September 17, 2024 at 7:46 pmHighly advocate! They are welcoming and encouraging, kind and giving. The set-up is great, both inside and outside. Since our boy joined Bright Horizons after lockdown, he has come on leaps and bounds, thanks to the crew. Our little one treasures talking about the educational activities he’s been taking part in each morning. They promote kindness, positive values and excellent discovering. The environment at the childcare centre is wonderful. The ensuite kitchen crew put together an excellent, broad and accommodating menu across the week.

October 18, 2024 at 7:52 amAll the information about meals, activities and any news you may need to know is all added to the app daily which is just fantastic! The crew couldn’t have made our journey into the world of childcare any better if they tried. The office team are incredible, there is nothing that is too much trouble. We were kept fully up to date with what our young lad was doing during his day. He has grown and developed so much and it’s all down to the remarkable team that have cared for him so well. The food that he eats throughout the day sounds delicious and we know that he is having a healthy, balanced diet. I am dismayed that this is our son’s previous year at Bright Horizons Nursery but know that they have set him up ready to start his school years and we cannot thank the crew enough. My boy started at Bright Horizons during lockdown, he started in the toddler room, being our first youngster and during such a difficult time we were naturally anxious about leaving our little one for the first time.

October 20, 2024 at 3:30 amThe personnel have always shown a genuine connection with our girl and looked after her best interests whilst in their support. The management are well organised and have worked well to keep things running throughout the pandemic and ensured that the standards of childcare didn’t suffer as a result. A wonderful nursery setting which has cared for and supported our daughter’s progress over several years.

October 24, 2024 at 11:53 amThank you for the great start. I look forward to our Bright Horizons journey and seeing how he flourishes in the early‑years hub environment. He was a little nervous at first, but the personnel have gone above and beyond to help him feel secure and welcome. My 3-year-old little boy has just joined Bright Horizons, Bexleyheath Nursery and the personnel have been remarkable. Not only have the crew made him feel calm, they have also made myself feel comfortable and thrilled with leaving.

November 11, 2024 at 2:47 amA big thank you to all the team. Daily feedback is great, so is the whole contact with the preschool. I would strongly advocate Bexleyheath, Bright Horizons Nursery and Preschool to anyone looking for a great place for their kids to discover and develop. The management is absolutely fantastic and exceptionally efficient. Every single member of crew, from management to the admin team knows every little one by name and genuinely care for all the youngsters. All of the crew were absolutely wonderful, caring and helpful. Every day there is so many new activities planned for the little ones that my young lad was astonished from the variety. We were really lucky to find such a fantastic place for our young lad.

December 15, 2024 at 1:53 amGreat early‑years hub with extremely welcoming mentors and crew, doing lots of activities that my little one treasures. A good place to absorb and explore new things. Highly recommended. My little one enjoys his time at this early‑years hub.

December 24, 2024 at 5:40 pmPre-school has been great in developing his competences and preparing him for school. The support he received has been exceptional. He has always been pleased to go to nursery setting. My grandson started at Bright Horizons aged 7 months and left age four and a half years.

December 27, 2024 at 12:09 pmYou can not fault the crew, from the early‑years hub workers to the ladies in the office, to the chefs. My oldest has been attending this childcare centre for the prior 2 years and I honestly can’t endorse it enough. Both my girls enjoy going to school each day and have thrived since attending. I’m an anxious mum who looked around so many nurseries but knew instantly this was the right place as soon as I walked in. They also do lots of themed days and activities which is so lovely. Plus the daily updates regarding what food your youngster has eaten to what activities they have done is such a reassuring lovely touch. If they could stay there forever I would let them! My youngest now also is enrolled at. Best Nursery around. Highly Recommend Nothing is ever too much trouble and the sense of belonging you receive for you as well as your little ones.

December 28, 2024 at 7:01 amNow his confidence has grown so much and he has achieved lots and developed so well. When my young lad first started he didn’t settle well and the personnel were great at making the process as easy as it could be. Both my sons now join and both enjoy the early‑years hub and look forward to coming each week. They were encouraging of both us, as parents and my little one.

February 1, 2025 at 9:39 pmThe team are remarkable, cordial, great carers. I cherish how they all know my son’s name. We are extremely delighted with our son’s growth since being here. Very professional and efficient. Absolutely brilliant nursery setting! Feels like a close friend.

