January 14, 2025 at 1:37 pmShe consistently fell asleep with me so nap time was going to be a challenge. The team have been highly patient and consistent so in a few days, she was cheerful going to sleep for them. She is now almost two and a half years old and she is so cheerful to go every day. The team are highly attentive and informative. I can see how much she learns and develops every day and I sense reassured she is in great hands and having enjoyable. I highly suggest this childcare centre. Our daughter attends Blossom Years Day Childcare centre since she was 11 months old.

March 8, 2025 at 2:48 pmA lot of complaints from parents and kids not genuinely cheerful.
My daughter wasn’t settled since September and a few months later in November she was constantly crying before going to childcare centre and on a few occasions she was screaming as she was petrified, saying her teacher hit her.
I refused to believe it at first but after I raised my concerns to the teacher and the manager, their reaction was rather suspicious. They said that my daughter probably says that because “the teacher gets physical with a few kids that have autism in the classroom”. Yeah right….Girl, I am a behavioural specialist and I have been working with kids in the spectrum for 10 years. I never got physical with them.
When I escalated the matter, I realised that they never called the local authority or OFSTED. The teacher kept on working with kids after the allegation when she should have been paused from her duties.
We changed childcare centre as soon as. And now my daughter is cheerful. AVOID Avoid sending your kid to this childcare centre.

June 29, 2025 at 11:58 pmMy daughter has thrived here and I sense confident in her starting school soon, even as a summer-born kid. Only negative is slightly high turn over of team without notice to the parents. Lovely childcare centre, compassionate compassionate team, a great mix of enjoyable playtime and education.
