September 7, 2024 at 4:01 amOur kid is discovering loads and whilst he is engaging and enjoying the group activities, the childcare centre team is also meeting his individual needs.
The app and online development has been incredible as it enables us to keep a close eye on his development and activities. Our kid has been attending the Bright Horizons Bank Street Childcare centre for 2.5 years and we can only praise the team and management for the care, assistance and education they have provided.

Additionally, the educators ensure an almost daily update of our kid’s activities and behaviours. Finally, the daily healthy meal plan is exceptional (especially for working parents!). Would suggest right Horizons Bank Street Day Childcare centre and Preschool. Our kid loves going to the childcare centre every morning and seeing his friends and educators.

October 30, 2024 at 11:37 pmHe was a bit slow to talk initially and the fact that we spoke a different language at home obviously didn’t help, but since he’s attended childcare centre, he started to speak both of the languages much better and more actively and has become properly bilingual. The team made dedicated efforts to help kids with different language backgrounds, which we truly appreciate. Every week we find that he’s learned something new. The team are consistently so cheerful, welcoming and supportive and our son has developed truly deep and trustful relationships with the team in his room (that he cries when he knows he will move to a new room as he grows). He also quite likes the food there. We are highly cheerful with the childcare centre. My son has been with the childcare centre for almost a year and he has made tremendous amounts of development in every aspect.

My son has a strong personality and I was afraid that it might be difficult for him to settle into a new childcare centre, but he loves this childcare centre and asks me to bring him to childcare centre on weekends too! This never happened before. I am highly thankful to Bank Street Childcare centre team.

We sense that we chose well in sending our son to Bright Horizons. My son has thrived in the childcare centre, he is confident and never ceases to amaze us with the things that he tells us that he has done each day.

She has grown to be much more confident and has made many friends. Overall, I am highly impressed with the care provided at the childcare centre. He enjoys his time at the childcare centre as there are plenty of activities at the childcare centre. It’s nice to see his daily updates on the app. It was an emotional journey for me when my son started his childcare centre, but I must say that the team at Bright Horizons made all the effort to make it easy for us! The team makes a excellent effort to give varied activities and takes them outside, often. We suggest this childcare centre for any new parent. The management team are incredibly responsive and supportive of anything I need for the kids. I have three kids who currently attend the childcare centre, all starting at six months of age from March 2019 onwards.

The team puts a lot of effort to enrich the schedule with activities and provide multiple occasions for kids to interact with each other! The team is genuinely close to the kids, monitoring behaviors and giving guidance to parents.

I am cheerful with the school’s daily activities, schedule. The kids/babies learn a lot. Highly lucky for both of my sons to have their first educators in Bright Horizons, Bank Street.

May 30, 2025 at 3:22 amHe definitely looks forward to going to school every morning (even though at times it’s sad for me to see him go off with his educators without much hesitation) and it definitely helps us focus at work, knowing that he is in great hands. The regular updates on the app help us keep up with his day-to-day development and definitely helps with our fear of missing out on his milestones. I would highly suggest the childcare centre to any prospective parents. My son has settled truly well into Bright Horizons at Bank Street and much of that owes to the loving and patient team.
