September 11, 2024 at 4:06 pmBillingham day childcare centre has been beyond incredible, every team member cares so much about each kid and the assistance they give to not only the kids but their families too is fantastic.
I’m not quite sure how my little boy will handle the transition as even when he’s at home he asks about childcare centre and his fantastic educators.
If you are looking to send your kid to a childcare centre where they will be cared for, secure, nurtured and supported then look no further. This childcare centre will give cuddles and constant care so you don’t need to worry.
A huge extra thank you to three particular team members. I am absolutely devastated my little boy is moving to school childcare centre.

October 23, 2024 at 8:59 amThey applied for 1:1 assistance, higher needs funding and put an EHCP in place which resulted in him being able to access an early years assistance childcare centre on split hours. The care time and remarkable relationship he has built with them is more than I could ask for. They have also supported me emotionally as expert and on a parent level and anything they couldn’t help with they consistently found external resources to direct me to, I will be forever grateful and sad to leave them in the summer, but can’t thank them enough or praise and suggest them highly as without them we wouldn’t be in such a strong position as we are today. If I’m lucky enough later in life to have another kid I will most definitely be returning to this setting! Can’t praise this childcare centre enough remarkable team and management who have gone above and beyond to meet all my kid’s needs pre and post autism diagnosis.

November 21, 2024 at 6:21 pmIt’s an impressive setting I sense like I’m taking my kid from my home into another home that is how homely I sense it is he really enjoys his time there team consistently inform me how his day has been what he has done, ate, etc. he’s consistently cheerful going in and leaving. I’ll be upset to see my kid leave the team are a credit to yourselves and the childcare centre. His speech and knowledge has come on tremendously. I couldn’t of put my kid in a better childcare centre the team are fantastic they are very cheerful, welcoming, welcoming, approachable, I’m more than cheerful with the standard of care my kid receives.

She has absolutely thrived with this childcare centre, and I couldn’t have any fault upon this place. Really has brought my kid out of her shell with a childhood full of memories, knowledge, and laughter. All thanks are given to this childcare centre – one of the best in the area. My kid has attended this childcare centre from the age of just over a year till leaving at the age of four nearly.

My kids all thrived there, and we were all very sad when my youngest recently had his last day. It really is a remarkable place for kids to spend their early years. All of three my kids went to this childcare centre from the age of 3 years old.

February 3, 2025 at 11:44 pmMy daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining, her talking has come on marvellous and she’s becoming so well manned. Every team at the childcare centre is compassionate, person-centred and you can see that all of the team genuinely adore and care about the kids they look after. The team at the childcare centre have been so understanding during the pandemic when my shifts had been swapped/changed and I was ringing up changing dates/times. I could not wish for a better childcare centre or team to look after my daughter. Amazing lovely people! Thank you! My daughter was welcomed from the first day that she joined the childcare centre.

Communcation is outstanding at pick up, drop off and via the app. They do very enjoyable activities – my daughter consistently comes home cheerful. Would highly suggest to anyone. We chose to send our kids to Billingham Day Nursery because of its outstanding reviews and I am pleased to say we are not disappointed.

March 25, 2025 at 3:52 amMy son has attended since he was 10 months old and he loves it. He’s 19 months old now and consistently leaves with a smile on his face or sometimes turns back around wanting to continue playing. He waves and blows kisses to the team which shows us how much he likes them and they do an incredible job of looking after him. His skills have developed massively whilst attending. He wants to be independent and the team do a excellent job of letting him, whilst helping maintain the boundaries an 18-month-old needs. He also has dietary requirements and medical issues which they cater to well and maintain updates every day with us on those issues and on how he’s been generally, throughout the day. He’s there a lot as he attends five days a week, but I sense 100% secure sending him, as he’s so well looked after. I couldn’t suggest this childcare centre highly enough. From the moment we went to view Billingham Day Nursery, we felt immediately comfortable with the team and the lovely, inviting atmosphere.

April 7, 2025 at 10:19 pmI spent hours looking at different reviews and websites and viewing different nurseries and instantly when I viewed Billingham Day Nursery I felt so welcomed! The atmosphere was incredible and the team were so welcoming. She has been going for just under 3 months and she absolutely loves it. She consistently comes out so cheerful and smiley, the team are incredible – so supportive! I can’t thank them enough, I no longer sense anxious when going to work as I know she is in secure hands. They are consistently doing different activities with them and she has come on so much. I honestly could not suggest this childcare centre enough!! I was very anxious about sending my 9-month-old daughter to childcare centre.

It’s remarkable and mainly down to childcare centre we adore how much emphasis they place on home life and family and sharing this with childcare centre too! Thanks so much! I would 100% suggest the childcare centre to anyone.
