Boys & Girls Nursery Watford

Boys & Girls is a very good nursery. We are very pleased with the staff there. Every time we find our girl well and very well taken care of. We really recommend this nursery.

Our 3 year-old son attended Boys & Girls Nursery Watford over the summer of 2020 while we temporarily stayed in Watford and we had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and caring. They were very kind to our son, who is a bit shy and introverted and they helped him with his lunches (he is also a very picky eater). They quickly discovered his favourite games and made sure to have them handy for him. We felt very happy with the service provided, especially with their warmth and attention to his personality as well as their general flexibility and responsiveness, and we would strongly recommend this nursery!

My son moved from another nursery to this one, to start preschool. The staff at Boys & Girls made this transition very easy for us and my son settled into Boys & Girls very quickly. The activities they have on offer every day are fantastic. We get daily reports that detail what the kids do each day, as well as a chat with a practitioner at the end of the day. Really welcoming, friendly group at Boys & Girls.

I couldn’t recommend Boys and Girls Nursery enough. My daughter has been with them since she was a baby and she turned 4 years old last month. Within those years she has thrived at the nursery and has achieved the best early years child development milestones. The nursery manager and staff at Boys and Girls go above and beyond to ensure that all children’s developmental thresholds are met. My daughter loves her nursery and talks about all the activities they do. She’s become a very confident and happy little girl and has made lots of friends. The staff not only have good relationships with the children but with the parents too. My niece and nephew are in high school now but always talk about their childhood nursery ‘Boys and girls nursery’, which speaks volumes about this nursery. With Boys and Girls, I can leave my child there without worrying, as I know they will take great care of her. This nursery ensures that the safeguarding and well-being of children is priority. Overall, very positive experience with Boys & Girls Nursery. My daughter attended for four years and have been through all the stages – babies, toddlers and two years in pre-school. The nursery staff are amazing, very caring and take great care of the children. The nursery is clean and tidy. The food, being prepared onsite daily, is always freshly cooked and my daughter absolutely loves eating there. They always find great new and exciting fun activities for the children, bring outside vendors to make their days fun and have something new almost every week. They provide daily updates through the app, which is very reassuring for the parents. They also invest a lot of time in preparing the children for school and making sure they cover the basic learning, appropriate for their age. I would highly recommend Boys & Girls Nursery!

I highly recommend Boys & Girls. All the staff are fabulous, very friendly and like a big family. I really love them. Really, really sweet. They all are amazing with the kids and always go the extra mile. Never, ever had any problem. The place is clean, tidy and very colourful, with loads of activities. Both my kids love this nursery. In my opinion, the best of the best.

My daughter joined Boys & Girls baby room after another nursery in Watford was unable to meet her care needs. It was the best decision we made, she is such a happy baby now and loves going to nursery, which is a weight off my mind while I’m at work. The staff are fantastic, caring, kind and always playing with or reading to the babies when I go in to collect. The nursery uses an app to update you throughout the day with meals, sleep and photos of activities, it’s so reassuring to see your baby laughing and smiling while in someone else’s care. The nursery is always spotlessly clean, tidy and organised. It really is the best nursery in Watford 10/10!

Hi, my daughter has been at the Boys and Girls Nursery, Watford since October 2022 and we are very happy with the service they are providing. I was a very nervous mum, going back to work, worried about leaving my daughter in the nursery when she first started back in October, as she was only 14 months old. However, the staff in the nursery have been so professional, caring and passionate and put my mind at ease very quickly. They sent updates through the app and I knew exactly what my daughter was up to, what she ate, how long she slept, what activities she was doing and how this helped her development. She settled so quickly and was very happy to be going there. She has bonded with her carer (she is a superstar) very quickly. The management team and everyone in the nursery have been amazing from day one up to today. I love this nursery and have been recommending it to all my mummy friends. Ladies, thank you for looking after my little one so well.

Our daughter started Boys & Girls Nursery in April 2023 (aged 20 months). The admin and management team have been really helpful throughout the application and settling in process.
The team that looks after the toddlers are warm and it’s obvious they care about the children. My daughter’s key worker has been really key in helping manage our child’s anxiety and our own in this key life transition.
She is now settled and loving nursery. We couldn’t recommend Boys & Girls enough and have peace of mind when away from our child.
