots of brilliant activities and days out too.
