September 2, 2024 at 11:29 pmMy two-year-old and four-year-old both attend and adore it. All the ladies are incredible and are consistently so welcoming. Both my girls adore them all. Every day is different and they do so many different enjoyable activities. Lovely enclosed garden for the kids to playtime. My girls cannot wait to get there and playtime in the mornings. Whilst my girls have a lot of enjoyable playing, they have also come on so much in their development. Fantastic childcare centre. I cannot praise Big Discoveries enough.

I cannot thank the team at Big Discoveries enough for helping our little boy grow in self‑assurance, independence and get ready for big school while having enjoyable along the way.
I 100% assistance their kid-led discovering approach. They respect the kids for who they are and adapt to them to help with their discovering.
I’d highly recommended the lovely ladies here. So supportive and welcoming.
We’ll miss you all – thank you so much for everything. Big Discoveries Childcare centre is just that, a place full of Big Discoveries!

My daughter still tells me how the educators are her best friends as they were so enjoyable! My kids were both ready when it came to them starting school. I’d highly suggest Big Discoveries Childcare centre, both my kids attended here.

September 9, 2024 at 12:00 amWe have found from different activities provided he is consistently discovering something new. The team are all very welcoming, lovely and very trustworthy. I adore that they consistently put out different snacks for the kids so they are consistently trying new fruit and veg. My son very much enjoys attending childcare centre as there are consistently enjoyable things for them to do.

September 26, 2024 at 9:06 pmBoth of my boys have been with Big Discoveries from the beginning and my eldest left to go to Infant school over 2 years ago but still wants to return and visit the team at Big Discoveries! They have enjoyed it so much and have came on in leaps and bounds with their development and discovering due to the care and consideration of the team. Big Discoveries have shown such care, consideration, flexibility and understanding over the past 3 years and I cannot suggest them enough. The free flow ethos is evident daily from engaging creative activities inside to the creative discovering outside where the kids can scooter/cycle, explore nature, playtime in the mud kitchen or playtime in a tent! The choice is consistently on offer! My youngest boy is one of the 2020 school leavers this year and after 3 years he will be very sad to say goodbye.

October 17, 2024 at 11:14 amHe has excellent enjoyable with friends. The team were quick to discover a budding friendship between my son and a kid with a similar temperament. They have since become inseparable which has been fantastic to see. My son loves playing outside (excellent, spacious and secure outside area) and enjoys planned enjoyable activities discovering new things. The childcare centre is secure and spotless, the team are remarkable and the most important thing is my son is cheerful. My son loves going to Big Discoveries.

October 19, 2024 at 8:59 amIn those 3 years, she has enjoyed the most fantastic time, with the most incredible team! Team that really take the time to get to know the kids as individuals. They were consistently compassionate, attentive and supportive, not only to our daughter but to us as parents. She has enjoyed the many activities, crafts and unlimited structured and unstructured playtime that they have offered. Especially enjoying her time spent in the garden and outside space, tending to fruits and vegetables and playing in the mud kitchen. She would consistently have a enjoyable story to share with us when she came home. I have and will continue to 100% suggest Big Discoveries Childcare centre to anyone looking for a childcare centre or preschool. Our daughter has been at Big Discoveries Childcare centre for just over 3 years now and she has sadly left for primary school in September.

They are attentive, compassionate and, above all, a huge assistance for our son and us as a family! Both my kids have attended Big Discoveries and have seen us through many milestones! They are part of our family, and we are forever grateful for their unconditional adore and care for our little ones! Our son has made huge development, and that is thanks to their continued efforts and commitment! The team go above and beyond. What a fantastic childcare centre with remarkable and attentive team!

The team are excellent and come up with such a range of imaginative activities. My son has developed a lot in the year and that’s all thanks to the incredible team. I would 100% suggest! My son has attended Big Discoveries Childcare centre for nearly a year.

December 6, 2024 at 12:01 pmWe felt a more open plan kid-led setting would be beneficial to her. In our 3 months’ journey, we have been thoroughly impressed. By the team, their interaction and engagement with the kids, and the range of activities. It’s reassuring that our daughter is so keen to attend and is her exuberant self when I pick her up.
We’ve found the updates to be outstanding both in-person and via the online journal. We would not hesitate to suggest it. We opted to transfer our daughter to Big Discoveries Childcare centre due to location and because we felt her previous care provision wasn’t a excellent fit for her character.

It’s a lovely, secure place for my daughter to grow and learn. All the team at the childcare centre are loving and supportive.

He has lots of enjoyable playing in the garden on the bikes, making playtime dough, reading books, singing, dancing, crafting and lots more. The team are incredible and really attentive. They work really hard to give each kid the best journey every day and my son consistently comes out with a excellent big smile on his face. They have helped encourage with healthy eating and trying new foods (my son is fussy). The team have also been excellent with supporting my son with potty training which has been incredible and together we have mastered it. My son has come a long way in the year he has attended with his discovering and thats all thanks to the team.
The childcare centre is a secure and spotless setting for the kids. I highly suggest Big Discoveries – 10/10! My son currently attends Big Discoveries Childcare centre and has been here just over a year now.

Incredible ladies, sense so at ease knowing my little girl is left in the care of such welcoming compassionate team, adore seeing what she has been up to on the app.

As a parent all you want is the best for your kid- to know they are cared for and that you trust the people looking after them. I truly sense that at Big Discoveries. For the last few years it’s been a pleasure to be part of what they are and stand for. I know they have played a massive part in her readiness for school. Her personality has been encouraged and she really has flourished. So a massive thank you from us! My daughter is set to leave this term and I cannot express how incredible Big Discoveries Childcare centre have been with her development.

May 20, 2025 at 11:49 amBig Discoveries is such a lovely setting, I chose this childcare centre as I loved the open setting where the younger and older kids can all interact with secure spaces available for babies. The open garden was also a huge plus in our decision-making, all my kids adore the outdoors so this meant a lot to us that our kids would have the opportunity to playtime outside every day rain or shine. Finally the team who work at big discoveries are incredible, to say the least! I couldn’t imagine trusting anyone with my 2nd daughter at just 10 months when she started but I could instantly sense the adore and care they had for her. The relationships that they have built with my kids is incredible – my eldest still loves to pop in for a chat and of course a cuddle or two.
Thank you for being incredible! As a mother of two kids who have attended Big Discoveries one who still attends and a third due to start I can honestly say there is nowhere else I would consider sending my babies.

Both my kids adore going to childcare centre, and the range of discovering opportunities they get is remarkable. I could not suggest Big Discoveries enough.

June 17, 2025 at 4:40 pmShe was screaming and crying every time she went to childcare centre and would worry about it on a Sunday night and now she is excited, goes in cheerful and she loves it. We have seen such a difference in her in the last couple of months, in her happiness and discovering she is coming on leaps and bounds since moving, we just wish we had moved her sooner. It’s a lovely childcare centre and the team are lovely, the setting is lovely. I would suggest 100% for any kid. We moved my daughter from a bigger childcare centre to here in August 2022 and we are so pleased we did.
