January 16, 2023 at 12:00 amMy daughter started at Bramingham Nursery in September. She loves going there and is happy to be passed over on a morning. The staff are really lovely, welcoming and accommodating and have helped my daughter become a bright, confident and curious toddler. We especially love how they encourage her interests and adapt to ensure she is doing her best.

January 17, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son has been at this nursery, for five months now and it’s been fantastic. They provide excellent meals, regularly keep you updated on the app and regularly keep in touch with parents. We get a handover every day at pick-up. He has just gone up from baby room to toddler room and is really enjoying himself. They have lots of activities, story time, music time and regular outdoor time. He has really grown in terms of confidence and his development. Love this nursery and what they offer.

January 17, 2023 at 12:00 amCompletely amazing. The change in our little one since being in the nursery is great, in just a couple of months she’s become so bubbly and involved with everyone. The staff all make you feel happy and safe as a mum and the smiles and chatter from my little one about her day, is just lovely. The app updates keep you feeling like you are involved. We visited many nurseries before, but the feeling of warmth and caring is second to none.

January 20, 2023 at 12:00 amMy two-year-old daughter started at the nursery in September 2022, having been at another nursery prior to our new home location. The nursery has a welcoming and warm feel which enabled my daughter to settle in well and much sooner than anticipated. She leaves the nursery skipping along and thoroughly enjoys her time there with staff and friends. Her development has been catered to her needs and is documented well through the online app. We as parents, feel our daughter is safe, looked after and thriving in her surroundings. For working parents, this is a huge relief. Thank you Bright Horizons.

January 30, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son joined this nursery shortly after his second birthday and he has enjoyed it thoroughly ever since! The practitioners are so caring and understanding and it’s easy to see why my son has settled in so nicely. Their communication is excellent and I’m always made aware if there are any changes in the week i.e. with room changes or activities in my son’s room. I also like the fact that both parents are able to access the app/portal to see updates on how he is doing during the day and this makes communication flow easily between us.

January 30, 2023 at 12:00 amSince my son started at 9 months old, he has settled very well. Staff are very friendly and he has enjoyed some staff interaction and settles well with them. Staff are quick to answer and address any concerns or questions. I have recommended this nursery to other friends also.

January 30, 2023 at 12:00 amFrom the first time our daughter set foot in the nursery during our tour around, she did not want to leave. This assured us that it was and is the right place for her. The staff are calm, nurturing and child-focused. There’s good communication between us and the staff team, which is very important.
Our child looks forward to coming every day (she even asks if she’s going to ‘school’ at the weekends- that’s how much she loves it!) and she has already started to make noticeable progress in all areas of her development. We are grateful for everything that the staff do and know how hard they work.

She is excited to go in every day and the staff are so friendly and supportive. She has also come on leaps and bounds with her speech and social skills.

February 3, 2023 at 12:00 amMy little one has been going to the nursery since September 2022. I had read an Ofsted report, which in all honesty wasn’t the best (at the time). But I decided to visit the nursery anyway, as wanted to make my own judgement. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I was showed round by one member of staff and all my concerns were addressed. I met the team and made the decision to enrol my little one. My little one was born premature and the reason for putting him into nursery was to help his development. I can honestly say that he has learnt so much whilst being there. He loves going and I have noticed him doing things that he never did before, for example eating whole foods and wanting to feed himself. I’m so impressed with the nursery, especially the baby room! I am so glad I didn’t judge the nursery based off a Ofsted report. I am so thankful to every staff member of the baby room, including the manager and one other staff member in particular. Thank you, to the entire team!

February 3, 2023 at 12:00 amVery good nursery and pre-school. My son was well prepared to start school. My daughter was very happy in toddler group. Now even happier in pre-school. Lovely staff. Always supporting and multilingual, which is very helpful when English is not the first language at home.

The app is a bonus and keeps you updated on what’s happing throughout the day. Staff are focused on children’s development and cater to each child’s individual needs. I look forward to watching them grow in confidence and develop further. I am extremely happy with my choice of nursery.

February 13, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son started at Bright Horizons at 11 months old and successfully transitioned into school and is now In year 1. He still has the bubbly personality and we had a lot of support during his transition to school. My daughter also started at 12 months old and is now in preschool. Although she is a lockdown baby, she has grown in confidence and absolutely loves going into nursery. The nursery went through a lot of challenges over the last few years, but not once did I loose my confidence in the nursery and as a key worker this was very helpful during the difficult times.

They are always so friendly and will help with anything you need. My little one is so advanced from when he started.

March 1, 2023 at 12:00 amWe love the nursery. Both our children attend the nursery and preschool, and they feel so comfortable and feel part of the bigger family. We feel such warmth entering, and the staff are phenomenal. They have made a lot of friends, and everyone is so happy. Seeing the kids smiles at drop off and pick up definitely tells us how they are.

March 10, 2023 at 12:00 amOur son started at Bright Horizons Bramingham Day Nursery and Preschool in January this year and we are so happy. He struggled with being dropped off to begin with and would cry when we left but the nursery staff were brilliant with him. They knew exactly what to do to comfort him. He’s now over a month in and we have no tears at drop off, just big smiles! His crawling and communication skills have come on lots since he’s been there too. His key person and all the ladies in the baby room are so friendly and helpful, likewise for those in the office and everyone else I’ve seen there. We love seeing the updates on the app so we can see what he’s eaten, how he’s slept etc. Makes handovers much quicker. So glad we chose this nursery!

March 30, 2023 at 12:00 amThis is a brilliant facility. Staff are engaging, supportive and kind but firm to children. Staff are from all different backgrounds which provides children access and understanding of different cultures and religions. They have a variety of healthy foods from a professional chef and a big space to play outside. My son’s confidence has been supported by staff, he’s able to express himself comfortably and any concerns or questions I have are always answered. I’d highly recommend.

All the staff have been fantastic not only at helping her settle in but also to reassure us as parents.
The nursery has such a friendly atmosphere, everyone says hello and looks genuinely happy to work there.
They seem to treat all children like their own, and nothing seems too much to ask.
Absolutely fantastic and I look forward to seeing our daughter develop during her time at nursery.

August 22, 2023 at 12:00 amMy son became a part of this nursery in February, and the progress he has made since then has been extraordinary. He attends full time, five days a week, and the care he receives from the staff is exceptional. The nursery’s app is particularly excellent, providing regular updates on his meals and nap times, effectively eliminating any guesswork. The staff also share photos of him through the app, allowing me to see him happily interacting with his environment.
Moreover, the app serves as a valuable communication tool, enabling me to get in touch with the staff as required. Dealing with my son’s picky eating habits has been a challenge, but the nursery has done an incredible job of introducing him to a variety of flavours. The staff members are truly remarkable, and I thoroughly enjoy our chats when I come to collect my son.