February 10, 2025 at 3:02 amThe personnel made me realise straight away I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I have nothing but positive feelings towards this childcare centre. They send numerous updates throughout the day and are extremely good at communicating when appropriate. My baby joined the early‑years hub when he was 8 years old and with him being so young I was quite nervous sending him, to begin with. My kid has thrived at the nursery setting and I have seen noticeable improvements in his social abilities as well as life skills.

March 2, 2025 at 7:26 amHis absorbing and growth have been brilliant and excels in all aspects. Now our youngest youngster has just was enrolled at and she has settled in brilliantly and the personnel have been so welcoming and reassuring. He has cherished every session he has was enrolled at even throughout covid. Highly advocate. One kid has just graduated after being here since 10 months old.

April 14, 2025 at 8:25 amKudos to them! Hardly a day went by when she didn’t mention it or the personnel members in the Rising 2-3s room. The office team have doubled up as chaperones to the kids, and they are so patient and kind! Her excitement was through the roof when we could go back again in September. Happy youngster, happier parents! As parents, we feel it has been the best decision to send our young lady to Bright Horizons Bexleyheath. She even wakes up on the weekends asking if she can go to the ‘daycare’! If there was one thing my little one missed during the lockdown, it was definitely the childcare centre! During the pandemic, the crew have been working really hard, and yet they are always so cheerful!

April 23, 2025 at 11:33 amStaff are always visible and responsive to our needs. There has been no disruption to the extremely high standards during extremely challenging times amidst a pandemic!!! Our little ones have enjoyed Bright Horizon services for over 2 years, and was one of the best family decisions we made!

April 24, 2025 at 2:37 amBUT, the settling in sessions has been incredible in supporting her. I have found the class keyworker to be so welcoming, warm and attentive that my heart is assured that she is well looked after. As a mummy, I was nervous about how this would have worked given covid restrictions etc and a youngster who has hardly had the chance to engage with other youngsters and adults due to covid. Evidence of this is that she smiles when she talks about the nursery setting, wakes up asking if she is going to nursery setting and say Yes whenever you ask if she likes nursery setting and wants to go back. So, thank you to everyone, you are fantastic. Having had our firstborn enrol at this early‑years hub, it was always going to be Bright Horizons Bexleyheath again for our second youngster. Everyone has been so welcoming and coming to say hi, how are we, it feels like an extended family. Fantastic work was done to help our little girl settle in and the administrative aspects of organising everything was seamless.

April 28, 2025 at 10:27 amTheir care and affection for the little ones is genuine. The crew here are fantastic. I have appreciated the strengthened updates since the introduction of the app, though still would appreciate childcare centre activities we can continue at home or areas of exploring that we could build on. Thank you though for all of your support and kindness.

May 7, 2025 at 3:24 pmMy little one, after the 1st lockdown, joined the nursery setting and was moved to the preschool class where she has formed a beautiful bond with her key worker. Her keyworker has been brilliant in understanding and relating to her, and I see a lot of confidence being built in her thanks to her keyworker. Thank you all for your excellent work! Credit to all the preschool staffs, but special thanks to her main keyworker for making the whole transition so easy. Her speech is coming along beautifully too.

June 10, 2025 at 1:14 pmMy boy started here at 6 months old in the baby room. My boy is now 15 months old and adores childcare centre. His key workers are truly cordial and always let me know all about his day as due to Covid you can’t go inside. The personnel are exceptionally caring and truly accommodating with settling him in during the pandemic. He always comes home so pleased!

June 10, 2025 at 11:41 pmHowever, would like to share honest feedback. +Good set of toys (judging by the one visit we have been inside). – Covid is hard but should not be used as an excuse but perhaps as a reason to improve (get more digital/open etc). – No app for daily reports – only paper filled every day with truly similar info – saying this early‑years hub announced this week they will be implementing an app shortly (yay!). We’ve asked for no custard, gravy, processed meats and refined sugar – was asked to drop my request. I left it on the account of him only going few months however with that in mind – would be great to get more updates. Summary below: +Nursery setting is lovely and spacious. – Very limited information to us on our youngster activities, growth etc. + Amazing garden – was one of the selling points to us. – Food – no parents preferences taken into account unless the youngster has an allergy. Our little one is only going to this nursery setting for 2.5 months. Therefore I must say it might be early days.

July 5, 2025 at 2:40 pmTo help him gain in confidence, they have gone above and beyond. Although it was a hard start (during covid), it was a great decision for our boy to start at Bright Horizons. Thank you for everything. As time has gone by, he has absolutely flourished. He’s had the best start possible to prepare him for school and you can tell how much the personnel care about their kids. He was extremely shy to start but everyone has been fantastic.
