September 24, 2024 at 7:33 amBoth of my little ones was enrolled at Briar Cottage Day Nursery and they were extremely delighted there. I can thoroughly advocate the early‑years hub; it was exceptionally much a-home-from-home for the little ones and the personnel are kind and provide daily feedback on the advancement of your little ones.

October 28, 2024 at 12:06 amI have recommended it several friends and will continue to do so. Briar Cottage Nursery is a lovely childcare centre, the first time I came to visit, I was taken away by warmth of the crew and it is a extremely special place and a great space in setting the foundations for your child’s future. All of my three little ones went to Briar Cottage Nursery.

November 6, 2024 at 11:00 pmBriar Cottage childcare centre is just a wonderful little one cordial small childcare centre that fits in with my child’s individual needs. I feel thrilled leaving my young lad with them and I know he is protected and well cared for. I like the fact that it’s not a big profit run commercial nursery setting and that the ladies that run it and work there are mums themselves so they understand youngsters (and parents!) and how different each kid can be and they fit around my sons routines so he feels secure. I like the fact it doesn’t have lots of youngsters at once and that there are plenty of personnel there so I know my young lad gets lots of attention. Owner and personnel are so cordial and extremely easy to talk to, they cater to my sons needs and always go that extra mile to make sure he is well cared for and delighted. I would enthusiastically endorse Briar Cottage childcare centre it’s a lovely space for kids to playtime and explore with lovely, kindhearted and efficient team.

November 29, 2024 at 4:35 pmThey have a large, well equipped garden; good food and plenty of space indoors to provide a fun exploring space. We initially selected BCDN due to the small group size which suited our eldest child’s shyness perfectly. Briar Cottage Day Nursery have looked after both our kids over the previous three years and we have been delighted with the care provided. When his little sister was old enough, it was a natural choice for her to go to BCDN too, and she looks forward to going every day. They were able to provide a homely environment for him which was far removed from the large nursery setting he was enrolled at previously and he developed really well with their care.

December 10, 2024 at 6:52 pmMy little one eats truly well at Briar Cottage and even try’s things he wouldn’t at home. My little boy started around July 2015 and he absolutely treasures it here. Keep up the remarkable work your doing!! Although capacity isn’t as big as other nurseries I never felt it was missing anything and that was why I chose this nursery setting in the first place. When I needed extra sessions it wasn’t a problem. Briar Cottage has really helped my young lad to develop and grow and I can’t thank the team enough. The owner is so lovely, welcoming and extremely useful. He instantly made friends and settled in exceptionally well. She felt like more of a friend rather than just early‑years hub crew!

February 15, 2025 at 1:46 amHer speech and interaction changed within a couple of weeks of attending. My little one born in lockdown started here in July 2021 and I cannot express my gratitude enough to the lovely little team for the difference they have made to us as a family. My elder little one always wants to stay and games too! I’ve had quite a few negative nursery/childminder experiences so it was fantastic to finally find somewhere I feel so easy and comfortable leaving my youngster. Also, she has developed so much just with a few days a week in attendance. My little one wouldn’t go to anybody except me or Dad having spent most of her life in lockdown. Cannot endorse them enough, thank you Briars Cottage Day Nursery! I cherish that they have chickens on-site and they always seem to have such fun. It is obvious that the team attention deeply about each little one and it really is a home from home. They also accommodate my requests for a vegetarian diet without any fuss which was a breath of fresh air to have.

June 3, 2025 at 10:30 pmAlso for the drop off, it was handy as there are 2 ways to join the M4. A extremely welcoming childcare centre! For me it was a really nice journey for my girl to be looked after in a small nursery setting structure, I was looking for a “second mum” to look after her and they are truly good. My little one developed a exceptionally nice relationship with other kids and it was really nice to watch. I would advocate the Briar Cottage Day Nursery. Clean and tidy, lovely garden so the youngsters are not stuck indoors all day! All those were exceptionally strong points for me. The kids never get bored or left alone. Happy time for sure!!!

June 7, 2025 at 11:55 amThe crew is extremely welcoming, attentive and flexible. She seems to be pleased there. My one year old little one has been attending the childcare centre for about two weeks. The childcare centre has a garden where the little ones can games when the weather is good. Would suggest this early‑years hub to a friend.
