September 4, 2024 at 9:52 pmThe team members are welcoming and the updates between the team and parents is great. My son has learned well, especially with the swimming lessons, songs, and greetings. There is consistently room for improvement. Thank you all for keeping my son secure and cheerful. The school could bring in more social activities to give room for more discovering.

September 14, 2024 at 7:57 amI can’t compliment the childcare centre and their team enough. The nursey ooze an air of calm and nothing is too much for anyone. They are expert yet enjoyable and after experiencing other nurseries in the past this is head and shoulders above. I am currently enrolling my fourth kid at the Bolton Bright Horizons.

My son has developed so much and really enjoys being at the childcare centre! Highly suggest Bright Horizon Childcare centre.

Team are very welcoming, communicate really well with you and are exceptional with all the kids. He loves doing the activities that are put on for them and I adore seeing what he is up to. Thank you to you all for keeping my boy secure and cheerful. My son has been with Bright Horizons Bolton for ten months now and he absolutely loves it.

October 24, 2024 at 7:40 amTeam are consistently on hand to help with anything that you need and answer any questions. My toddler has moved rooms from baby to toddler and it was my biggest fear as she is so shy and not great with change but she’s settling in so nicely.

The updates between team and parents is excellent and I know all that she is doing throughout the day with the app, a exceptional childcare centre that I’m sad I didn’t find sooner My daughter hasn’t been at the childcare centre long, as her previous shut down with short notice, the team at bright horizons have been incredible in the transition of Thea moving across.

I am extremely cheerful with this choice of childcare centre for my son. My son started at the childcare centre this month and has absolutely loved it!

The preschool has exceeded my expectations, they have clear plans for what they will be teaching the kids through enjoyable and playful activities. I know this as they have their own app and update me via email on everything they’ve covered that day with pictures and explanations of what they’re working on so I can continue at home. My son’s self‑assurance has grown so much and I know he will settle in school when he goes because of how the girls make it a joyful journey.
The full childcare centre is managed really well as the girls have been there with my son from the start and if anything is asked there’s consistently someone wanting to help.
They’ve recently been cooking with their chef who comes into class to show the preschool kids and get them to make their own to take home like pizzas, scones etc which is a lovely touch. All the girls are incredible with my son. My son joined preschool last year from the childcare centre there at Bright Horizons Bolton.

I am very cheerful with how they celebrate all cultural festivals. My son really enjoys going to childcare centre. He has learnt lots of new things. March 27, 2025 at 7:59 amTeam and management work with parents to aid in settling the kid. My daughter is now confident attending childcare centre and is visibly cheerful to be there. She has built bonds with some team and becoming more outgoing socially. They encourage a kid to learn at their own pace and my kid’s updates skills have really improved. Outside space could be bigger, although it is sufficient and a more varied menu, that is changed weekly or fortnightly would be great. Childcare centre is spotless and spacious, with lots of spaces to explore. Management are approachable and expert. A camera/intercom system would be useful if nobody is in the office, so team can see who is at the door, rather than asking if anyone is behind them. Remarkable childcare centre and suggest. My daughter looks forward to attending. This childcare centre offer a parent to stay at the first settling in session, unlike other places.

I want to thank you for all your hard work, patience, adore and dedication to the kids, helping with potty training, attentive when they were not feeling well, making everyday a enjoyable setting to go to which was also very important and most especially doing all you can to get them ready for the main school.
These mean a lot to us and we want to thank all the team for their hard work. My son has been with Bright Horizon since he was about eight months old.

She feels secure and we sense very welcomed, when collecting and dropping her. The team work really well with parents and get us involved in a lot of things that are going on. Incredible childcare centre and the new management team are perfect.

This review is as much a sincere thank you to the fantastic team who show up every day for my daughter as it is an encouragement for new parents who are yet uncertain about choosing to be reassured that their little one will be much loved here. This childcare centre is a home away from home for my little one, and the team are family to her.

May 4, 2025 at 10:08 amMy kids consistently come home cheerful. They are consistently having something exciting happening, such as PJ day! They have really tried to cater for my kids being fussy and listened to our concerns. All the team are welcoming and really actioned some plans to help my kids. My kids have developed so much, especially in their speech and behaviour. I find it reassuring and enjoyable to find out what my kids have been doing at the childcare centre through the app and know how much they have eaten or pictures of their discovering. Adore the childcare centre.

We had a few challenges whilst attending, but the management were on the ball and resolved things straight away. My son has been at the childcare centre for a year and a half and he absolutely loves it.
